Reviewed Sep 16, 2026If you are expecting to utilize the train and subway systems in Zurich (you definitely should!) this location is perfect. It is only a quarter of a mile from the main Zurich train station. The adjacent bus station is just past the train station. Many of the tour operators use the bus station as their meeting place so this hotel works perfectly.
Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

j'attends toujours la facture que l'établissement devait m'envoyer par mail! Il y avait un bruit sourd (poum) qui revenait régulièrement toute la nuit. Il n'y avait pas lait pour le corps, le seul savon était dans la baignoire, il n'y avait rien d'autre dans la salle de bain. Il n'y avait pas de tapis de douche quand je suis arrivée. Il n'y avait rien à grignoter dans le mini-bar. Le restaurant n'est plus en activité, et il y a peu de possibilité de se restaurer autour de l'Hôtel si on ne veut pas manger de fast-food

Il est très facile d'accès depuis la gare, la chambre standard single est certes petite mais bien agencée et confortable. J'aime surtout le calme et les petits détails comme une machine à café en chambre et des chaussons. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et bien fourni avec de bons produits. Le personnel très professionnel. Bref un plaisir d'y séjourner.
Rideau de douche en matière plastique pas agréable qui colle à la peau car douche très petite (un rideau en tissu ou en lin ou une vitre serait plus pratique). Sinon tout est super et propre !

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Facility and rooms very nice and clean. Lots of choices for paid breakfast and staff very helpful. Location near the train station and also easy walking distance to sights. Grocery stores right across the street with everything you might need.
My only small issue and this has been a problem in numerous hotels, not just this one, is the quality of the hairdryer. The hair dryer provided was not very strong and overheated when I dried my hair. Traveling overseas requires a minimum of luggage and I do not want to drag a hair dryer with me so it would be very helpful if all hotels would provide a hair dryer capable of drying a woman’s hair. Definitely not a deal breaker but sure would make life easier.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Смачний сніданок: порадувала соковижималка для апельсинового фрешу, свіжа випічка, ароматна кава, вперше мала змогу нарізати собі овочі, а не взяти вже обвітрені. Всі продукти були смачні і свіжі. В готелі є кімната для прасування - що дуже зручно, якщо ви хочете виглядати охайно. Ще є кімната з компʼютером і принтером. Можна залишити речі в камері схову на ресепшен. Номер був стандарт, не великий, але для короткого перебування місця достатньо. До жд вокзалу йти 7 хв, дуже зручно.
Мені не всистачило в номері чаю: чайник був, а чай ні. А також для мене не звично було кавролінове покриття підлоги, він вбирає в себе запахи і пил, тому без відкритого повністю вікна не було чим дихати.

The price is very high without even breakfast. There is no iron in the room and they have only one iron for all guests and you need to take the key from reception and go to the ironing room to iron tour clothes so be prepared. الموقع ممتاز جدا بالقرب من محطة القطار و سنتر المدينة و لكن الغرفه تنقصها بعض الاشياء مثل الفرشاه و المعجون و آكواب الماي يوجد فقط كوب واحد للقهوه صغير. الكاوية لازم تروح تاخذها من الاستقبال و تكوي ملابسك في غرفة خاصة و كل الفندق يستعملون نفس الكاوية.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Trato excelente del personal de recepción. Aunque nos defendemos en inglés, pudimos hablar con todos ellos en español sin problema. Nos sentimos como en casa. Las camas muy cómodas, todo excelente y limpio, muy buen desayuno y ubicación cerca de todo a pie. Sobre todo sitios para hacer compras o comer.
Durante el fin de semana, la noche es muy ruidosa y no nos permitió dormir bien. Según nos dijeron durante la semana las noches son tranquilas.

Na recepção pessoas que não te ajudam , não procuram te orientar, não fazem questão de procurar entender sua dificuldade de comunicação por não falar a língua.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Este es un hotel muy bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Zurich y a unas tres cuadras de la estación de trenes, se puede llegar caminando tranquilamente tanto a la estación como a los diferentes puntos de interés para recorrer y conocer la ciudad. El desayuno es básico, pero igualmente está bien. Destaco la amabilidad de los empleados de recepción y de limpieza.
El baño es muy pequeño y bañarse en el espacio de ducha es una odisea. Sugiero solicitar una habitación con bañera, pero es bastante más caro en ese caso por eso elegí una habitación con ducha.
