El personal muy respetuoso y te ayudaba con todo. También había opción de tomar bebidas y algún snack gratis. Buena ubicación si buscas ambiente más local. Tienes una estación de metro a unos 10min andando en el que está bien comunicado.

A new hotel, close to the market and the train station. At the reception, there's a fridge with mini ice creams for the kids, as well as cookies, soft drinks, and coffee always available for guests. They also offer a luggage delivery service, and the beds are extremely comfortable!

Breakfast was a bit limited and didn't really suit us, as the kids couldn't really find anything to eat. We got two connecting rooms which were a bit small, but that's typical for Japan

Huone ja yleiset tilat siistit. Vaikka huone oli japanilaiseen tapaan pieni, se ei haitannut. Etuna oli, että alakerran oleskelutilassa pystyi lämmittämään ja syömään omia ruokia, nauttimaan hotellin tarjoamia snacksejä sekä kuumia ja kylmiä juomia. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

Vaatteille olisi huoneessa toivonut enemmän ripustustilaa tai jotakin hyllytilaa.

I really liked how close the hotel was to Dotonbori! I also really appreciated how accommodating the staff was. The lounge and free amenities were a HUGE plus! Would recommend for solo and group travelers. I also found the room to be clean!

The hotel was situated close to a few local attractions. There were drinks readily available which was very nice when we came back tired after a long day. Staff was also very helpful.

Had to walk a bit from the hotel to the nearest underground station but that's all really.

Everything the location the facilities the staff. The hotels has undergone a refurbishment and is fantastic oversized room with a huge bed. Really good lounge area with a good variety of snacks and drinks the amenity bar was great and the staff super helpful and friendly.

Not that I didn’t like but the aircon seemed to run warm at night and it would be good to have smart TVs in the room so people can stream when relaxing.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no teníamos sitio para poner las 3 maletas. No se ajustaba a lo que parecía que eran en las fotos. Además estaba en obras y eso empeoró la sensación. El desayuno tampoco era especialmente bueno. Fue el único hotel de los 4 que estuvimos en Japón que nos decepcionó. Cogimos los 4 hoteles con los mismos criterios y este era el peor con diferencia. No entendemos como puede tener la puntuación general de 8.8. No llega para nada a esa puntuación.

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Groot en aangenaam bed. Gratis drankjes in de lobby. De ligging in het centrum zorgt ervoor dat je vlak bij mooie plaatsjes en lekkere restaurants/bars bent.

Iets meer wasmachines was handig geweest. Enkele keren terug moeten gaan alvorens de was te kunnen doen omdat ze steeds in gebruik waren.

We booked a connecting room for four adults and one child, and it was perfect for our family. The room is a bit small, so moving around with several suitcases can be challenging. There is no closet, but using packing cubes helped us stay organized without having to constantly open our luggage. We liked that the shower and toilet were separate, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks in the lobby, and a breakfast buffet is available for an additional charge. The only downside was the laundry facilities. There are only two washing machines on the second floor for the entire hotel, and one was out of service during our stay, so it was difficult to find an available machine.

LAs chicas de recepcion fueron muy amables todas las vece s que contactamos con ellas y gestionaron las maletas de 10. Muy buena ubicacion a menos de 5 min del centro neuralgico de la ciudad. Did not ear there, but ideal budget hotel. I liked the seating area in the lobby. The rooms are small, but families can sit in the lobby at the tables to eat and relax. Fun neighborhood. Close to family Mart

the connecting room with the 3 beds was nice and spacious, but the top bunk bed was too close to the ceiling—a few head bumps do to the little space—not a major issue though.

整個飯店只有二樓有兩台洗烘二合一洗衣機，有一台還故障壞了。最大問題是，洗衣機洗烘完的衣服完全不乾，但是洗衣機的烘衣服選項被禁止了，只能帶著還有濕氣的衣服拿回房間晾乾，這真的很不能被接受。除了這點外，在這間飯店的其他體驗都非常好!

We booked the room many weeks in advance for over USD 200, so expected something decent. When we checked in and saw our room, we were quite disappointed, because it was our third hotel in Japan (after Tokyo and Hiroshima), and the previous USD 200+ rooms were much better. Maybe there was some temporary spike in prices in Osaka, I don't know. Anyway, at that price point we wouldn't choose this hotel again. The main issues were: - when we moved the trash bin in the room, we found a bunch of long hair underneath it; there was also a handprint / smudge on the glass wall between the room and bathroom; - basically no storage space in the room; it's not really about size of the room, because they are typically small in Japan; but even in a room of this size; you could place some small storage furniture; - overall the room looked dated. The good news is that there is an ongoing renovation of the hotel, so once it's finished, you can probably expect much better experience. I would also like to clarify, that our relatively low rating reflects the price we paid / value for money.

Room: Clean, tidy, spacious, and cleaned daily. Perks: Free drinks and snacks in the lobby all day (a very nice touch). Location: Excellent! Extremely close to Dotonbori and within easy walking distance to the subway.

Amenities: The room and bathroom are very small and basic, definitely more of a 3-star vibe. Service: Very basic staff interaction, though we had no issues.

The staff were nice and helpful. The location was great.

The room was not well insulated, you could easily hear noise from the corridor. The window was covered, no view out. Felt like prison.

There was no view as the building was looking out to other buildings and had obscured glass and there was barely any natural light

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Everything was clearly well thought out, making the stay genuinely enjoyable: the amenities, hair straightener that was already prepared in the room, 24-hour huge selection of refreshments and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The entire experience felt seamless from start to finish.
