Wir haben uns eine Suite mit Blick auf den Canal Grande gegönnt. Es war traumhaft. Die Deckenhöhe, der über 2 Meter hohe Kronleuchter, ein Traum. Das Geld war es uns wert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Lage perfekt, der Vaporetto hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, wenn wir Venedig besuchen.

Fantastic location- right by the main vaporetto stop and easy to walk everything, including the Fondamente Novo station. Our room was crazy big and beautiful. The breakfast place was super cute and the outdoor area was a lovely place to have a prosecco or beer at the end of the day.

Precis vid kanel, nära stationen för att kunna ta båten till olika stationer vilket var extremt smidigt! Tyvärr gick vi inte ett trevligt rum. Vi bokade detta hotell specifikt för att få utsikt mot kanalen. Men gick ett rum uppe på vinden utan fönster och snedtak så lågt i taken som vi fick huka oss… inte alls nöjd med tanken på priset vi betalade och med förväntan att få se kanalen från fönstret. Personalen på plats var trevlga.

We really liked all aspects of the hotel.

Only issue was a couple of things in the room , like the air con not working very well and few issues with the shower and bath.

When we reached there to check in, the girl who was the receptionist refused to let us check in because we had a 14-year-old son with us. She said to shift him to another hotel. He couldn't stay here. Then there was another hotel next to it. We went there and checked in. We stayed in that hotel. We couldn't stay in that hotel. The behavior of the receptionist was extremely rude and very bad, even insulting. So I left that hotel and stayed in the next hotel,

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Venice

We were initially given a smaller room than the one we had booked and paid for. We had to argue with the reception staff before we were eventually given the correct room. The receptionist was rude and showed very little consideration, which made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

Unfortunately, my stay at Pesaro Palace in Venice was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the service. A staff member named Nadia was extremely rude and made the experience even more unpleasant. Hospitality matters, especially at a hotel in a city like Venice, and the way we were spoken to was unacceptable. We were told that checkout was at 11:00 AM. At approximately 10:55 AM, while we were still in the room and had not yet checked out, housekeeping opened our door to begin cleaning without even knocking. There were still five minutes remaining before checkout, but more importantly, hotel staff should never enter an occupied guest room without knocking and giving the guests an opportunity to respond. The condition of the room was also disappointing. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room did not feel clean. There were visible stains on both the curtains and the sofa, which is not what you expect when paying to stay at a hotel of this caliber. Venice is an incredible city, but unfortunately Pesaro Palace did not live up to expectations. Between the rude service, lack of privacy before checkout, non-functioning AC, and cleanliness issues, I would not stay here again unless there are significant improvements in both customer service and room maintenance.

Die Hotelbar schließt leider schon um 21.00 Uhr, das ist sehr schade zumal es einen wunderschönen Loungebereich mit Garten gibt. Ein toller Ort mit Blick auf den Canale Grande.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pesaro Palace and would not recommend it to anyone considering the price point. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself felt run-down and poorly maintained. Our air conditioning didn’t work for the entire stay, and despite repeated requests, nobody came to fix it. The bathroom sink clogged almost instantly, and the bathroom overall looked worn and neglected. The room itself was dirty, and the duvet was old, stained, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced. For what you pay, you deserve better service and basic cleanliness — this hotel delivers neither. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

Lokacija hotela je dobra i praktična za obilazak Venecije.

Soba je po dolasku bila izrazito rashlađena, gotovo neugodno hladna. Temperaturu klime nije moguće samostalno regulirati, nego je za svaku promjenu potrebno kontaktirati recepciju, što je prilično nepraktično. Također, jastuci su bili dosta neudobni.

Vue exceptionnelle sur le grand canal et emplacement pratique à l'embarcadère du vaporetto. Très proche d'une grande rue commerçante. Hotel très calme et luxueux.

Pas d'eau ni de café dans la chambre. Pour un palace c'est incompréhensible. Baignoire à hydrojets qui ne fonctionne pas.

