Everything was clean and organized from the lobby to the room. The view was awesome and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Our favorite part was Angelique, student at front desk. She was the best!

No other options in mini fridge besides water

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Last year, we stayed here for our wedding, and our bridal party joined us at the hotel. One year later, we’re happy to say that nothing has changed, the service is still excellent! The breakfast was amazing, and we really enjoyed the service. We especially loved the pear and apple juice that was served. Overall, we had another great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

During online check-in, we mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, but it wasn’t acknowledged, so we were curious why this information was requested.

The hotel staff, lobby, parking, room, hallways and breakfast were all AMAZING. The staff was super helpful and spoke english. The hotel itself is right next to the metro which is afforable and easy to use. The room was beautiful with great views. The bathroom was modern with a GIANT soak tub. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip.

That we had to leave. hahah

Nagyon közel van minden. Metró megálló közel, boltok, éttermek. Gyors lift, sosem kellett vàrnunk, parkolási lehetőség jól megoldott. A recepción kedvesek, a szoba tiszta és jól felszerelt.

Bármely oldalán léptünk ki a hotelnek 1-1 hajléktalanba botlottunk, ez a városra jellemző, nem a szállás hibája. Meglepett, hogy sokan a reggelit dícsérik. 1 db körte juicet kaptunk, nem is töltötték újra, magunknak nem tudunk reggelihez italt hozni. A péksütemény finom, de kb ez az egyetlen opciód. Nagyon gyenge a választék, a borzasztó làgy ràntottát sem töltötték fel, így ha akartunk volna sem tudtunk volna belőle enni Az egész szállás leggyengébb pontja a reggeli.

Die Lage des Hotels war super, direkt an der U-Bahn Station Sherbrooke, und somit der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Allerdings ist Vieux Montreal auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Eingang zum Hotel war uns nicht sofort klar, da die Türen ziemlich unscheinbar sind und von außen nicht gleich ersichtlich ist, dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist klein und fein, qualitativ sehr hochwertig und gut und für unseren Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten hat es gut gepasst. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir uns mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, das Bad ist äußerst großzügig und hat auch genug Ablagefläche. Wasserflaschen wurden täglich aufgefüllt bzw. gab es auch einen Wasserspender am Stockwerk. Auch die Kaffeemaschine haben wir genutzt und auch hier wurden täglich neue Kapseln aufgefüllt. Unser Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Check Out noch im Hotel belassen und auf dem Weg zum Flughafen abholen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel in Top-Lage, das ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Der Eingang zum Hotel ist nicht gleich ersichtlich und auch nicht einladend, die Türen sehen eher nach Fabrikseingang aus. Das war etwas seltsam und befremdlich, wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob wir richtig waren Es ist auch keine sofort offensichtliche Beschriftung angebracht. Das Hotel ist an die Hotelfachschule angeschlossen, daher sieht auch der Eingangsbereich wie eine Aula aus. Wären wir länger als 3 Nächte geblieben, hätten wir uns beim Frühstück mehr Auswahl gewünscht. Schade, dass es beim Frühstück nur Filterkaffee gibt, obwohl es eine Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine gäbe, den Kaffee davon aber nur gegen Aufpreis.

Ecole hôtelière, le personnel est super sympathique et les chambres sont grandes avec une jolie vue. C'est un des rares endroits où loger sur le plateau. Le petit déjeuner compris est vraiment très très bien !

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was designed so well, making good use of the space and providing many useful details, such as the cubbies, with lights and electric sockets, on each side of both beds.

The only request would be for an ice machine on the 8th floor.

Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. the location was also exceptional - near public transit and close to a host of restaurants and stores. Staff were all friendly and helpful. the room was also quite nice.

our SUV barely fit in the parking garage. In the US, this would not be an issue (it is a standard SUV). Because parking is so difficult to find, suggest letting customers know in advance the height and width restrictions for parking. we were able to park, but just barely.

L'équipe de l'accueil a toujours était à notre écoute et le personnel du petit-déjeuner toujours attentionné. Bravo à tous de faire en sorte que notre séjour se soit très bien passé. L'ensemble respire la classe que tout le monde essaie de maintenir dans un beau niveau d'excellence. Si vous venez en voiture, n'hésitez pas à réserver une place dans le parking de l'hôtel avec l'ascenseur qui vous mène directement à votre étage de chambre.

Peut-être mettre un micro-onde dans chaque chambre ... mais pas super important pour nous. ;-) Dommage que vous soyez devenus si célèbres désormais pour le restaurant du soir. Nous y étant pris trop tardivement, nous n'avons pas pu y manger. Peut-être lors d'un prochain séjour ?

Second séjour dans cet hôtel disposant d'un bon standing grâce aux efforts quotidiens de tout le personnel. Bravo à vous. Notre douche avait un problème d'eau toujours bouillante. Le personnel nous a permis d'obtenir une autre chambre à la douche moins chaude sans aucun problème. Cet hôtel ayant été le dernier de notre (super) séjour canadien, le personnel de l'accueil nous a permis de complètement profiter de notre dernière journée grâce au service bagagerie. Merci à vous. ;-)

Breakfast was poor in terms of choice. Sometimes food had run out and hadn’t been replaced in time. Bar facilities were disappointing, no atmosphere and mainly empty.

