Great location, fantastic staff very helpful with costumer service. My initial room had a WiFi issue and they very promptly upgrade me to a better room. Very kind. Good breakfast. As a woman travelling alone felt very safe and comfortable. Had hair drier in the room.

Great location near Centraal Station. Nice room and friendly staff. Very comfy bed.

Our room was spacious and otherwise clean but the carpet was really dirty in a couple of areas. Seemed like an unduccessful attempt was made to clean it. We kept our shoes on rather than walk barefoot.

De locatie was top!

De hygiëne was niet al te best. Lange donkere haren door de hele kamer, een vlek in het dekbed. Het hoofdbord van het bed was vies. Het bad was meermaals aangesmeerd met vulling om gaatjes op te vullen. De douchekop zat geen kracht op. Bedden alsof je op een trampoline ligt. Ik hou zelf van een hard matras dus dat kan persoonlijk zijn. Verrassing van €50 borg bij aankomst. Dat staat (of ik heb het niet gelezen) nergens aangekondigd. Alles op de kamer (zelfs een fles spa blauw van €6(!) kost geld. Geen welkomstdrankje niks.

Eigen parkeerplaats, goede douche en bed

Ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers aan de balie. Behulpzaam bij het in en uitchecken. Ontbijt had iets uitgebreider mogen zijn. Parkeren onder het hotel is een aanrader...Conclusie wij komen zeker weer in dit hotel terug als we naar Antwerpen komen.

בטח. הייתי מנסח את הביקורת באנגלית בצורה ברורה והוגנת, אבל מספיק חדה כדי שאנשים יבינו שחשוב להזמין חדר באזור המשופץ: Review: Unfortunately, our first night was a very disappointing experience. We were given a room with an air-conditioning system that was clearly not working properly. Despite showing the staff the actual room temperature, they initially insisted that the air conditioning was functioning normally. As a result, our first night was extremely uncomfortable and essentially ruined. To the hotel’s credit, after the first night they moved us to an upgraded room in the renovated section, with a new air-conditioning system. The difference was enormous, and the upgraded room was significantly better and much more comfortable. My most important advice to anyone booking this hotel is to make sure you stay in the renovated/upgraded section rather than the older rooms. Based on our experience, the difference between the two is substantial. I appreciate that the hotel eventually resolved the problem and upgraded us, but it should not have taken a ruined first night for the issue to be acknowledged and addressed.

Mooi schoon hotel, super locatie, vriendelijk personeel.

Drie kleine minpuntjes: 1. veel te weinig stopcontacten zijn. 2. Op badkamer geen stopcontact voor eigen borstelföhn of elektrische tandenborstel. 3. Geen bodylotion aanwezig

Mooi en vooral schoon appartement. Heerlijke bedden en van alle gemakken voorzien! Heerlijk bad en goede douche. Wifi werkt perfect. Een klein keukentje met magnetron en 2 kookplaatjes. Bestek borden zelfs een vergiet! Ze zijn alleen een kurkentrekker vergeten🫣. Genoeg parkeerplekken en qua locatie perfect, je kan met de auto naar val d’europe, maar voor de parkeerplaats vertrekt een bus die je naar de trein brengt om naar Parijs/disney te gaan. Supermarkten om de hoek, maar je kan ook eten bestellen via een scherm in de lobby. Al met al super!!🤩

voor mij was het beste dat het dicht bij het station was alsook het personeel was heel vriendelijk en het zwembad beviel mij ook wel

wat mij tegenviel was vooral de versleten en heel vuile vloerbekleding en alles leek een beetje verouderd ook de 50 euro borg heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt en staat ook nergens vermeld

Er komt bijna geen water uit de douche, dit komt niet doordat er geen waterdruk is maar het hotel heeft zelf “waterbesparende” douchekoppen geplaatst. De waterbesparing is zo groot dat er dus praktisch niet te douchen valt

Tout est une occasion de faire un supplément, heureusement que l oxygène n est pas possible d être payable. La piscine est un supplément, le mini bar est payant l air co ne fonctionne que sur la moitié de la suite la dame de ménage ne passe pas avant 15 voir 16h même pas

The location is very good right in the centre of the main shopping area & restaurants. It’s a short walk to the railway station which is so convenient to the airport . The superior room was large & very comfortable, good bed & the en-suite was large & a great shower.

