The size of the hotel made it easy to get around and access all the facilities and activities. Most of the staff were very nice, the hotel was clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The all-inclusive package was generous and felt very indulgent.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to our expectations in terms of taste and quality, except for the Italian restaurant, which was very good, and the crepe bar, which was awesome

Best of all - the staff: everyone was very friendly, helpful, smiling, efficient, respectful. Best staff we've encountered. Amazing! Also, the room air conditioning worked very well, and quietly! There's a lot of space everywhere, with easy access to everything. Large beautiful pool very close to a lovely beach. Everything was included so one could eat and drink all day. Main dining room with wide selections and other food and drink options, including free alcohol. Free Airport shuttle.

Furnishings comfi but a bit out of date...Missed an extra shelf or hanging hooks in the bathroom. the soap and shampoo bottles are fixed in place, which doesn't seem right with a 5star hotel...Also, there should be a hand support in the shower.

המיקום יחסית טוב לאזור, חוף פרטי נחמד (אבל סלעי). השירות מדהים, היו סופר נחמדים וגם שידרגו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר ללא תוספת תשלום רק כי היה להם מקום.. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים.

האוכל בבוקר היה מעולה, וגם המסעדות במלון אחלה, בארוחת ערב פחות אהבנו את האוכל

מלון מעולה, גדול ומרווח. הרבה מקום ליד הבריכות. אוכל טעים, חדר ענק ומאובזר עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה נעימה. חוף הים קצת מאכז בגלל שהכניסה למים עם שונית אבל חוץ מזה היה טוב מאוד.

המרפסת בחדר לא היתה כל כך נקייה בניגוד לחדר עצמו.

O nível das refeições ficou abaixo da expectativa para o padrao do hotel e comparado com outros resorts que ja fomos. A praia é muito rochosa e impossível de usar, com risco de segurança. Tinha apenas uma minúscula faixa de areia que dava pra entrar.

The service was excellent, the staff was responsive. The food was very varied and delicious! The children were constantly being taken care of.

The pools need maintenance, strong smell of chlorine and we slipped in the large pool in the shallow part of the water. We felt unsafe in the pool, we preferred to go to the sea. In addition, we were not told that we could make a reservation in advance before arriving at the restaurant and there was no room for us. Only after we spoke and explained to the staff did they help us find a place in the restaurants. It is worth making a reservation in advance for restaurants and not waiting to arrive.

The hotel is very nice, the pools are excellent, and most of the staff are friendly and polite.

There is a lot of walking involved. I booked a room with a sea view, but I was given a room overlooking the water slide and the kids’ club, with barely any view of the sea. The cleanliness could definitely be improved. The food was, to put it mildly, not very good. The selection was very limited, and on many occasions there was hardly anything for the children to eat. There were also long queues, which I haven’t encountered at other hotels, both to enter the dining room and for certain dishes at the buffet. Overall, the general cleanliness also needs improvement.

A week before our arrival, I emailed to explain that my wife has a disability and that we would need the most accessible room available. We were traveling with two infants, so full accessibility was essential for us. Unfortunately, the room we received did not meet the level of accessibility we had requested. The floor was extremely slippery and hazardous for both my wife and our children, and there were stairs leading to the room, which made access even more difficult. In addition, the actual room differed significantly from the photos shown in the listing. When we raised these issues, the alternatives offered were either not accessible or were a downgrade from the room we had booked. As this was our first trip with the children, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and did not align with what we were promised.

The location in Mitsis laguna was excellent, close to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. The pool area was beautifully maintained and a great place to relax. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety to suit everyone in our group.

Nothing major stood out — main pool got busy by mid-morning no chairs available but nothing that affected our overall enjoyment.

נתחיל מפקידת הקבלה אלווירה שקיבלה את פנינו בחיוך אחרי הסיוט שעברנו בנתבג. ביקשנו צק אין מוקדם וקיבלנו את החדר כבר מאוד מוקדם בבוקר. מלון הכל כלול ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. חדר משפחתי נקי, חדר אוכל שפתוח כמעט 24 שעות, הכל בשפע. הכל מוגש עד השולחן. יש מגלשה לילדים, בריכות נקיות וחוף ים שבחלקו הצפוני מים צלולים כמו שלא ראיתי בשום מקום. מקרר מלא בכל טוב והכל חינם, גלידות ללא הפסקה, פירות, שתיה מכל סוג שרק תרצה. הופעות למבוגרים, הופעות לילדים.. מומלץ.