We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de l’ITHQ and would happily recommend it. Our room (811) was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had a fantastic view over the city. It was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of fresh food, and everything was replenished regularly, even towards the end of breakfast service. The location was another big plus. We really enjoyed staying in this neighborhood, with easy access to the city while still feeling relaxed and authentic. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose Hôtel de l’ITHQ again when visiting Montréal.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hôtel de l'ITHQ in Montreal sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt an der Metrostation Sherbrooke und nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Restaurants, Cafés und dem wunderschönen Parc La Fontaine entfernt. Dadurch konnten wir die Stadt bequem erkunden, ca. 30 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders angenehm war das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, das im Preis inbegriffen ist. Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend und der Service war aufmerksam und herzlich.

Leider gab es einen deutlichen Minuspunkt während unseres Aufenthalts: Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war extrem laut. Sie lief zwar zuverlässig, aber das Betriebsgeräusch war so störend, dass wir nachts kaum schlafen konnten. Auf das Ausschalten der Klimaanlage konnten wir nicht ausweichen, da während unseres Aufenthalts in Montréal Temperaturen von über 30 °C herrschten. Dadurch standen wir vor der Wahl, entweder bei großer Hitze zu schlafen oder den Lärm der Klimaanlage in Kauf zu nehmen – beides war alles andere als erholsam. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie würden wir eine deutlich leisere oder modernere Klimaanlage erwarten. Wenn dieses Problem behoben würde, wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gewesen.

Everything was just perfect- room was impeccable and modern, brekafast was great, staff was very friendly! Super location and parking easily accessible at the lower ground of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are nice and modern with a great view of Mount Royal. Comfy beds, even the pull out/murphy bed has a comfortable mattress.) I like the real art featured in hallways and rooms.

Overall, I find accomodations in Montreal expensive for just one night. The rooms are nice and modern, but the main areas could perhaps use a revamp to match the rooms.

Great location to enjoy the mural festival. The room was very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was very nice. Great neighborhood for coffee shops and vintage shopping. Proximity to the metro was awesome and enabled us the bop downtown effortlessly. We were able to enjoy multiple neighborhoods and the Picnik music festival all by Metro.

I thought breakfast choices were limited and if you got there towards the end of service (9am during the week!) there wasn’t much left on the pastry/bread side. Only apple/pear juice offered, no orange or cranberry juice.

Sehr kleine Auswahl beim Frühstück, keine Cerealien, nur Chockozeugs. Kaffee wurde vom Personal aus der Thermoskanne ausgeschenkt, sofern man Geduld zum Warten hatte. Richtigen Kaffee gab es nur gegen Aufpreis und über unfreundlichen Personal... Personal unaufmerksam, immer wieder waren gewisse Angebote ausgegangen, man stand vor leeren Platten.

The room had terrible blinds that let in too much light and was blindingly bright from 5:00 a.m. There was also light coming in from the hallway The noise in the room was terrible. There were some very loud fan going all night that was like a turbine and the fridge also went on and off all night The bathroom door closed automatically so you could not have any air in there

Es war perfekt! Bei l‘ITHQ wurde an jedes Detail gedacht, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte, z.B. genügend Licht, teilweise sogar dimmbar. Wir schätzten es auch sehr, dass die Wasserflaschen jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt wurden, Wasser auch an den Automaten gratis zur Verfügung stand, und sogar die Kaffeekapseln täglich offeriert wurden. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die es ausmachen, und man sich willkommen fühlt.

Our first time back since Covid/renovation, the sensibility is the same with some updates. Wonderful as always!

The shower water kept on fluctuating from scalding hot to cold and impossible to control. The floor in the shower is extremely slippery when wet therefore dangerous when you try to dodge the scalding hot water! The wedding party went on til midnight on the floor right below us so needless to say the music didn’t stop ‘til then.

Il y avait un mariage le soir de notre 2e nuit et le son de la musique était infernal. Dans notre chambre nous entendions toutes les pièces musicales comme si nous étions dans la salle de réception. Nous pourrions donner la « playlist » de la réception, paroles et musique! Sans parler des cris des invités… Aucune insonorisation, rien pour « amortir » le son. Dommage, cela fait baisser notre note car tout le reste était à la hauteur de nos attentes.

The water temperature was not stable. It got really hot and very cold frequently without moving the faucet. I was really bothered by this while washing my face and taking the shower. The staffs were very nice, they helped us change to a different room to see if the water temperature is stable in this room. However, the water temperature issue seems to be a whole building issue. When I asked the staff, I was surprised that I was the only one complaining about this. If you have a sensitive skin, I would not recommend this place for you.

Well thought out space with a very comfortable bed. Location was good with train station directly underneath the hotel and food/drink options all within close proximity. Hotel felt quiet and safe as I saw other guests in the lift but rarely on my floor or from inside my room.

The breakfast wasn’t great, I ended up skipping it for the rest of my stay. Not a lot of variety and no coffee available from machine.
