It was in a quieter area of town, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff were friendly, and the hotel had a sitting area, library, and beautiful flowers in the windows!

The construction in the back, but we were exploring much of the day, so we weren’t bothered by it.

Le personnel est en général très avenant et serviable, mais celui du petit déjeuner est stressé. Un employé n’était pas très sympathique. Dommage car c’est la seule fausse note.

夕食付きで泊まりましたが、4日間違うメニューでどれも美味しかった。朝食もパン、ハム、果物、ジュース全て種類豊富で楽しめました。

We loved this hotel! We stayed just for one night as a family of 3 and everything was perfect. We were picked up at the train station by Mario(5* service) ,the room was ready for us with 3 beds(I've only booked a double room), they had slippers and a robe for our 3y old- she was so happy. The room had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn, the room was very spacious and very clean. The wellness area was nice and our daughter was allowed in the pool/jacuzzi area(the sauna and hammam are nude areas and only available to over 16y olds,but they have gender separation). Breakfast is amazing, all you could wish for and the restaurant has a garden with a perfect view of the Matterhorn. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would go back to this hotel!

We had half board and the restaurant staff wasn't trained to explain what exactly it is included. We ended up having the set dinner that was racclete/fondue night, but as a vegetarian it wasn't very nice. The appetizers were only meat and cheese,then a soup that had meat in it and wasn't marked on the menu, then we had fondue...so I basically had only cheese for the entire dinner. The dessert was lovely though,saved the meal. A glass of wine was same price as one litre of water :(

Séjour absolument parfait ! Chambre très propre, calme et lumineuse. Literie extrêmement confortable et équipements modernes. Personnel souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais et variés. Emplacement idéal proche du centre. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. Modern facilities, very good and silent location. Convenient free shuttle service to/from the train station. Quality breakfast. Everything was great during our stay, so I am confident to recommend this hotel!

Two times we go back to our room in the evening and housekeeping did not clean it.

-Service war super/TOP und sehr zuvorkommend. Eine Dame hiess Nicole, sehr toll auf die Kinder eingegangen und war sehr herzlich zu ihnen. Das war sehr schön! -Recepion, teils getuschelt fand mich nicht immer gleich wohl. -Reinigung war sehr nett und sehe saubere Zimmer! -was der Burner war und richtig cool, der Grillabend.. einfach perfekt.... Wie schon oben erwähnt, super service!

Reception war etwas speziell, auch mit denn Antworten. Aber dafür der rest perfekt.

This is one of the best hotels of our entire Switzerland trip. The entire hotel is so well run and so visually stunning that it was hard not to notice the attention to detail they put into everything they did. The amenities were extraordinary. We stayed in the Panoramic Room on the top floor to enjoy the view of the Matterhorn at sunrise and sunset, it truly was the highlight of our trip. I also have to say the staff was incredible. Emilia and Katrin at check-in were so helpful and welcoming, and the waitress who ran breakfast every morning was such a delight. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station, and there is a shuttle service available if needed. Our only regret was we did not get an opportunity to dine at Ovis their onsight restaurant, but the menu looked outstanding.

很喜欢在采尔马特住的这几天，最值得一提的是无敌窗景，在房间就可以一览无余看到马特洪峰。酒店还送了一块小羊造型的香皂，我们没有在山坡上看到小羊肖恩哈哈哈，感觉酒店的小羊造型的元素也很可爱。早餐也不错，很丰富多样，尤其是自己可以榨橙汁，有参与感！位置的话在街的尽头，稍微远离主街，但这更能在每日步行的过程中体验快乐。我很喜欢这家酒店，是一家现代的舒适的酒店。

Zimmer, Spa und Essen waren perfekt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht.

ツェルマット駅から少し離れており、静かに過ごせたこと。 今回、マッターホルンビューの部屋で予約したが、窓を開ければマッターホルンが見え、バルコニーの椅子に座り、モルゲンロートも夕焼けも見ることができた。バルコニーでは隣の部屋とは仕切りがあるため、バルコニーに出ても、声は聞こえるが、顔が見えることはない。マッターホルンビューであれば、一番右側の部屋が一番見える。左に行くと木々や家の屋根で、全貌が見えない可能性も有り。 部屋は清潔で広く、冷蔵庫やスリッパもあり、快適。 泊まった部屋にはバスタブはなく、シャワーのみであったが、水圧も充分。 シャワーの扉が、全部閉まるタイプではなかったが、少し注意をすれば、外にかからない。洗面台に、羊の形の石鹸が置いてあり、かわいかった。 朝食は、ビュッフェ形式。オムレツも作ってくれ品数も充分。 ３泊したが、とてもゆっくりできた。 マッターホルンがよく見える日本人橋は、歩いて5分くらい。ツェルマット駅や、スネガ展望台行きのロープウェイ乗り場は、歩いて15分くらい。

駅まで歩いて15分程度はかかること。 物価が高く、食事はほとんどスーパーで済ませることになったが、 でも、そのおかげで静かな環境で過ごせた。

She proactively checked the availability herself and offered us the opportunity to upgrade to a Matterhorn View Room. Although it was a paid upgrade, it was absolutely worth it and made our stay even more memorable. She also gave us excellent recommendations that were unique and authentic—not the usual tourist suggestions. Her professionalism, kindness, and local knowledge truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again!

