Rooms and hitrl hallwaysvand common areas exceptionally clean. Great breakfast area to sit and enjoy a wide variety of the free breakfast. Lits of free parking. Hotel very quiet. Higjly recommend.

My room was very nice(201) I believe the party above me must have been lifting weights until after 11 last night. Lots of noise above me! 🙄 The room was very clean and comfortable I highly recommend this property.

Did not eat breakfast there was too early 6 to 9. Located on a busy street but very convenient for restaurants and shopping. Nice big walk in shower on 2nd floor. But will not be going there again only because of beds everything else gets high ratings.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025The staff at Comfort Inn was some of the best in the business .We could not have had the relaxing vacation we had without the super nice start by Sharon the lady who checked us in to the manager Linda for all there kindness and knowledge of Kingston area .the rooms were exceptionally clean and staff would have gone out of there way to get you whatever you needed for the rooms .the breakfast staff always kept the kitchen and eating area very clean and lots of food at all times

The rom had plenty of amenities and was dark at night when the blinds were closed. The staff made my bed every day. The breakfast was simple but efficient. I wish I they had chocolate for the waffles though. The location was convenient too, very central to be able to visit PEC and gananoque

How about real eggs or omlette, sausage and maybe bacon? The hotel is expensive enough to warrant a reasonable breakfast. This was just stingy.

The free breakfast each morning was much appreciated and had a good variety to start the day. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. The only small concern we had was during check-in. We arrived a little early, and Carlos made several comments about our early arrival that felt unnecessary. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was a bit annoying. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2025We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and at 11:45pm the room temperature was still 80°F. When we asked for assistance, the young receptionist gave us only two options: take a small fan or accept a refund and find another hotel ourselves — at nearly midnight. He was firm, unhelpful, and communicated in a way that felt cold and unsettling. We were told we could not be switched to another room. With no real alternatives at that hour, we ended up spending the night with a fan and ice to cool down — which was far from acceptable or comfortable. Breakfast was another low point. The area was crowded, and the machines (coffee maker, waffle maker, and toaster) were very slow, causing long lines. The staff member responsible for restocking breakfast items was visibly rude and impatient. We even saw her pick up utensils that had fallen on the table and put them back into the serving containers, which raises concerns about cleanliness. Overall, the poor service and lack of hospitality made this one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. I hope the management takes these issues seriously.
