The location

The restaurant, the food was average and the staff serving you are really not helpful, making you feel you rather don’t ask them for anything. The price of the food is ridiculously high for what you get.

It was beautiful, service from stuff, care no 'Buntu'. We truly appreciated that. Guests were friendly aswell. Views, everything available at the facility, exceptional.

The carpet in the room had a weird smell.

On arrival the receptionist realized that my daughter was on crutches. She arranged the room inside the main building just above the receptionist and the restaurant. They ensured that our stay was comfortable. I didn't have to stand in the queue to dish for her meals. We were treated with courtesy by all staff We had a wonderful time. The Spa was 🤏 Food was delicious ✅ View were superb Unfortunately we couldn't swim ( we'll swim next time) Hope to visit again next winter

The property and surrounding areas is scenically beautiful. The facilities itself are good, we particularly enjoyed the warmed swimming pool, and various walking trails.

I expected more from the executive rooms. They were spacious etcetera, but the noise from the bathroom extraction fans is beyond irritating. We could hear them from adjoining rooms. Also, sound travelled a lot, especially when customers closed the room doors. No soft close here, just a bang. Otherwise, we were happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. We also felt the buffet-only dinner is a bit of a rip-off at R325 per person, excluding refreshments. An option to order off the menu would be more than welcomed.

Food got boring after 3 days, only the lunch menu. Breakfast and Supper was excellent.

Beautiful place with breathtaking scenery. Every member of the hotel staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, patient, and friendly. The reception team truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special and ensured we were well looked after throughout our stay. A special thank you to Nomfundo, Luwanda, and Nana, whose excellent directions made finding the resort effortless. The hiking trails were spectacular, and breakfast each morning was delicious. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the Lesotho tour. Yolanda from Major Adventures was exceptional and made the experience unforgettable. We were fortunate enough to travel up the pass after fresh snowfall. The last 1.5 km to the Highest Pub had to be completed on foot because the tour vehicles became stuck in the snow while local residents worked tirelessly to salt the roads. It was an incredible adventure and an experience we'll never forget.

Location, roughly 13km from Sani Pass border. Room size. Staff. Views.

Rooms don't have any refrigeration units, despite there being space in a cupboard for them. Thus making carrying drinks cumbersome.

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The hiking was perfect. I will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The facilities amd schedule of activities was good. The heated pool. They changed my room because i was not happy with the size.

They had bath towels instead of bath sheets. There were no tissues in the room. My booking stated that had a 'garden view' Initially the room that they allocated us was very small with no ' garden view'. There was no ala carte menu option for dinner. No room service for meals. No bar fridge.

Liked the location, the food and the different activities available. We went during winter time and their heaters were working, kudos to that as well.

No bar fridges in the rooms. No tables that go with the couch or even on the patios. Where are we supposed to put our drinks when relaxing on the couch or patio?

- Het appartement was simpelweg vies. De airconditioning was luidruchtiger dan het vliegtuig op de heenreis. - Het was ijskoud door een kier van 5cm onder de voordeur en als je in bad zat kreeg je een koude bil omdat de vloer van het bad ijskoud blijft. - de badkamer had verschillende mankementen, deurbeslag dat kapot was, schimmel in de badkamer. - misschien geschikt voor kinderen, niet voor koppels. Rennende kinderen overal. - te weinig personeel - enkel buffet diner. Geen a la carte. - golfbaan kan je geen golfbaan noemen. Geen bunker oud, meer een grasveld met een gat er in.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – 29 June to 1 July Our recent stay at the Premiere Sani Pass Resort fell far short of expectations, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment. Dining: On arrival, we learned that à la carte orders close at 4 PM with no exceptions, leaving only the buffet. As we hadn’t given prior notice, we accepted this without complaint and drove to a neighbouring town for dinner. However, for our second night, I personally informed both reception and the restaurant that we do not eat beef or pork for health reasons, and requested an additional chicken or lamb dish be added to the buffet. This was acknowledged. Yet after a long day travelling up Sani Pass into Lesotho, we returned to find no accommodation had been made whatsoever. At R320 per person, we were served a single chicken dish that was emptied within five minutes of service, and a poor seafood pasta seemingly made from the morning’s breakfast fish. This was unacceptable value and a broken commitment. Maintenance: Our shower was faulty from check-in on the 29th. We reported it to reception on the morning of the 30th and again that evening, and were assured it would be attended to. On returning to our room at 5 PM, it remained unfixed. Amenities: Rooms located a considerable distance from the main building have no mini bar fridge, meaning any cold beverage requires braving the freezing walk or a drive to reception. Additionally, the fireplaces were out of order, the games room was in a state of disrepair, and the movie room featured a television barely larger than a computer monitor. Service: The staff were unfriendly and the overall service was well below the standard expected of a 4-star establishment — in my experience, it would not merit even 2 stars. The facilities are in clear need of maintenance and refurbishment, and the staff require meaningful hospitality training. We will not be returning.

