The room is to small

The Grab and go was just that. It was satisfying however, especially the oatmeal.

The room was comfortable but small and didn't allow for me to work. A chair would have been preferable over the small ottoman. The internet was choppy. Calls fell constantly and pages took long to load

It was lovely, we had the windowless room, it was so cute, lovely waterfall wet room shower and really clever storage under bed, I loved the wrap around head board little touches was well thought out. The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming and the cleanliness was spot on (and I’m a clean freak) the bottle in the shower was also lovely smelling.

No kettle in room but the coffee machine in reception is amazing

We did book a windowless room, but the staff kindly upgraded me and my mother to an apartment, to give us more space. It was a lovely apartment and comfortable for our needs. The location was great for getting us to the Alexander stadium for the European Athletics, we got the bus there from a nearby bus stop.

Nothing about the property, Would be better if the hotel’s location is more lit up at night for safety reasons.

Clean , reliable

Very modern hotel, compact rooms but comfortable bed and good temperature control. I didn't know the location very well but I was pleasantly surprised with the options of local bars, cafes and restaurants. I will be happy to come back and stay.

Space in the bathroom was a bit limited and the 'open' shower made everything a bit wet, with the floor slower to dry than I was expecting. No breakfast options although there were some good nearby cafes open early in the morning.

My bedroom which backed onto a street only had a thin blind which let the light through on to my bed which was right up against the window so I woke up early. The breakfast was disgusting and unhealthy - stale pastry, very old apple, caramel yoghurt and maple flavour syrup oats (and no means of making it once I had gone back to the room)

Loved how the minimalistic feel of the property made it feel cosy. The staff are all very pleasant and the location being so close to the city center allowed ease of travel and gave a lot of options for delivery if you just wanted to stay inside.

I didn't like the fact that after I showered, the steam showed significant markings on the mirror in the wet room. This may seem minor BUT it made me feel as though I had to be my own cleaner because of something as simple as the mirror hadn't been cleaned properly, only God knows what else had been left out simple because it passed the first glance test. The WiFi wasn't working so I had to hotspot for the entire time I was there. At the end of the stay I was told it was my device. Even though, everywhere I went and connected to WiFi it worked. Also given the fact that my phone was new, I highly doubt my devices were the issue. The hallways even during the day are very dark. At night it prepares you to sleep but during the day it feels like someone forgot to turn on the lights.

Camera e bagno davvero molto piccoli, poco accessoriati (senza porta asciugamani, senza alcuna armadiatura o posto per sedersi).

The rooms are super modern with all the latest tech.. very spacious lots of room and modern. The late checkout. The use of the fridge and hot drinks machine are all very good..

I really loved how well-organised the hotel is and the excellent welcome from the staff, especially the lady named Ema, if I remember her name correctly.

There’s not a lot of space to move around, the bathroom is fairly small too. It was not sound proof and could hear noisy guests.

Il faut savoir que le petit déjeuner est en fait un sac à retirer a l’accueil. Il est copieux mais il manque un endroit pour se poser et le prendre dans l’hôtel.

The receptionist was first class, a British Indian lady was light hair.

Das Frühstück ist nur ein Beutel mit diversen Frühstücksbestandteil. Für den Cafe mussten wir extra nachfragen. Es gibt keinen richtigen Frühstücksraum es ist das Foyer vom Hotel. Deshalb finde ich die Bezeichnung Hotel falsch. Es ist eine Hostel

I’m not too keen on the smell of the toiletries but it was ok. Also strange policy on how the beds are made, so if you sleep with the duvet turned down like I do then your bed won’t be made

The rooms we upgraded to were nice.

We booked 2 standard rooms. Their 'standard rooms' are actually their 'budget rooms'. We travel all over the world and have never seen such tiny rooms....no windows, no kettle or any other facilities. A tiny piece of carpet, then the bed that is tight to all walls with no walk around space,nowhere to put luggage or anything else. To the side a slide door into shower/toilet....the shower was ABOVE the actual toilet! Horrendous....straight back to reception to upgrade to 'apartment rooms' £35 each room extra....all facilities and nice.do not book their budget rooms!

Qui, c’è ne sono di cose da elencare. Anzitutto, lo staff. Freddo e poco disponibile. La doccia, seppur funzionante, non si può accettare che non sia staccata da lavabo e wc! Aria condizionata, seppur regolabile, sempre funzionante; anche dopo mie varie richieste di spegnerla completamente. Camere per nulla insonorizzate; si sente chiunque passi dal corridoio (secondo piano). Per non parlare di udire due che si divertivano in camera neanche in parte alla mia (beati loro). L impressione è che, in questo hotel, c’è un via e vai di gente a tutte le ore. Sicuramente, anche gente esterna all’hotel! Da evitare!