חלק קטן מהעובדים לא היה מסביר פנים. אולי כי אנחנו ישראלים, אולי סתם לא היה בא לו. אבל שוב חייב להדגיש, מדובר על בודדים ממש.

החדרים גדולים, מרווחים ונעימים, ורמת הפסיליטיז במלון גבוהה. הצוות היה שירותי, אדיב וקשוב מאוד לאורך כל השהות. התארחנו עם תינוק, וכל דבר שהיינו צריכים עבורו סופק במהירות ובשמחה, וזה בהחלט הקל עלינו. תוכנית ה־All Inclusive עשירה מאוד, עם מבחר גדול של אוכל ומשקאות לאורך היום. נקודה שחשוב במיוחד לציין לטובה היא ההתייחסות לרגישויות והגבלות מזון - הצוות היה מאוד קשוב ותמיד דאג להציע מנות חלופיות מתאימות. חדר האוכל המרכזי מציע מגוון רחב מאוד, וגם אם לא כל המנות היו לטעמנו, תמיד היה אפשר למצוא מספיק אפשרויות טובות. הבריכות והמתקנים היו נעימים וסיפקו לנו בדיוק את מה שחיפשנו לחופשה רגועה.

לטעמנו יש מקום לשיפור ברמת הניקיון והתחזוקה בחלקים מסוימים של המלון, במיוחד בהתחשב ברמת המלון ובקטגוריה שלו. האכזבה העיקרית שלנו הייתה מחמש המסעדות במלון. ניסינו כמה מהן, ולצערנו רמת האוכל והטעמים לא התאימו לציפיות שלנו. דווקא בחדר האוכל המרכזי, למרות שהאיכות לא הייתה אחידה בין כל המנות, המגוון הרחב אפשר תמיד למצוא מה לאכול. מבחינת פעילויות ובידור, לא הרגשנו שיש הרבה פעילות במהלך היום, אם כי ייתכן שפשוט פחות התעניינו בנושא ולכן לא חיפשנו אותן באופן יזום.

האוכל לאורך כל היום, הכל כלול - אלכוהול, בר פנקייקים וגלידות, בר בשרים, פיצות ועוד. מיני בר בחדר עם ריפל לאורך כל השהייה. אבל חוץ מזה יש למלון עוד הרבה במה להשתפר!

שירות לקוחות גרוע - ביום הראשון לא ניקו לנו את החדר, ביום השני היינו צריכים לבקש מגבות שוב ושוב אחרי בריכה עם ילדים קטנים. היו לנו נמלים בחדר, הניקיון היה לוקה בחסר, והרגיש באופן כללי שעובדי המלון עושים טובה בכל בקשה. דבר נוסף - אין צל בכלל בכל הבריכות. גם בפעוטות.

אהבנו את המתקנים - הבריכות נקיות ומטופחות עם מושבים נוחים, והמגבות הוחלפו פעמיים ביום. האוכל טוב במיוחד לילדים. מסעדת הקראפרי היתה ממש טעימה והציע גם קרפים מתוקים וגם מלוחים. הופעות הערב לילדים היו ממש יפות ומושקעות. הצוות מסביר פנים ונעים.

The staff were absolutely wonderful – very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The service was excellent throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. There were many insects and mosquitoes around the property, which made our stay uncomfortable. There was also a very unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The food service was another disappointment – there were often long queues, the quantities were limited, and some items ran out quickly. We also paid extra to upgrade our room, expecting a better experience, but unfortunately we found that the standard rooms were actually better. Considering the additional cost, the upgraded room was definitely not worth the extra money.

The rooms, facilities and hotels were super clean and well maintained. The room was big enough, and comfortable. The AC was doing some weird noises, but nothing serious. The pools were great, there were enough chairs around the pools, and the food was satisfactory - exactly what you would expect from an all included hotel. Options for kids were great!

The staff were not very nice, and were very not patient.

Sehr schöne Anlage! Freundliches Personal! Mehrere Pools! Das Essen in den Restaurants (nicht hauptrestaurant) war sehr gut und auch die Snacks in der Beach Bar, sowie die Crêpes in der creperie! Abendunterhaltung recht nett, für die Kids immer etwas dabei! Pluspunkt: Arzt ist im Hotel anwesend und auch die Beschaffung von Medikamenten funktioniert einwandfrei (werden mit dem Taxi ins Hotel gebracht). Fotografen sind vor Ort, man kann also nette Familienfotos machen lassen und erst später entscheiden, ob man Fotos kaufen möchte.

