Very noisy AC kept me awake! Seriously noisy not just a humming. Mediocre towels only one small towel and one hand towel per guest. Bathroom layout awkward with heavy sliding door hard to open and close (no bottom track). How is this small room a loft? High ceiling but otherwise cramped.

The rooms are spacious and the location is safe and well lit to walk around at night. The hotel has an on-call car service for the airport.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was convenient (easy access to restaurants, shopping and subway), and the bed was comfortable.

Room fixtures and furnishings are uninspiring--they're not very artful, or calming, or luxurious or anything--just kind of meah at best. Black tile on the bathroom floor was dreary (and made cleanliness seem questionable). There was room for an easy chair or something besides the bed to sit on, but nothing was provided. Overall fine for a short stay when you're not going to spend much time in the room.

Truly I have no complaints or concerns, the aircon can be quite loud but otherwise it was fine.

W sercu Brooklynu - stacja metra przy samym hotelu, sklepy, kawiarnie, bary. W hotelu czysto, miły personel. W pokoju wszystko czego potrzeba na 1 noc.

Mały pokój i wąskie łóżka jak na 4 osób, na 1 noc ok, ale na dłuższą metę ciężko. Brak parkingu - postój na ulicy lub w pobliskich parkingach komercyjnych - wyłącznie valet w cenie 65 dol za dobę

Top Lage in Brooklyn, gegenüber mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants "im Keller" des Einkaufszentrums, Park direkt davor, U-Bahn 3-5 min zu Fuß, Personal sehr nett......

Wichtiger Zusatz, wir wurden umgebucht auf Sheraton, direkt nebenan, arbeiten wohl zusammen...... Zimmer sind für vier Gäste mit großen Koffern doch recht eng, Aufzug sehr klein und der und Flure sehr warm, Klimaanlage im Zimmer laut und bläst direkt auf Betten......

I didn’t like anything bar in the location

I don’t think the TV didn’t work the cooker didn’t work. It was filthy. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The Aircon didn’t work. There’s no pots or pans there’s no washing up liquid there’s no cleaning product There’s no cups or glasses Any pots and pans are old scratched and dirty Inside the cupboard with the filth The whole house is dilapidated

Thy charged usd 100 for security deposit but not give back saying after 15 days back automatically my 200 Usd already in thier account still not back deposit in my account if i pay all amount why security deposit on check in ??

Le camere sono state rese disponibili ben oltre l'orario del check-in indicato. Per noi è stato un grande disagio avendo viaggiato durante la notte per raggiungere New York. Nei giorni successivi la pulizia delle camere è avvenuta oltre le 5pm e un giorno non sono state lasciati tutti gli asciugamani necessari, né riempiti i contenitori di sapone e crema esauriti. Lo staff in reception non ha saputo rispondere a nostre richieste amministrative e il manager era disponibile solo la notte. Comunicare con loro (senza ricevere risposte adeguate) è stato estenuante. Peccato perché la struttura è bella e in ottima posizione

Until now they haven’t refunded my security/incidental deposit of $75.00 or €67.26 in euros, despite of me calling them. The reception assured me, but sign until now.

Comfortable room, accommodating staff, seamless check-in and check-out

Charmless location, no extra services, the included breakfast was at the hotel next door and very basic, the walls/windows let in a lot of noise, even on the 19th floor.

I really loved the location of the hotel. It's very convenient to get around in the city, and there are nice shops around. Was also able to check in 30 minutes early, which was really nice. The water, free bag of ice, and luggage check-in were also a very big help.

I did not like how when we just got into our room, we lay on the bed and some of the pillows smelled funky. I also don't like that there are no accessible bathrooms on the other floors, like the main lobby or the mezzanine.

Mario at the front desk was very helpful in helping us navigate the area. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

The mattress needed to be replaced, it’s very saggy in the middle even with the topper. The toilet seat was loose and I almost fell off of it when I sat down. The only other thing was that when asked if the 11th floor was ok, I replies “asking as it’s quiet” to which he responded that there’s never been any complaints but it was very noisy after 11pm.