Room was lovely, location was perfect for me as it was within short walking distance to St Marc Basilica etc while still being close enough to the train station for my onward journey. Room was lovely and shops and restaurants near by were good.

La personne de l'accueil présente le soir aux alentours de 21h30 n'est vraiment pas sympathique et pas serviable du tout. Pas souriant. On semblait le détanger quand nous lui avons demander si on pouvait ajouter un sac dans la bagagerie et il n'a pas souhaité nous aider lorsqu'on cherchait un horaire de bateau pour nous rendre à l'aéroport... Gros contraste avec les autres membres du personnel présents en journée très gentils et bienveillants.

Es wird Champner per mail Angeboten, als wir danach fragten gab es nur Proseco. Das Zimmer206 sah super aus aber es gab Beschädigungen im Bad und die Minibartür. Minibar ebenfalls nicht befüllt. Ich glaube die Eierspeis war aus dem Tetrapack keine frischen.

Немного скудноват завтрак. Расположение кондиционера в комнате вынуждает отель ставить рядом вентилятор, иначе не происходит воздухообмен.

Honestly it was a wonderful stay for the price.

Top: Die Lage am Canale Grande und direkt neben der Vaporetto-Station "Ca' D'oro" (Linie 1). Zu Fuß sind vom Hotel aus in 5-10min. mehr als 10 Restaurants erreichbar. Und, nicht zu vergessen, der in ca. 6 min. Fußweg zu erreichende Supermarkt "Coop" auf der Calle S. Felize. Auch das Personal war Top - durchgehend freundlich und es gab gerne Hilfe bei Fragen etc. Sehr Gut: Das Frühstück war geschmacklich gut und ausreichend. Gut: Im Foyer ist ein Bankomat aufgestellt.

Man kann es nicht diplomatischer schreiben als: Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat seinen Zenit schon längere Zeit überschritten. Negativ: Die extrem kalt eingestellte Klimaanlage, die man vom Zimmer aus NICHT regulieren kann! Auf die Bitte die Temperatur im Zimmer zu erhöhen, wurde gesagt dies gemacht zu haben - gemerkt haben wir davon aber nichts. Der Fauteuil-Sessel verlor beim Wegschieben gleich einmal sein linkes Vorderbein. Es gab nur drei (!) Steckdosen im Zimmer, wovon eine davon nicht einmal nutzbar war (weil sie im Öffnungsbereich der Eingangstür lag). Wobei ... eigentlich waren mehrere Möglichkeiten für Steckdosen vorhanden - man hat diese nur bewusst verblendet. Die nachfolgenden Zeilen sind subjektiv: Das Zimmer wirkte für mich altmodisch, die Möbel waren "abgelebt" und der Luster an der Zimmerdecke war für die Zimmergröße überdimensioniert. Und da wir beide Buchleser sind, hätten wir uns auf jeder Seite des Bettes eine Lampe gewünscht (zusätzlich zum Luster).

1. The room was not prepared upon arrival When we entered our room, one of the beds had no bed sheets and had clearly not been prepared for guests. Although the hotel staff eventually made the bed after our complaint, this unnecessarily disrupted the beginning of our stay. 2. The minibar/refrigerator was completely non-functional; had to solve that myself Immediately after entering the room, we noticed that the minibar was not working. It was completely warm, the interior light did not function, and there was absolutely no cooling. We informed the reception immediately. The staff repeatedly insisted that the refrigerator was functioning normally and claimed that all refrigerators in the hotel worked in exactly the same way. After physically inspecting it, they told us to wait one or two hours because it would "certainly start cooling." It never did. When I contacted the reception again, I requested either another room or a replacement refrigerator. Instead of resolving the problem themselves, a young female receptionist in a black uniform opened the hotel's reservation system, identified an unoccupied room, handed me the keys, and instructed me to search for a working refrigerator myself. We entered another room together and immediately found a refrigerator that was actually functioning properly, proving that our original refrigerator had indeed been defective despite the staff's earlier claims. The same receptionist then instructed me to remove the working refrigerator from that room and install it in our own room. 3. Damaged and potentially dangerous hair dryer 4. Dangerous plumbing installation around the whirlpool bathtub 5, Additional maintenance deficiencies like missing wardrobe door handles and other signs of neglect.