Das Essen im hauptrestaurant war nicht gut- fleisch und Fisch zu trocken, insgesamt keine sehr gute Qualität. Auch die alkoholischen Getränke haben nicht geschmeckt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber die beistellbetten bzw. Das Schlafsofa sehr unbequem. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Qualität leidet jedoch unter der Größe und der Masse an Gästen. Obwohl extra darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man keine liegen reservieren darf, andernfalls alles entfernt wird, waren die liegen ab 7:30 regelmäßig offensichtlich reserviert- ohne Konsequenz.

אני אף פעם לא כותב ביקורות אבל פשוט מגיע להם. מקום גדול, יפה, מושלם למשפחות, שקט ורגוע, אוכל ברמה גבוהה….כל הצוות כולל כולם שרותיים ברמה הכי גבוהה שיכולה להיות. בטוח נחזור לשם או לאחד ממלונות הרשת.

מלון מדהים מעוצב ברמה גבוהה. החללים המרכזיים כמו לובי ובריכות מדהימים. החדרים גדולים ונקיים. הכל כלול ברמה גבוהה אלכוהול גלידות קרפ וארוחות כל היום. שירות בחדר אוכל ברמה גבוהה. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. ארוחת ערב טובה

Ήταν όλα πέραν των προσδοκιών μας ειλικρινά. Το προσωπικό κατ' αρχάς εξαιρετικό.Αξίζουν πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλους.Πεντακάθαροι όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου όπως και ο χώρος του εστιατορίου που είναι από τα πιο σημαντικά. Επίσης,με εντυπωσίασε το γεγονός ότι οι σερβιτόροι στους χώρους της πισίνας μας ρωτούσαν πολύ συχνά εάν θέλαμε κάτι, μάζευαν συνεχώς τα άδεια ποτήρια και μας έφερναν κάθε νέα παραγγελία γρήγορα!Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο.

Θεωρώ χρειάζονται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση τα δωμάτια χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει ότι δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι από το δωμάτιό μας. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και με πολύ άνετο στρώμα κρεβατιού!

We had an amazing 5-night stay, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always happy to help, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort. The facilities were excellent. The pools were beautiful, clean, and perfect for both adults and children. We also loved the bars, which offered a great selection of drinks and excellent service. A special thank you goes to the staff at the bar next to the kids' pool—Anna, Marina, Giannis, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their warmth and exceptional service made our family feel right at home and made our vacation even more enjoyable. And George. the young lifeguard, really connected with the kids, and was extremely nice and helpful.

The room could benefit from having more places to hang clothes and towels. A few additional hooks or towel racks would make it much more convenient, especially for families staying several days. Another issue was the sunbeds around the pools. Every morning, many guests reserved loungers by leaving their towels on them very early, and by around 8:00 a.m. it was almost impossible to find a free sunbed, even though many of the reserved ones remained unused for hours. It would be great if the hotel enforced a policy to prevent this practice so that all guests have a fair chance to enjoy the pool area.

המלון הכי טוב שיצא לנו להיות בו. הכל כלול ברמה הכי גבוהה - חדר אוכל מרכזי עם ארוחות סביב השעון, מסעדות קונספט, ברים עם קוקטלים טובים, יין טוב, הכל לפי הספר אפילו מבחינת צורת הגשה, נשנושים כמו קרפים, גלידות, פיצות - הכל ברמה גבוהה ביותר. 4 בריכות שונות, כל אחת בצבע - הכי אהבנו את הבריכה המרכזית. יש גם יציאה לחוף הים ובר של המלון שם. בית ילדים עם פעילויות וארגז חול גדול. כולם שירותים בטירוף ורוצים שתהיה לך חוויה הכי טובה שאפשר. בקיצור - הכל מהכל, ממש גן עדן.