Heater/aircon in the room is too noisy, found this at multiple Premiers.

The staff, their hospitality and accommodating our requests was superb. The venues's itself, activities, dining & coziness was excellent.

What I would like, is a simple fast food menu when guests (kids& adults) are not keen on the full buffet option.

The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The place was neat and tidy and the meals was delicious and tasty.

The bathroom shower screen over the tub was not ideal as the water kept spraying out. The cleaning service during the days that we were staying was very basic. She didn't bother cleaning the area that our shoes were left as there was leaves still there post room service. There was also dust over some areas in the room.

The location is perfect for a trip up Sami Pass obviously. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Facilities exceeded our expectations. Food was great and a huge selection.

La ubicación es genial, cerca del Sani Pass y Lesotho, y el entorno es precioso. El hotel tiene mucho que ofrecer, pero siendo temporada baja, no todo está disponible/abierto. La cama es cómoda, pero le hace falta una manta eléctrica en invierno. El personal es muy amable. Hay una piscina climatizada, que estaba bien, aunque el agua no estaba muy caliente. Hay varios senderos para hacer excursión y una catarata bonita cerca.

Estuvimos en un bloque separado del edificio principal y, aunque tenía buenas vistas, la habitación estaba muy fría. Hay chimenea de gas, que los técnicos tuvieron que encender cada día, y hay aíre acondicionado, pero hace muchísimo ruido. Seria una idea poner mantas eléctricas en esas habitaciones, ya que antes de dormir, hay que apagar el gas (por seguridad) y el aire (por el ruido que hace). La comida: casi toda la comida "caliente" estaba tibia, o fría. Una noche, eramos pocos huéspedes y en vez de buffet, había un menú fijo. Horroroso. La carne era incomestible (y fría, cómo siempre). En las 3 noches que estuvimos, la única comida caliente era el curry.

This is our second time at premiere Sani Pass. This time we decided to book a suite- which had a lounge, kitchen/coffee facility, gas heater, air conditioning etc. beautiful room

Unfortunately we will not be returning to this property due to safety reasons and hazard reasons. The Gas heater that is provided in the room had a leak… imagine gas! When my husband tried to switch the heater on there was an explosion- burnt the hairs off his hands and a small burn to his finger.had we not left the lounge door ajar, this would have been a very big explosion with the gas accumulation, needless to say if we were asleep and if the initial incident did not happen, we were not going to wake up in the morning. We reported the incident to reception. The manageress immediately arranged for the Maintaince guy to assess the gas heater- he confirmed there was a gas leak, he said the valve outside was shut off due to the leak and advised us not to use the gas heater. My husband and the Maintaince guy proceeded to reception thinking we would get the room changed due to safety reason, this did not happen! The lounge door had to be left ajar and we closed the door leading into the bedroom for safety purposes.We were not offered first aid at all. Which makes me wonder if the premises actually has first aiders and a first aid box on site.

Dinner-the Oxtail I had was amazing. My husband had rump steak and that was the best. The À la carte menu and food was beyond our expectations.