The coffee machine was a nice addition but for a four star hotel I thought it incredibly mean to only provide coffee (2 capsules) paper cups for one night ( we were staying 3 nights ) you had the option to pay for more capsules from the fridge but would have to be an annoying guest & ask everyday for more paper cups. There were no little extras in the bathroom, a shower cap would have helped ( if I had known I could have brought my own Over all a comfortable stay but more like 3 star

Veldig fornøyde med oppholdet. Hotellet har en sentral og praktisk beliggenhet nær diamantdistriktet, med gangavstand til togstasjonen og kort vei til severdigheter, butikker og restauranter. Personalet var svært høflige og serviceinnstilte, rommet var flott og komfortabelt med effektiv aircondition, og frokosten hadde godt utvalg og høy kvalitet. Bassenget var også veldig bra og et hyggelig sted å slappe av etter en dag i byen. I tillegg var prisnivået svært bra sett opp mot kvaliteten på oppholdet. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. 😊

Eigenlijk niets

Ik had een tweepersoonskamer met 2 losse bedden. Prijs 191 euro, ex ontbijt. Mijn ervaring: Sfeerloos, voor alles moet je bijbetalen. Zelfs voor water op je kamer (te koop uit de minibar), ook voor het zwembad moet je betalen. Komt zeer ongastvrij over. De roofbar was dicht. De airco werkte nauwelijks. Het was bloedheet op de kamer. Ook de ramen kunnen niet open. Ook de bedden lagen niet lekker, heel hard. Douche in bad. Kortom, zeer teleurstellend

De ligging was erg fijn, vlakbij supermarkten, winkelstraten, toeristische plekken en vlakbij het station

Alles beviel goed, alleen die liften zijn een beetje irritant en die knopjes deden het soms niet goed, maar niet iets waar je wakker van ligt.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Kinga was super kind and provided such amazing service. She even surprised us with a room upgrade. The junior suite city view was fantastic with the view of Central Station, honestly the best part. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Het raam kon niet open op de kamer, dat vond ik wel jammer. Ik hou van frisse lucht. Het hotel is sowieso nogal inpandig, dat kan opgesloten voelen. Je staat relatief veel in lift. Alles goed geregeld hoor, alles werkt ook prima,

The location is outstanding - right in the heart of the restaurants, the station and shopping district. The staff were all very professional and friendly and the room was excellent. Underground parking was very useful - overall I’d highly recommend

I stayed there in 2016-2017 for couple of months, felt like home, very spacious bar downstairs, beautiful decorum. Highly recommend eating in the rooftop restaurant Gran Duca. Stayed in May for a weekend Antwerp. Central location.

The hotel was clean and nice, Ina very good location. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable.

The hotel was very expensive, not even water you get with the cost.

De ligging!

We betaalde 350+ per nacht en dan krijg je een hele basic kamer. Twee koffie cups en papieren bekertje om je koffie in te drinken. Geen showercaps. Geen bad. En er zat een grote lekkage plek op het plafond wat schimmelig eruit zag, niet heel fijn om naar te kijken.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Antwerp. For a hotel that presents itself as 4-star, the experience was honestly far below expectations. The hotel feels very tired and outdated. The rooms look old, worn out and not well maintained, with an overall feeling that everything is slightly dirty. There was also an unpleasant smell in some areas, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. One of the biggest issues was the noise: the air conditioning system was extremely loud and made it difficult to properly relax in the room. The room itself felt dated, uncomfortable and definitely not what I would expect for the price. Another frustrating point is that almost everything seems to cost extra — even drinking water is not provided for free. For a 4-star hotel, this feels unacceptable, especially considering the overall poor condition of the property. The service was also underwhelming, and even the reception setup is inconvenient, as you need to take an elevator just to reach it. Overall, nothing about this hotel felt welcoming, clean, modern or comfortable. For the price, this stay was simply not worth it. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating at all. I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean, excellent location, beautiful decor and vinyl floors instead of unhygienic carpets in the rooms.

Staff are cold and aloof. Very transactional atmosphere - On our first morning we slept until 11am due to jet lag and our room was then not serviced even though we put the please service room sign on the door. Reception very unapproachable and need to work on people skills.