חתולים בחדר אוכל ובכל מקום שמוגש אוכל, אין הפעלה או פעילויות במלון חוץ מפעם אחת כל השבוע שהיתה מסיבתה נחמדה , חוץ מזה ללא פעילויות הלובי התחתון חסר מקומות ישיבה נוחים כגון ספות, אין מגלשות לילדים חוץ מאחת. מלון עם פוטנציאל עצום חבל

המקום ממש מקסים, גדול מאוד, עם מגוון חדרים רחב מאוד. הצוות ידידותי ביותר, ושמח לסייע בכל נושא. מיקום לא רחוק משדה התעופה, ופארק המים המרכזי באי. תכניות ספורט והפעלות על ידי הצוות - מפתיעות לטובה. הארוחות במלון מצויינות. אוכל מגוון ברמה גבוהה. מגוון אפשרויות לכל אחד. משקאות ברמה גבוהה וזמינות מצויינת.

המקום מאוד גדול, ומגוון החדרים מאוד מגוון. צוות הניקיון עושה עבודה נהדרת, מעל ומעבר, אבל לדעתינו צריך לתגבר את כמות עובדי הניקיון בחדרים, בעיקר בתקופות העומס. החדרנית הגיעה לסדר את החדר שלנו בעיקר בשעות אחר הצהריים, דבר שגרם קצת אי נעימות. אין לנו תלונות אליה, היא נהדרת, אבל היא צריכה להשתלט על הרבה חדרים בזמן קצוב.

It was super clean, all the sun loungers were really comfy and staff really helpful and polite.

In one word - paradise. Very good food, tasty drinks and snacks. We got pretty big room by the beach with unexpected big outside area. Beautiful place, we didn’t want to leave the hotel to look what’s nearby. We got more than we expected. Definitely would come back if we will choose all inclusive.

Children pool was deeper than main pool. People are still reserving sunbeds by the pool with towels early in the morning, even though they don’t actually use them until 10 or 11 a.m.

The facilties are amazing, the staff, clean, food is very good. Pools....

The hotel's beach it was great for me ,but it is rocky so more complicated to swim, but still it is a great location and near by you have a place to swim

השירות היה מעולה ענה על כל הצרכים שלנו התייחסות לכל דבר שביקשנו. הילדים נהנו מאוד.

ארצה לציין שהבריכה המרכזית שנכנסים אליה כולנו בלי יוצא מין הכלל פשוט החלקנו וזה היה ממש מסוכן. ראינו שעוד אנשים נפלו. תקחו לתשומת לבכם. ואם היו עוד 2 מגלשות היה בכלל מושלם לילדים. ועוד משהו ראינו שסגרנו חדר עם נוף לגן ולא קיבלנו בדיעבד. החדרים היו מרווחים ומוצלחים.

A special shout out to our lovely cleaner Bruna for her excellent work making sure we had everything we needed in the room and for being so lovely and to Despina the nutritionist for making sure my coeliac husband was well catered for the whole trip.

Very bossy arrogant behaviour from the guy who cooking pizzas in restaurant. Even the hotel is all inclusive they refuse to take an order.They will tell u that you need a reservation and cannot serve you.this is not correct

מלון מדהים!!! נקי, נעים, שטחים פתוחים, חוף ים מהמם עם גישה סופר נוחה. לא המוני מדי, אווירה רגועה ושל חופשה אמיתית. אוכל מעולה, בייחוד במסעדות (מומלץ מאוד להזמין מראש טרם ההגעה, יש אופציה כזו דרך האתר הרשמי) צוות מסביר פנים שתמיד שמח לעזור מכל הלב. בהחלט נחזור!

המלון מהמם, מטופח מאוד. יש הופעות מאוד יפות ומושקעות בערבים. הצוות היה מאוד קשוב לבקשות של הטבעונים שהיו איתנו ועשו מאמץ להוסיף להם אופציות לתפריט. באופן כללי האוכל היה נחמד ולא יותר מזה. החוף של המלון יפה עם בריכות קטנות שנוצרות מהסלעים.

האוכל במסעדת דגים של המלון נראה יפה אך לא היה טעים בכלל. סיפרו לנו שהאוכל במלון טעים אך הוא לא היה כזה לטעמנו. יש לציין שהיה אוכל בשפע גם בבריכה וגם בבר של הים. הגלידות היו טעימות וגם הקרפים. השאר היה נחמד

Hotel is excellent but at the end people make the difference.Angela from reception and Panos the manager were of a great supprt.I had to leave the hotel for personal reasons after some days spent there and they did all the best this to happen with no extra charge.I stringly reecomend this exvellent hotel.

