Its a nice place with great service, rooms are excellent.

Swimming pool is not very clean, me and my kid had a bad stomach after eating breakfast. Rest of the family was fine so it was the French toast probably.

Location was great…easy to find. Lake in the middle of a property makes for a nature lovers spot… lots of birds to greet your morning! Many eateries on campus, other than their in-house restaurant…which wasn’t always the best…depending on the dish ordered…

Room service/in-room dining was crappy. Very basic elements would be missed… and it would take them forever to provide the items that should’ve not been missing in the first place. Plastic overload is another area they need to improve massively in - bisleri botttles where reusable glass/metal bottles with RO water could be… same for bathroom amenities- lots of use ‘n throw plastic items - service industry needs to snap out of this!

Friendly staff, good facilities and great sized property. We came here to relax and definitely felt the peace. Short trip into town to visit palace and zoo. Would recommend staying here for families. The spa experience was also very nice way to unwind after a long flight.

The sofa provided in our room was not a practical design.

Great location and ambience . Food a little bit of concern especially on the meat side sometimes it’s served fresh or it’s cold it all depends but the overall stay was comfortable staff were courteous and place has been well maintained. Bonus - they arrange candle night dinner every day only if you are ok with mascots here and there but it’s a best date made

It is an old property building which needed repair work. The female staff at the reception were not polite and kind. My flight got delayed so I have requested for a late check-out for only one room but they charged an unfair amount.

The location, amenities and view and spacious rooms. It was a comfortable stay .

The Breakfast spread was very less and there was no good taste. We ordered omelette from live counter and it was tasteless. We asked in the restaurant that can we order beer in room post 11pm, and when we asked to order they denied saying Bar is closed. Thirdly, i ordered bathrobe and it was dirty. It has bad stain mark on the robe.

Very relaxing, low-key atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, and looked after us very well.

The price was the issue. It is probably 20% overpriced. But otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay and property. It has everything you can think of from cycling to swimming pool to kids play area. It beautifully spans across a few acres and has excellent views. The staff was friendly and the food at cage Ambrosia was excellent, much better than restaurants outside. Overall a beautiful property.

In room dining was a little slow and the person at the counter was a little rude when we asked for food to be heated! Could have spoken a little properly and nicely! The manager at the property although being there at the reception completely ignored the customers!

The overall layout of the resort is beautifully designed, the lake, the magnificent majestic pool, the kids play-park, the games room was also well equipped. The mix of continental and Indian food at Ambrosia. The Italian restaurant had beautiful decor, great food and good service by all the staff. Excellent service by Neriksha at reception, Lokesh and Kumar at in-room dining, Immanuel at the restaurants, David and Harish at housekeeping. Overall a wonderful experience.

The beautiful translucent orange bar of soap provided at the hotel didn't lather at all, it was very frustrating trying to wash.

The reception staff could benefit from more training and support to create a smoother and more welcoming experience. Interactions felt overly focused on monetary aspects rather than guest comfort. Unfortunately, The room i was checked in was disappointing. The bathroom ceiling seemed broken, the shower area was in poor shape, and the bathroom door was damaged . Overall, the room did not feel properly maintained.

Excellent property at a very short drive from Bengaluru. Location and property landscaping is amazing with a lake and fountains to boast about. Amazing amenities like swimming pool, indoor games room, cycling and kids play area. Breakfast Buffet spread is quite lavish and the food especially the live counters prepare delicious food. Multiple restaurants are present at the location serving Italian, North Indian, Chinese Cuisines and In Room dining is also very quick and portion size is quite good. Overall a must visit location in case you planning to stay in Mysuru

Can work a bit more on the upkeep of the Lake and also cleaning up of the Drain passing through the property

The ambience, helpful and friendly staff.

The restaurant staff need better training on serving and presenting food. The resort had a photo shoot near the swimming pool from 12 midnight to 6am. It was very noisy and caused a lot of disturbance. We complained but no action was taken.

Wonderful premises. The lakeside, pool, bar and restaurants were all fantastic. It's a big place with lots of space to walk around. Lots of greenery. Size of the room is massive.

Playing area for kids in the indoor section have very old . There are not much notes written for operating certain items like air hockey

Traveling with 2 young kids the property had something to keep them engaged and we did not feel the need to step out of the property. Facility is week managed and staff very attentive. Multiple options to eat as well special mention of the italian bistro! Jacuzzi and hot shower in the suite was another highlight!

The suite room seating was inadequate and can be better!

The premises is old, the AC is not working, the facilities are broken down. The management has very poor response and tried to overcharge for every small thing.

The front desk didn't care. They overcharged us 5000 rupees for 2 hours early check in. Very poor facilities and the food was mediocre, with breakfast being only idli and vada.

Property is spacious and have restaurant options. Food was good. Staffs are good.

Sofas were torn. Inspite of high costs, bike rides and air hockey were charged separately which i felt is very unnecessary. Their charges are too high but the toiletries were biotique products which you will find in low end hotel stays. Food prices were also extremely high like special chef rates. But actually locally made. High tea was very average which was included in the package. When i searched for 2 adults + 2 children, the room was listed as booking option but when i booked it automatically deleted 2 children for a cottage room. Which i do not understand at all. and they charged huge prices for our children at per person basis which was very unfair.

Everything about this Resort is excetional. From the guys hand picking the weeds from the grass to the General manager. The pool is spotlessly clean (pool towels from the Spa adjacent). The restaurant is great and all the staff are amazing. We booked for 2 nights in a cottage. Then another 2 in a different room and yet another 2 in a cottage again. Didn't want to leave!

Some of the garden view rooms have no outside seating and can be a little cold during the monsoon. Be aware of the path to the Pizzaria, it can be very dark at night. I spoke to the GM and he assures me it will be taken care of.

Nice weekend getaway!

Inefficient reservation process from resort. Day before my checkin they marked my credit card as invalid.And then I was sent an email through booking.com post 2pm to make fifty percent advance payment the same day or they will release my booking. There were no phone calls or alerts, just a random mail sent through booking.com. Fortunately, I saw the email and contacted the property for more details, not sure what was their plan if I was busy at work and didn’t manage to check my personal emails well past 6 pm. I haven’t encountered such inefficient reservation process anywhere else. Also, don’t understand the logic behind marking a customer’s credit card as invalid because of the property’s inability to perform offline cc swipes, and I used the same credit card to make rest 50% payment at the resort.

Liked the whole experience.

It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided.

Property was like a fish market. They had just finished a wedding and there were 20 guests sleeping outside the reception. Food at the Italian restaurant was terrible everything was cold and seemed processed. The rooms were outdated and restrooms were badly maintained. Would definitely not visit again !!

Front office lady staff in reception - not letting smooth checkout. I went to pay in advance, they wanted me to provide keys. Made me wait. Made me to walk back to the room again. Checkout was chaotic . Other staff politely helped me solve it. I was surprised that front office staff was not willing to take my payment. Craziness at its peak. Other points -Explain facilities and improve it so we can use it properly e.g. cycling, indoor games -Improve business centre facilities and upgrade it -1 for her at front office reception

The WiFi was disappointing. Enjoyed the stay
