テレビに部屋の設備の使用方法が入っていて、それに気づくまでに時間が掛かった。 トイレの水を流すと異臭がした。 シャワールームに換気扇が無かったこと。 壁の下方に汚れが目立った。 上の階の部屋からと思われる音と声が少々気になった。

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026一日歩き回って足がダルかったので、部屋のマッサージチェアはかなり助かりました。 景色も良く、無駄のないコンパクトな室内は一人宿泊でもリラックスできました。一人旅はなかなか寝付けないことが多いのですが今回は早々に眠りにつくことができ、良い睡眠ができました。 朝食会場も落ち着いた雰囲気でのんびり朝のひと時を過ごすことができました。 テレビをつけた時に見た、レムさんのオリジナルの羊の映像に思いがけず癒されました。テレビ見るはずがそのまま寝落ちたので、睡眠導入効果でもあるのかな？！-Ꮚ˘ ꈊ ˘ Ꮚ

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location is great and the room is quiet for good rest. The room feels modern. What I appreciated is that they still offer room cleaning service if you need it. This is very important for me as I travel with a little kid who often makes a mess.
In general it’s all good. If I were to pick things for improvement: 1) the hotel won’t help booking a taxi and asked me to install app and do it myself. It would be okay if I didn’t travel alone with a little child and tons of luggage. 2) The twin room feels smaller than the look from the photo, but I understand it is still okay for Tokyo room size. 3) the cleaning options they have are either full cleaning, or just provide towels. I hope they have something in between, for example, I mostly need vacuum, and change trash bags, and towels. I don’t really need the beddings to be changed, but the choices are kind of fixed.

美中不足的是房間坪數偏小 兩個人行李箱無法打開，要收起來才有走路的空間

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Toplam 10 gece kaldık. Çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gidersek, gene burada kalmayı tercih ederiz. Odalar tüm japon otellerinde olduğu gibi küçük. Ancak son derece konforlu. Valizleri koyabileceğimiz hemen girişte minik bir bölüm vardı. Böylece odada valiz karmaşası yaşamadık. Masaj koltuğu günün yorgunluğunu atmak için iyi geldi. Odamız sürekli olarak temizlendi. Havlular yenilendi. Resepsiyondan ihtiyaç duyduğunuz genel malzemeleri alabiliyorsunuz. Tarak, diş fırçası, çay/kahve. Odanın penceresinden, hava açık olduğunda Fuji görünüyor. Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. İki metro istasyonuna da yakın. Hemen yakınında 2-3 tane market var. Güvenle geceleri yürüyebilirsin, alışveriş yapabilirsin. En güzel yemeklerimizi otel çevresinde restoranlarda yedik. Mutlaka otel çevresini değerlendirin. Lüks bir bölge olduğu için çevredeki otel ve mağazalarda ingilizce bilenler oluyor. Gittiğinizde bunun ne kadar kıymetli birşey olduğunu anlayacaksınız. Otelde 2-3 defa kahvaltı yaptık. Bize uymadı. Ama hemen karşı kaldırımda Le Pain Quotidien vardı. Kahve/pancake/yumurta yiyebiliyorsunuz. Ortam da çok güzeldi.

The laundry machines didn't work, it took two hours but our clothes came out wet and smelling bad. When we washed them in an outside coin laundry later they were fine, so the hotel's machines must be bad. The air-conditioning is also very loud, and kept my wife awake. The bed, while comfortable enough, was dusty and something inside the room caused me to become allergic and my nose to run, which didn't happen outside the room, it was worse in the bed, so I think I was the pillows or the bed covers. Also, the room is already tiny, so why on earth do they feel the need to include a useless massage chair to waste valuable space?

La stanza! Sono andata bene perché ero da sola, ma in due credo sia davvero impossibile stare a meno che non si abbiano semplicemente due trolley e non una valigia da stiva. Sì, a Tokyo sono tutte piccole, ma davvero non si sa dove aprire la valigia.

We arrived in the middle of the afternoon, the Tokyo heat is horrible, add up the long journey from the airport. The staff from the from desk this time was giving us the attitude regarding our check in, i was trying to give our booking information thru booking.com but kept on asking for our passports. The way she questioned how we are in Japan without passports felt racist . She is not a japanese i can tell on her accent. Adding pain to the injury we went up our room with a room like sauna! It was terrible it took us a while to figure out how to make the ac work, which really gave me a headache i thought i was about to faint with the heat. I wish management can figure out something in advance to make the room cold prior of guest arrival. It adds up having to rest immediately when arriving to your room. The bed was comfortable bathroom is clean.

The room wasnt quite as pictured when booked and was smaller than we liked. Granted we are both bigger men. The room next to us had a better layout and seemed more spacious than our room but it was still a great place to stay

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Die Lage war super. Es waren viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Metro Anbindung ist auch spitze. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick.
Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein, wie es in Tokio üblich ist. Uns war vorher nicht bewusst, dass es 2 Große Fenster von Bad in Zimmer gibt, welche mit 2 Rollos einen Sichtschutz hatten.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Such a great location with everything you need a short stroll away. Family mart, cute restaurants and bars and good shopping. The laundry room has heaps of washers/ dryers that work well and you can even see when they’re available on the tv in your room! Reception and staff are brilliant and they can send, receive and store luggage between hotels which we found so helpful so we didn’t have to lug our huge suitcases on trains and transport.
Rooms are tiny and we needed to book 2 rooms to sleep our family of 4. One adult with one child in each room. But this worked fine and rooms were next to each other.

強いていうと、チェックインが時間かかったかなと思うけど、ライブもあったし立地も良いことを考えると特に気になるところでもないかなと思います。