C'est un hôtel 4 étoiles et je n'ai jamais vu un état aussi négligé ! Vitre d'armoire cassée, sèche-cheveux jauni, porte de douche ne fermant pas à cause des moisissures dans les joints. Pomme de douche remplie de moisissures et de calcaire. Bouton de chasse d'eau cassé. Les prises électriques au niveau du lit sont cassées, l'interrupteur de salle de bain aussi... Bref, l'établissement mérite une nouvelle inspection car il ne respecte clairement pas ses 4 étoiles !

The location is fantastic, water transport out front, with plenty of shops, restaurants to the back of the property. The breakfast was really really good.

TV reception wasn't great at times.

This was our second stay at Pesaro Palace in Venice, and once again, it didn't disappoint. We love this hotel for its friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful character, classic Venetian design, and fantastic location. The hotel is in the heart of Venice, within easy walking distance of wonderful shops, cafés, and restaurants. One of the biggest advantages is that you can arrive directly at the hotel by either private water taxi or the public vaporetto, making it incredibly convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute journey from Venezia Santa Lucia train station. Communication with the hotel was excellent. The reception team kindly arranged a private water taxi transfer for us from Marco Polo Airport directly to the hotel upon request (at an additional cost), and everything was seamless. We highly recommend Pesaro Palace to anyone visiting Venice and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to this beautiful city.

La suite di dimensioni enormi offre una vista panoramica sul canal grande strepitosa e l'arredamento in puro stile veneziano ti immerge in un'atmosfera Veneziana al 100%. Ten eerste werden we gestuurd naar een kamer op de 5e verdieping wat meer een zolder is zonder ramen. Na aandringen bij de balie hebben we een kamer gekregen op de 4e verdieping, terwijl ik op het formuliertje zag dat eigenlijk een kamer op de 1e verdieping voor mij was gereserveerd. Verder werkte de airco zeer slecht. Deze wordt bediend door de receptie, dus er is geen eigen controle over de airco. Als laatst, de lift was vanaf dag 1 al kapot, dus we moesten continu met de trap naar de 4e verdieping.

No remote for the air conditioning. I had to call reception to open, close, modify ventilation, and when I called no one answered. There were 39 degrees outside, very very hot, we woke up in a sauna and no one answered the phone to open the air. For a 4 stars hotel… I wouldn’t expect that. Also, no slippers. The rest was fine.

Excellent location on the Grand Canal next to the D'Oro water bus stop , perfect for heading to the Rialto (2 stops) ,San Marco , or Lido if you fancy the beach! (it's the no 1 water bus). We had a junior suite which was spacious. The breakfast had lots of choice and was a good standard. Staff were charming.

The bar / snacks service was virtually non -existent , so getting a drink (any drink - water, tea, a glass of wine was very hit and miss). We paid £2385 plus E63 tax (so over £2400 for 7 nights , £340 a night) - a big chunk of this is being spent on location. It felt more like a £200 a night hotel.

A localização é excelente, pois tem um estação de vaporeto Bem em frente, além de uma vista belíssima. A decoração do hotel reflete a identidade da cidade.

Quando chegamos fomos alocado em um quarto q fica no sótão , inclusive com uma escada estreita para subir com malas, sem ter ajudante para tal. O quarto era com o teto muito baixo, sem janelas, e quente, inclusive com ventilador. Apresentamos a recepção a reserva que dizia quarto com vista para o jardim e imediatamente nos transferiram, embora para uma quarto que não possui foto no booking, então aconselho a tirar as dúvidas por msg de qual quarto realmente se trata a reserva.

Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Es war zwar ein TV-Gerät im Zimmer, jedoch konnte trotz Nachfrage kein Sender in deutscher Sprache empfangen werden.

La camera anche se pulita, aveva parecchie mancanze. Lo specchio dell’armadio era rotto, in bagno mancava il tappo del bidet, nei muri della camera c’erano delle vistose macchie, e le prese della corrente vicino al letto non andavano. Il clima non era regolabile in autonomia, bisognava ogni volta chiamare la reception. La camera era carina, ma veramente tenuta male

The check in was poor The staff member on the desk was not helpful and gave no information, we didn’t even know the reception number, no slippers, or robes or charging points in the room next to the bed, they were hidden behind cupboards, no water available and when asked for, we were told to drink tap water, and when asked for bottle water, we were told to come down and get it ourselves. Dirty curtains view was terrible and breakfast: was satisfactory We were not told about the coffees being charged for at breakfast - poor service poor staff and poor overall such a shame

This is a chance, if you can afford it, to stay in a magnificent Palazzo on the Grand Canal. Forget any minor quibbles with the accommodation. This is an experience of a lifetime.

Considering what is on offer, only very minor matters not worth mentioning.

The beds and pillows were like sleeping on bricks. The younger staff were friendly but the older ones were rude.

Our stay in Room 101 was absolutely fantastic and one of the highlights of our trip to Venice. The room was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had a stunning view overlooking the Grand Canal. Being located right next to the ferry stop made it easy to get anywhere in the city while still feeling immersed in the authentic Venetian atmosphere. The hotel itself is full of history, which made the experience even more special and unique. Waking up each morning to the canal view felt like a true Venetian experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One helpful tip for future guests: if the room feels warmer than you’d like, the front desk can adjust the air conditioning. We also discovered that keeping the bathroom doors closed helped the room stay noticeably cooler. Between the amazing location, the beautiful room, the historic character of the hotel, the wonderful staff, and the unforgettable Grand Canal view, this was a stay we will never forget. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, les coussins sont inconfortables, les matelas également. Dans la chambre il n’y a ni bouteille d’eau, ni machine à café ! il n’y a pas non plus de smart tv. Le panel de contrôle de la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, elle fait un bruit de tracteur et l’odeur qui s’en dégage est noseabonde.

Direkte Lage am canale grande. Gemütlicher kleiner Garten mit Sitzplätzen im Außenbereich. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet, aber alles vorhanden.

Die Kabel an beiden Nachttischlampen waren defekt/geknickt. Vorhänge waren verschmutzt und die Fenster einschließlich Rahmen waren nicht geputzt. Zimmermobiliar mit Ausnahme des Betts in die Jahre gekommen.

Очень атмосферный отель с прекрасной локацией — все основные достопримечательности Венеции находятся буквально в шаговой доступности. Отдельно хочется отметить приветливый и вежливый персонал, который всегда был готов помочь. Особую атмосферу создают старинная мебель, интерьер и картины — благодаря этому действительно ощущается дух настоящей Венеции. Также нам очень понравился уютный внутренний дворик при отеле — мы с мужем с удовольствием пили там кофе по утрам и вечерам

Из минусов могу отметить достаточно однообразные и скромные завтраки. Также в номер не предоставляется вода для гостей, что для отеля такого уровня было немного неожиданно. И ещё присутствует выраженный запах старинной мебели, который может быть комфортен не всем гостям

Location, was the best point, easy access to Vaporetto, easy walking access to all attractions.

Hotel may have been 4 star when it opened, but has not been well maintained. Some of the light switches in our Suite were broken, one beside lamp was missing the other had a broken plug exposing the wiring. There was only one outlet in the room to charge anything and it was in the Bathroom, tried to use one of the table lamp outlets but it was so worn the adapter kept falling out. AC was only controllable by calling the Front Desk. No draws for clothes except in the bedside table, very few hangers in the closet.