Great place to stay in Zermatt. The room was clean, convenient, functional and modern. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has great breakfast.

Third visit to this lovely hotel. As always, the staff are great, facilities good and food exceptional. We did half board. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

One very rude guest but that is no fault of hotel.

The property was lovely with stunning views of the Matterhorn. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the staff was incredible. They were accommodating and kind. While sitting outside for breakfast, our server noticed that one of the children in the group was cold and ran over with a warm blanket. The staff here could not have been kinder.

I have no complaints about this property.

Very clean, modern, spacious for a European hotel room! Accessible spa with your stay. They made it special for our birthdays and anniversary, provided children’s robes and house shoes. It was just such a thoughtful set up and we loved it! Great location! Fabulous breakfast! Brita was very helpful and Nacho was helpful and hilarious!

Had my family of four, kids (12 and 9) slept on the pullout sofa bed. Lots of room in the room, spacious bathroom, and incredibly pleasant staff. The highlight might have been that I did not realize we had both breakfast AND dinner included when we booked the reservation. We were hesitant about this because Zermatt had so many amazing restaurants (albeit pricey) that we wanted to try. I cannot overstate how unbelievably positively surprised we were by both the restaurant staff and quality. Dinner rotated daily and offered 5 course meals. I’m not exaggerating to say that every single course throughout our 3 nights blew our mind. There’s also kids options included. Tijana was a standout on the staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to any and all.

The staff and breakfast was fantastic. Your new team member, Britta, was fantastic!

I would prefer the refrigerator in the room to be available for our use instead of being full of the mini bar items.

From the moment we were picked up at the train station until we were dropped back there two days later, every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Our spacious room had a terrific view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast buffet was varied and more than ample. Dinner was delicious.

Europe hotel will stand out as my favourite all time hotel experience. It felt like being welcomed as family, such a quaint, warm inviting atmosphere. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend Christmas. Lovely holiday reception and fantastic breakfast daily. The staff was exceptional everywhere, attention to detail and willingness to help for anything we needed. The bar was warm and inviting. The rooms are beautifully appointed with great storage and evenings are SO quiet, magically restful. Our Matterhorn view was AMAZING. The bathroom was spacious, well lit and had great water pressure.!

Leaving, I didn’t like leaving. Two minor comments: we found the rooms very warm, problem solved by opening balcony. The other minor suggestion would be better placement of opaque frosting for a bit more privacy on bathroom door.

Absolutely amazing experience! We came here the second year and already pre-reserved for the next winter season. Central location, mid way between the main ski lifts, cozy atmosphere, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, highly professional, great value for money! Thank you, Julen Family and entire Europe Team!

Property was clean. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Great customer service. Dining was great. Accommodating for our group of 10.

Room was nice, breakfast with Matterhorn view was good and "Rosa?" gave a nice massage. The spa facility was very basic. This is a minimalist hotel do not expect frills, but I like how it was set away from town just enough where you didn't have to hear the nightlife. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything clean. Rooms with Matterhorn views are priceless.

There is no air conditioning and if you leave door open for air you will have bugs in your room.

Our stay at the Europe Hotel was perfect! My daughter and I were here to ski for the first time and we loved everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful, cozy and modern with a great view from the balcony. The spa every night was the perfect end to a day of skiing and each and every staff member was warm, friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, food and amenities. We were beautifully taken care of. High standards of room, great wellness area. Food was out of this world. The chef catered for my dietary requirements to such a high level it amazed me. I was told 'this is what we do here' if only other hospitality providers could view clients in the same way. Not all hotels are equal, this one is special

I stayed at the Design Matterhorn room for four nights with half board package. It was the best experience during my trip to Switzerland. The room was spacious with spectacular view. It had separate shower and bathtub, quite unusual in Switzerland hotels. The hotel offered rich buffet breakfast and different dinner dishes everyday. That was considerate for people who stayed longer. The members at the front desk and the restaurants were very kind. I will definitely choose this hotel next time in Zermatt.

Our stay at Europe Hotel & Spa was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had a room with a breathtaking Matterhorn view. The staff were simply outstanding, always smiling, genuinely kind, and taking care of every little detail with such warmth and professionalism. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of choices and dinner was equally wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Tuesday Valais dinner - delicious and full of local charm. A special thank you to the team for making my girlfriend’s birthday so memorable - they surprised us in such thoughtful and unexpected ways that made the day even more special. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Zermatt! ☺️