I liked the location of the property and the room itself

I waited over 2 hours to get my car that I parked valet when I arrived the the property. The staff did not try to make it right with a refund or anything they just kept trying to call the drivers to get my car when I originally was told it would take 30 min, this caused my whole trip home to be delayed and I had to board my dogs an extra night as I was getting home to late following this incident.

Prime location in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Easy access to the subway to get to Manhattan.

I had to stay at the Sheraton for the first night of my stay due to an air conditioning issue at the Aloft. The staff did their best to make up for this inconvenience though. I appreciate their efforts.

Excellent location for my visit (exam centre just behind it) and plenty of halal food options nearby. Underground/metro station was a stones throw away as well.

The sheets weren’t clean. Had to request the room to be cleaned - it wasn’t a given. Asked the cleaner for extra towels and was told she’ll provide them but when I came back in the evening, they weren’t provided.

Plusieurs problèmes techniques rencontrés ( chasse d’eau, fenêtre), le bruit de ascenseur fort présent dans les chambres, essuies manquants, plusieurs jours, à chaque fois, il faut demander à la réception…

This was a quick overnight trip to see a concert at the Brooklyn Paramount and the location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to and from the venue and never felt unsafe. Bed was comfy, pillows soft (maybe even a little too soft), room was clean, and we had a nice little view of the park across from the hotel.

The only con was waiting for our room to be ready. Check-in is at 3 pm and we arrived close to 4 pm and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The staff was very nice about it so no complaints there, they explained they had a staff shortage and were behind on cleaning rooms. We get these things happen and we rolled with it. Other than this there really isn't anything we didn't like.

It's close to subway stations, supermarkets, stores and restaurants. It's clean.

Very reasonably priced and clean hotel. Not fancy but very functional and pleasant. Room size was a little small but it was just the two of us so no big deal. Would definitely use this hotel again

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are small but laid out very efficiently. You are right across from City Point which has a food hall and shopping ( Trader Joe's and Target as well as other traditional mall stores) Great access to most subway lines!

Very noisy. Lots of street noise. AC was noisy. Housekeeping missed our room 1 of the days. Door to bathroom was very hard to close. Fridge did not have a freezer area and I was told it would.

Está bien. Cerca de una parada de metro y con varias tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. No es súper bonito, pero cumple bien la función.

No tiene desayuno en el propio hotel. Hay que ir al de al lado con un ticket que de fan en el Aloft. Lo que hay para desayunar es escaso y malo. Tanto que sólo fuimos el primer día. Sale más a cuenta comprar algo en un supermercado porque hay nevera en la habitación o desayunar por ahí.

Room was clean & well set -up. Staff were friendly, location was very central, walking distance from many fun spots in Brooklyn, and otherwise close to the train station such that you could communte to anywhere else you'd like to be.

This is the 2nd or third time I've stayed at this hotel. They have never gotten the billing correct. They under-bill then reverse the transaction. Then over-bill and reverse the transaction. A week or two later they get the correct transaction entered. I just can't deal with that type of delay. I'm gonna have to find a different hotel. Shame, because its not a bad little hotel.

Sobarice dolaze oko 17 sati pospremiti sobu kada smo mi uglavnom dosli na odmor nakon cjednevnog jurcanja tako da za 5 dana soba nije niti jednom pociscena kako treba, rucnici su zamjenjeni i ispraznjeno smece. Predlazem da se taj dio ipak izmjeni i da se sobe pospremaju ranije kad je vecina gostiju izvan hotela.

I did stay for breakfast but the location and the view was excellent.

Great location, conveniently situated near many subway stations and nearby restaurants. DeKalb Market is a good food court a few minutes away, and Prospect Park is less than 2 miles via bike. Good water pressure in the shower and comfy beds

The A/C unit in our room did not work well, and most of the rest of the hotel was pretty hot (visited in early June).

Staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable, but it is loud even on the 17th floor so if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem. Nice that they provided free bottled water and had a pool table and other games in the lobby. We requested the maid service twice during our 5-day stay and were very happy with how the room was claeaned/made up.