The hotel is completely awesome. The rooms were nice and clean . Some days we had the room maid twice a day. The pools were great. As well as the pool and the beach bars. The food was good with many options. The à la cart restaurants were great, but requires booking well in advance, otherwise you would not be able to book a table. Having read the previous reviews had helped so we could get a reservation in advance. A big compliment to the lady from the guest relations- Evelina. She went away and beyond to fit my expectations for on the anniversary packages, with the room decoration and the romantic breakfast.

The only downside was the beach. Not sandy and very rocky. But not the hotel’s fault.

Noch nie soo freundliches Personal erlebt :) vor allem unsere Tochter hat es geliebt, da wirklich jeder entzückend mit ihr umgegangen ist. Tolles Essen, tolle Verpflegung im allgemeinen. Sehr sauber.

היה פשוט תענוג ומעל המצופה.חגגנו מיני מון ויום הולדת ופינקו אותו. אנשי הצוות כל הזמן עם חיוך ורוצים תמיד לעזור ולתת לך עוד. קוקטליים מעולים ואוכל טעים. המון מבחן. נחזור לשם בעתיד בטוח.

האוכל במסעדות מאוד בינוני. אכלנו באיטלקית והעיקריות היו לא אכילות. המקלחות בחדר דורשות חידוש. אין אפשרות לרענן למגבות יבשות בבריכה. הים מקסים אבל מאוד סלעי לא ניתן לשחות בו. והכי חשוב- הירידה לבריכה מאוד חלקלקה, לרדת עם תינוק על הידיים ללא אחיזה זה ממש מסוכן. הם אמנם שמים שלט משולש צהוב אבל זה ממש לא מספיק- אנשים מחליקים. חייבים למצוא לכך פתרון פיזי.

La spiaggia è molto ben tenuta, però ci sono tantissimi sassi. Si dovrebbe trovare una soluzione per poter entrare nel mare. Quello che riguarda il cibo buono, però si ripete troppo spesso al ristorante principale Dovrebbero variare un po’ di più il cibo

צוות המלון מעולה ואדיב. ענה לכל הבקשות שלנו. אנחנו אוכלים כשר וביקשנו דג וירקות בנייר כסף ומיד נענו לנו. החדר מאוד גדול ומרווח. הבריכה מצויינת וחוף הים במרחק של חציית כביש קטן. יש אוכל לאורך כל היום ואפילו בים מגישים שתיה קרה, קלחי תירס ושווארמה למי שרוצה. חדר הכושר גדול ומרווח ויש מדריך צמוד

האמבטיה קצת מוזנחת וטעונה שיפוץ הברזים ישנים ואין טוש מהתקרה

מלון ענק עם כמה בריכות וחוף ים צמוד המון מסעדות ואפשרויות לאוכל. ולכן לא מורגש עומס. צוות מאוד ידידותי ונכון לעזור. גלידות וקרפים סביב השעון.בצהריים בים ובבריכה יש ארוחות קלות שאפשר לאכול (פיצות גירוס המבורגר וכו) מאוד התחשבו בבעלי הצליאקי והכינו לו במיוחד.

חוף הים מאוד סלעי ולכן לא ניתן ממש להנות משחיה בו. המלון ללא מעליות במבנים שאינם במבנה המרכזי (אלו שמול הים) היה כדאי לציין את זה מראש למשפחות שבאות עם עגלות. האוכל היה בשפע אמנם אבל היה ממש בינוני ומטה. ולכן נאלצנו לשכור רכב ולצאת החוצה לאכול פעם ביום

Przebywałam w obiekcie na wakacjach w okresie od 17 do 24 czerwca 2026 roku w luksusowym pokoju z jacuzzi. Hotel wart polecenia, czysty, super obsługa i jedzenie, smaczne kolacje w barach tematycznych.

The best thing was Laguna pool bar, the best albanian staff. Excellent crepes.

The staff was more than welcoming the location the availability of almost everything best for families

האוכל טעון שיפור במיוחד בחדר אוכל אין מגוון גדול וכל יום זה אותן מנות לגבי המסעדות: מסעדת סושי טובה מאוד גם האיטלקית לגבי האסיאתית אוכל לא אכיל עוד בעיה היא שאין מספיק אנשי צוות בכל בר או מסעדה

המלון הטוב ביותר בכרתים! חווית שירות ברמה גבוהה עם ירידה לפרטים הקטנים. אוכל מדהים חדרים מעוצבים - ריזורט מדהים. הכל מושלם!