Lifts didn’t work, breakfast was in a takeaway bag. Rooms were tiny.

There were many good points to the hotel, great staff, really friendly and helpful but the room was tiny and no tea or coffee facilities which I would expect for nearly £90. Because I went with a friend and not a partner the layout was problematic, one person was trapped against the wall and difficult to get out in the night for the loo.

Ih I like the service, all the staff were excellent polite kind ,very fast to help , and my room was very clean tidy, Although there wasn't lift available, but still I managed my lagge on the first floor with the help of my friends, but I've no com , I asked one of the staff how I m going take my things upstairs, he said he can't help, we have to help our selp , Thanks all four Flex points

Only there wasn't any help to take my stuff upstairs on the first floor, which the lift was our of order, as I myself was 63 years old, i couldn't take it by myself so than with the help of my friends help took took my stuff on the first floor

The beds were amazing but the mattress was a bit hard for my liking but my sister loved everything we have no complaints either.

The staff here are absolutely exceptional!!! So friendly and welcoming. They make you feel very comfortable and make the stay so much better!! The rooms are good value to money and the housekeeping also keep ontop of thing! 10/10 I do recommend!!!

AC is rubbish

The staff were fantastic and housekeeping did an amazing job every day - the room was absolutely spotless and you could tell they really take pride in their work! The lift was broken however the kind reception staff carried my very heavy suitcase to my room. Bed was one of the most comfortable sleeps I have had and the smart TV worked great!

The room is very small and compact - you don’t have much space at all. There is no kettle in the room - it’s a very basic bed, bedside table, en-suite.

Paid for breakfast which turned out to be a ‘doggy bag’ containing a pot of porridge, a pasty (on one occasion we received a single dry croissant with no butter, jam, etc.) cereal bar, tea, coffee, hot chocolate or bottle of water and a piece of fruit. Would have not paid for the breakfast if I knew this would be what we would get.

De kamer zonder raam was bijzonder confortabel. Uitstekend bed en voldoende ruime douche- en toiletruimte. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijtpakketje. Lekker rustige locatie op wandelafstand van het centrum.

Good location, you can walk into the town centre and to the main train station. Tescos and restaurants are nearby. Parking outside of the hotel but you have to pay 8am-6pm Mon-Sat for the parking.

The room we stayed in was tiny and we were falling over each other trying to move around

We arrived on an extremely hot July afternoon and were warmly greeted by the excellent reception staff. We were at first surprised at how small the room was, with the walk in shower and sink forming a mini wet room. No seating or table and no tea or coffee facilities in our room, however these are available in the reception area at a reasonable price. After spending the evening at a very good Italian restaurant virtually opposite we then proceeded to The Jewellers Arms for alate night tipple. My wife then persuaded me to walk to Brinsley place for a walk to keep cool After such a hot day,returning to the windowless Hotel we were expecting a hot sticky night however I must say the air conditioning was excellent and we slept well we did not watch the large tv(probably a bit too large considering the close proximity to the bed). All Considered we found this hotel well priced for the location and ideal for a single night for a concert although i would think twice before booking for 2nights.also there is a car park just behind(not belonging to the Hotel) which is convenient however cheaper options are available nearby.

To start with the staff at tge reception i saw 4 different staff all were rude i also found the staff in the morning racist. Then the room extremely small and the toilet was literally in the shower and the door opened inside the toilet so very uncomgortable. The elevator did not work the 3 days i stayed there and the staff literally did not care about how the guests managed to go up anf down the stairs even for the checkout there was nobody to help with the bags me and my kids who are 8 and 10 were taking the bags down so very bad attitude

The location

Facilities were poor. We were staying on the 5th floor and the lift was out of order. Dragging luggage up 5 flights of stairs or climbing up after a night out is not fun! Also there is no ironing facilities in the bedroom so again up and down 5 floors to the ironing room when u just want to get comfortably ready. And the bathroom has a see through door which made me very uncomfortable as I was sharing the room with someone and could not use the bathroom comfortably

I have got a room with no windows a bit claustrophobic. Shower and toilet all together, you'd rather shower only when leaving the room no to wet everything.

The lift is not working and is not been working for a while.

The staff were friendly and welcoming especially and older gentlemen (wish i would remember his name). Great location and while the room is quite small its efficient and comfortable.

Lift out of order, nowhere during booking when you pay for breakfast it states that it is a grab and go bag with basic items. Considering the contents - the breakfast is a massive overcharge. The shower is in the toilet - i dont know how else to expllain it - after you use the shover - bathroom is off limits with dry clothes - ridiculous design, never seen anything like it.
