The price ! It was vastly overpriced. $325 for a run-down motel is outrageous.

Extremely overpriced-not a $250/night motel. The room, while clean, was dated and smelled musty. The bed was comfortable but smell kept me awake.

I didnt really like anything

The manager refused to let us have any guests over to visit. Not to spend the night, just for a few hours. Absolutely horrible. Worst service ever experienced.

I like the location but that’s about it unfortunately , the form staff are very very very rude and nasty to us from the time we walked into the front office and they were trying to get our deposit from the beginning of the stay we were so very careful not to let them get it from us but the place was really bad dirty blood on walls ceiling blankets etc obviously they didn’t clean it up very well It is very apparent that they must rent to a lot of drug addicts this was more than apparent from the Bloody hypodermic needles that we found in our room and in the bathroom under the sink thank goodness we didn’t get stuck with one of them ! Needless to say we would not ever be staying at the 7oaks again and that is to bad because 30 years ago it was a very clean and well maintained hotel the pool was sparkling clean water and now I swear it has cattails growing in there it reminds me of the swamp that we used to hunt ducks from… see for yourself if you don’t believe me but don’t say that you haven’t been warned about the place.

The room is not clean properly like the Bedroom is too much smell. The cleaning was so bad .They shows on pictures like they have a swimming pool etc . But the swimming is outside and no water in it and its too much dirty grass in the pool . I am very disappointed .

The check out time , in the morning no one on the reception . I called them and they told me to throw the key in Lobby . I will not recommended to anyone.

L’emplacement est très bien situé, et le personnel à l’accueil est très avenant. La literie (draps et serviettes) étaient très propres.

Les équipements ne sont plus d’une première jeunesse, et cela se ressent dans le séjour, nous avons du allumer et fermer la télévision à même l’appareil. Il y avait quelques petites taches sur le piqué du lit, nous l’avons donc simplement retiré avant de se coucher.

Arrived at 3:30 pm as scheduled and found heat was set at 50 degrees. My mother is 87 and I was not going to have her sit in her coat until the room warmed up (Had to go to a mall). Had to run water in afternoon/evening for 5 or more minutes to get warm water. Only lukewarm for shower etc at night. Coffee maker in room would be a nice gesture since no breakfast offered at motel.

On the website it shows a beautiful swimming pool which had no water in it when I went. The room was small and the surrounding rooms looked like they were rented to desperate people as there were no cars around. The room had old furniture and a small bed and everything was dirty.

As a touring musician, I'm not stranger to motels. Seven Oaks is amazing. My room is clean and I have any and all amenities I could need.

I wouldn't mind more toilet paper rolls and garbage bags.

Everything was amazing owner was kind caring and a wonderful person to deal with.

I can't say anything bad because there was nothing to dislike about the motel

The location was nice. I like how it was just a ground floor classic motel. I liked the room, it felt spacious.

I only didn’t like how they didn’t have a hair dryer or bath stop.

They gave us a room fast without any hassels. Unlike our first reservation.

This was my 3rd time at this motel ! Never lets me down . Staff is amazing & Very Kind . Clean motel inside and outside . Great pricing . Everything you need is in walking distance great location .

The jacuzzi tub felt great after a long day of site seeing. The bed was so comfortable.

The wooden deck will need to be replaced soon. Also better sound proofing. Sounded like the people next door, were in our room talking.

When my mom and I arrived at 1 instead of 2, we got charged an extra $12 +tax. We parked in front of our room and saw that the door was open and our room was dirty. We had to go back to the front desk and tell them. We then get a not so clean room. while bringing in our luggage, we hear the cleaner yelling very foul language to one of the other workers as she slams the door to one of the rooms she's supposedly cleaning. My mom and I were sitting outside our room talking, and the same hotel cleaner started yelling at me and again using very foul language. I find this totally uncalled for and very unprofessional. Our room wasn't that clean sinks, toilet, bed skirts had some weird white stuff on the outside and especially underneath it, we only got one set of bath towels, counter was gross behind the microwave with dead bugs. I was at this motel at the beginning of September and had a lot better experience, but after this current stay, I won't be back!

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. Even when dealing with a very upset customer, he remained calm and very helpful. Exceptional customer service.

Booking.com messed up the reservation and caused undo stress on the stay.

La taille de la chambre. Pas loin du centre ville.

- chambre à rafraîchir en entier - salle de bain pas propre. Tout est abîmé dans la salle de bain.: rideau de douche pas propre à changer, rideau de fenêtre à changer trop vieux. La tv fonctionnait mal : on de télécommande. Porte de chambre qui fermait mal. Il a fallu faire appel deux fois au personnel de l'accueil de l'hôtel Taie d'oreiller pas propre. Des tâches sur les draps..frigidaire trop bruyant. Piscine n'a pas été en fonction depuis longtemps car très très sale. Le tarif demandé est bien trop élevé par rapport aux qualités de la chambre. Je n'y retournerais pas .

The Gentleman that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The motel is dated but worked well for us because it was walkable to restaurants, coffee and groceries.