Дуже гарний готель . Смачна їжа . Чудові аніматори . Багата розважальна програма . Пропонують безкоштовно катамарани . Приватний пляж . Багато лежаків як біля басейнів так і на пляжі . Велика кількість басейнів по території готелю . Хто подорожує з дітьми то також є і басейни для дітей і багато цікавого для дітей . Кожного дня було шоу для дітей . Дуже сподобалось , що було розділено і були шоу для дітей ,і музичні вечори для дорослих і все відбувалось в різних місцях , що не заважало відпочивати ні з дітьми ні тим хто приїхав просто відпочити .

В нашому номері не було гелю для душа , а пізніше і шампунь закінчилась і ніхто не поповнив . Прибирання номера могло б бути також трішки краще . Хоча прибирали кожного дня . Але це дрібниці саме більше засмутило ,що на більшій частині пляжу вхід в море камʼянистий і не можливо було зайти в море( розумію, що готель на це не має впливу ) . Але є частина з пляжу де гарний вхід і можна спокійно зайти покупатись .

Tudo foi perfeito. Precisamos de médico por 2 vezes para nossas crianças e o serviço foi excepcional. O hotel todo superou nossas expectativas.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Laguna. The staff were incredible. The food is also great. This is a great option for families with small children who wish to have a relaxing holiday. We will definitely return.

הכל! נקי מאוד שירותי הנקיון בחדר היו על הבוקר כל יום לא ראיתי חריצות כזו! המגוון בחדר האוכל והניקיון כל יום! אוכל טעים ועשיר מאוד מאוד מאוד ! והמסעדות זה בכלל חוויה מעולם אחר כל אחת יותר טובה מהשניה והן כולם ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. הבריכות וואו! לא יכול להיות עומס בבריכות כאלו גדולות שלוש במספר . עולם הילדים משגע הפעלות הצגות והכל באמת ברמה הכי הכי גבוהה שיש הנוף, המיקום , המלון מסודר ומוקפד ברמת המשחק סימס זה פשוט חוויה מעולם אחר. השירות ברמה מוקפדת גבוהה אדיבה והשירות חול היא הראשונה במעלה וזה מורגש ! מסעדות חדר אוכל נקיון בבריכה במסעדות בריכה בקיצור זו חוויה נהדרת מלאה . זה לא רק אוכל זה גם שירות הכל כלול של הופעות בערב למבוגרים , הצגות ומופעים ועולם הילדים לילדים , בריכות אוכל . אם אתם רוצים חופשה במקום הכי טוב בכרתים נקודה ! תגיעו לכאן: המלון גם חדיש ולא ישן ויפה בכל פינה . היינו זוג עם תינוק בן 9 חודשים, וסבא וסבתא. כולם נהננו מאוד וכל אחד מצא את עצמו

Everything, it was our 4 time in Laguna and every time it gets better and better, very sighnificant improvement, amazing coctails, amazing sunbeds , everything is to the highest standard. At the moment we are spending our second part of holidays in Grecotel white luxme- paid 40% more and what a huge dissapointment compated to Mitsis Laguna

מקום מושלם נהננו מכל רגע! הגענו זוג עם תינוק בן שנה. חיכה לנו אמבטיה ומיטת תינוק שביקשנו קודם. צוות מאוד אדיב ושירותי מלון גדול יש בו כמה בריכות , יש מסעדות שאפשר להזמין אליהן מקום מראש (חלק מההכל כלול-איטלקי סושי טברנה וכו׳) ים צמוד עם פוד טארק שפתוח מהבוקר. האוכל טוב מצאנו יותר מבחר שאהבנו במסעדות ככה שלא חייב תמיד לאכול בחדר אוכל. יש מסעדת קרפים נדירה פתוח מהבוקר עד הערב כולל גלידות וקינוחים. טיפ לכל מי שמגיע לשריין כבר אחרי צק אין את כל המסעדות להמשך שהות כי לרוב אין בשעות שרוצים אם המלון תפוס ממש. הופעות יש כל ערב, רום סרוויס פעמיים ביום. פעם שנייה שלנו ברשת הזאת וללא ספק נחזור שוב!!!

מזגנים לא מקררים מספיק את החדר, כשרצינו לסגור מסעדות שרצינו לא היה מקום בכלל לאורך כל השהות
