Firefly Luxury Suites

The luxury apartment and spa were excellent, and the service was excellent.

Not much of a view from my room, which is understandable, but I probably already paid top dollar in town, so what would it cost to get a room with a view?

L'espace bien être est magnifique et très bien agencé. La chambre est belle, les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et très bien fourni.

Nous avions la chambre 21 et le matin beaucoup de claquement de porte nous ont un peu dérangé. Etions nous au dessus d'une cuisine ou d'une pièce ou le personnel faisait des allées et venues.

Firefly was unquestionably the finest hotel of our trip through Germany and Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The hotel’s location and views were outstanding, creating a peaceful and memorable setting. The view of the Matterhorn from my balcony was memorable. Breakfast served in the room was delicious, with an excellent selection, while the amenities reflected the same high standard found throughout the property. Every detail felt carefully considered, and the combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and remarkable surroundings made our stay truly special. Firefly exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would return without hesitation.

The sauna and Jacuzzi were being upgraded during part of our stay, which was disappointing because they would have been especially welcome after our amazing hikes. Even so, every other aspect of the experience was exceptional. Firefly exceeded our expectations and remains the best hotel of our trip.

Overall atmosphere is luxurious yet informal and charming. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated with a very cohesive, minimalistic but still practical layout . The breakfast in the room adds to appeal where one can eat in loungewear without having to dress up to go to a restaurant.The sauna/ spa is another luxury touch and great after a long hiking day . I would go back there every time !

Stunning apartment with fabulous views of the Matterhorn. Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the bar and pool area. Easy walk to cable cars and centre of town.

Der Spa-Bereich sowie dir Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr grosszügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten den Spa-Bereich für uns alleine. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und cooles Konzept mit der Frühstücklieferung aufs Zimmer. Extrem freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

The Bed sheets could be a bit better including the pillows, but over all were good not excellent

Mir gefällt das Konzept mit dem Frühstück aufs Zimmer nicht so. Ist aber sehr individuell

Die Suite war sehr komfortabel. Vor allem das Sofa war das Beste auf der Welt. Das Spa und Fitnessstudio waren ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Massage war Weltklasse und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

其中一個晚上床上看見蜘蛛，有一點衛生疑慮問題，但是整體體驗佳。

Very clean, rooms a good size and great pool and Spa Facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The suites are extremely spacious, more like proper apartments than hotel suites. It was a wonderful place to stay as a big family of 4 adults plus 2 kids, with enough space for everyone as in a rental apartment while enjoying hotel comforts and amenities, including in-room breakfasts delivered every morning at the moment of our choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange babysitting and started the outdoor jacuzzi for us early on a rainy day.

Our bedroom was right above the hotel’s bar and the first night was extremely noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The second night was much better.

I loved this place! The staff were amazing! They arranged for complimentary transportation to/ from the train station upon our arrival and departure. The hotel location is very close to the Gondola to the Matterhorn and to the Old Town area. We had a great view from our room deck. The spa/ pool facilities are very lovely. The complimentary breakfast is delivered to your room daily. And the bar in the lobby is a happening little night spot for hotel guests snd locals with amazing craft cocktails. I would definitely stay here again!

Schön eingerichtet, an jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Spa, Gym und Bar mit Billard etc. haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Frühstück wurde im Zimmer serviert und war sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, alles war perfekt. :)

The Firefly is an exceptional property. The staff met our every need and were extremely nice, courteous and responsive. The room was spacious, modern and has a view of the Matterhorn.

Although the entire town of Zermatt is walkable, The Firefly is located on the end of town away from the train station. This isn’t too large of an issue since they provide shuttle services if needed.

Appartamento molto curato con arredamento di qualità, spazioso e pulito. Cucina ben attrezzata. Letti comodi. Ottimo servizio breakfast in camera. Palestra e Spa ben attrezzate! Personale cortese! È’ stata una ottima esperienza! Grazie!

Everything. The room was spacious, it was great to have a fridge and cook area, the pool and spa area were phenomenal. The staff were so nice and helpful.

A very small dislike is at bar 55 when ordering gin on the rocks, the glasses were so big with so much ice that it was actually difficult to drink the gin without getting a faceful of ice.

Breakfast quality is not at the hotel’s standards. Only served at the room, options are very limited (e.g. one jam flavour at hotel’s discretion, no dried fruit).

Friendly staff, great breakfast and location.

Firefly was in a great location and decorated beautifully. The staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem and we really loved the breakfast in the mornings.

Absolutely stunning property and location. The staff went above and beyond and the pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna were lovely too. Everything was very clean and well designed/laid out. Daily breakfast in our room was lush, and they had an amazing touch when we first arrived, of flip flops and dressing gowns that fit each of us (inc 3 kids of varying ages/sizes!) They also provided a rucksack to use during our stay, which was so helpful because our other bags were full. Nothing was too much! We loved the location - seeing the Matterhorn daily, going for walks in the mountains with our kids, and walking in town too. Not far from two play areas too, and also an amazing play area in Sunnega. Absolutely loved our stay!

Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est très bien. Il manqusit toutefois certains es choses dans la commande du deuxième jour. L’accueil était très bien mais le moment du départ était relativement froid. A peine un au revoir.

The apartment was bright, large, clean and homely. It was perfect for our stay and we couldn’t fault anything.

Surprisingly, the gym is great, well-equipped and well-managed.

1.服務人員都很熱心。 2.房間空間足夠，各種多媒體可使用。沙發區，烹飪區，用餐區，陽台區每個角落都很棒，很適合有多天規劃的旅客。這次選的房型其中有一間房還可以直接看到馬特洪峰。 3.公用設施還有游泳池spa，健身房等。 4.退房的接送服務真的幫我們省了不少體力。

Frühstück wird auf dem Zimmer serviert. Die Auswahl auf dem Bestellformular ist ein bisschen limitiert, aber da jede Suite eine Küche mit Kühlschrank hat, kann man sich die Extrawünsche (z.B. Lachs, Rohkost etc.) im Supermarkt selbst dazu kaufen.

Simply amazing! The location was superb, the breakfast every day served to your room made me feel like a queen, the views from the Villa were spectacular. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our stay in Zermatt….book it!

Our experience at Hotel Firefly was perfect. We had an amazing room with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a convenient kitchen and very comfortable living area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast delivered to our room every morning. We would select our choices the night before, and a staff member would arrive at our requested time and set the table with a nice matelasse cloth tablecloth and napkins, place settings and all the menu items that we requested. Within an hour or two, someone would come and clean up and remove all the breakfast items. The actual hotel is nicely decorated in Alpine decor and gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. The spa, sauna and indoor pool are fantastic. The location is perfect being a short, comfortable walk into the center of town.

Nothing to write. The hotel, town and ski experience exceeded our expectations.
