The room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. It provided a quiet and relaxing environment that made it easy to unwind after a long day of travel. The bed was particularly cozy, and the layout of the room felt very functional and well-maintained.

The primary downside to my stay was the additional fee for parking. I felt that for a property of this caliber, parking should have been included in the room rate, and the extra cost was an unexpected and unwelcome expense.

I've been staying here for years whenever I have to go to my office. It's convenient, the staff are super friendly attentive and the ladies at the food bar in the mornings are great. It's been our go-to for years.

The stay was great. Very modern and up to date Hotel.

On Friday the 12th, it was a lot of people and we had to wait for about 30 minutes for check in. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and had to get repaired.

The staff at check in couldn't have been nicer. She was so accommodating, and made an excellent impression. The room itself, King Corner Suite, was spotless clean, spacious, and very well appointed. The bed/pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The person who checked me out, was also very friendly and personable. Kudos to the front of house staff.

The hotel is in a strange location. It feels like the middle of a concrete jungle of office buildings, one on top of the other. Just felt strange and unappealing. Don't like having to pay $15 a night for parking, and even though the breakfast area was spacious and clean, the breakfast itself was limited and very basic.But the staff working breakfast was very friendly. In the end, I loved the hotel facilities and staff, but not the location.

Room was generously sized; we especially appreciated the separate toilet room with its own sink. Neighborhood seemed very safe, but there wasn't much around to eat or drink. Location was just down the street from a Metro station, probably a 20m walk. Except for a terrific little Italian restaurant in the same parking lot. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly and professional.

The single TV was a bit small, since it was located in between the bedroom and living room areas it wasn't particularly close or well angled for either. But perfectly adequate.

The breakfast was good but minimal change from day to day. I stayed for a week so I was not happy having the same breakfast every day. The room was clean, capacious, and convenient. The cleanliness was really noticeable. The reception personnel were really helpful, available, and friendly in a professional way.

I tried to cancel the last day of my stay and I was given no options. I tried to have a partial refund or credit but the answer was no. I didn't like paying 15 dollars a day for parking

The hotel is nice, the room is good, and the breakfast is great.

It is very disturbing at night. Some noises. They put us in a room with a shared door, and someone was knocking on it in the middle of the night. We did not sleep well. Also, the hotel does not answer through the Booking.com chat. I have an upcoming reservation (they are close the location that I need to be), and I am trying to modify the dates, but the hotel does not answer. I called them, and they said they have rooms that day but cannot do it through booking.com.

I didn't stay at the hotel but they charged me 150 dollars and refuse to return the money as booking.com double booked me for different hotel same area. I called to get it rectified and neither booking.com nor the manager at this hotel could help. I won't be using the service again as they way I was treated was terrible

The location was great for what we had planned for our trip.

Paying $15 per day for parking in spaces that were too small and a parking lot that didn’t seem to have enough spaces for how many folks were there was a bit excessive.

Breakfast fair. Didn’t like the meat in the potato’s. Meat should be separate. Cups could be a little bigger. Please do not put green unripe bananas out.

I wanted to leave a tip online but did not option to use other payments like a debit card or Apple Cash. So I left Lividias tip at front desk. Rates needs to be lower.

This hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE. Why they use Old Town Alexandria in the address is because no one else would stay here if they didn’t. I got here later in the evening and I asked how long it would take to take an Uber into Old Town and I was told at least 10 minutes. I asked how far DCA airport was and she said it was at least 20 minutes, but possibly more depending upon traffic. Do not stay here thinking you’re close to Old Town Alexandria because you absolutely are not. They should not be allowed to use Old Town to describe this location. Maybe if you had a car and you wanted to drive everywhere and you didn’t mind staying in the middle of nowhere it would be a via option. The cost for the hotel in the middle of nowhere is ridiculous. I’m a Marriott member. I stay at Marriott all the time but this one total scam.

Parking isn't free. The staff wasn't great. When we arrived we got different info about payment than when we left. I think he just didn't want to work a little harder early in the morning..

Breakfast was just fine. Room was lovely. Shower was awesome. Hair dryer in room is awful - I know people might steal them but it made my hair a mess. Also I like to read in bed and the lamp by the bed was like only 25 watts.

This property was beautiful, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a plus. Shantrell at the front desk was the kindest soul and greeted you every time you came in. She really made our stay wonderful.

The room did not have a trundle bed as shown in the picture. Instead it was a pullout couchbed with literally all springs could be felt through the thin mattress. It was so bad had to request the mattress be exchanged. The 2nd one was better, but still could feel springs on half of it. They would be better replacing with memory foam. The fridge could also use a freezer portion. Otherwise, the 2 queens were comfortable. Beware of the $15 a night parking, but I guess it’s the norm in the DC area

Everything, I really like that it had a 1.5 bathroom so if someone had to use the toilet it was separate from the shower

This was the first time that we stayed in a handicapped room. The bed was a little too low but the room was very clean. The maid service was excellent. The TV was stabilized and could not see from the far side of the bed and we couldn’t control the volume. We enjoyed our stay.

Beds were a little too firm (personal preference) and coffee was terrible, but everything else was nice.

Everyone that we encountered was amazing…front desk team, breakfast team, and the housekeeping staff.

Everything was great but we had to pay 15 dollars for parking. Parking should be free

The hotel was a bit old, the bed was extremely hard, the lighting was poor. The breakfast was disappointing as someone who does not eat pork & has food allegies the selection was very limited & sparse. I was required to join the reward program for a late checkout where other hotels just charge a fee for extended time. We will not return to this particular hotel
