Dirty, old, it's below 3 stars for sure, I'm actually surprised how this place have fairy good reviews, place is disgusting, filthy and dirty. I couldn't sleep there one of the worst places I stayed my entire life.

Super séjour. Le monsieur à l'accueil ultra gentil et francophone . C'est franchement un super endroit. Après c'est dans le quartier orthodoxe et il y a des supermarchés kosher en bas de l'hôtel. Donc très intéressant. 10/10. je recommande.

You can't find a coffee shop on Saturday within a half mile. Be prepared for Saturday and bring coffee and fixings. There's a machine in the room.

Room was spacious

Property requires proper maintenance of rooms, kitchen should have basic cutlery . Breakfast should have some options include some muffins or sweet stuff bread eggs as there was only coffee juice cereal and bagels . Honestly Disappointing at breakfast

😒I’ve stayed in many interesting places and this hotel’s location was by far the worse. Trash everywhere in the streets, while walking my kids and I seen two dead rodents. The neighborhood was a bit eerie when we were there. No food options around and nothing else worth visiting. I also spent $600+ on uber to get to around. Breakfast was embarrassing! Bagels and cereal it was insulting. The rooms were clean and spacious but needs an upgrade. I thought the staff was the best part of the stay! Super accommodating, answered all my questions, very tentative, and super polite. I hope they are earning what they deserve.

The building the lobby and the room were old and not inviting, it felt like a motel and not worth the money I paid.

I liked how affordable everything was. The room / bed were spacious and comfortable. The front desk were open all day & didn’t have to worry about coming in / out. The location was pretty safe.

A little outdated & unless you’re exploring Brooklyn, the nearest train station was a little far to manhattan.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu okolo 3 lata temu, były śniadania i nawet można było wziąć bajgle na wynos a tym razem, po przyjeździe był limit 2 bajgle na osobę, czego nie napisano w ofercie że śniadanie jest limitowane. Ale "najlepsze" było że w trakcie pobytu zmniejszono limit bajgli 1 na osobę (wspomnę że żona i dzieciaki w ogóle nie mieli parcia na bajgle) ale fakt zmniejszenia i tak limitowanego śniadania bez opisu tego w ofercie, spowodował że zgłosiłem reklamację w recepcji. Hotel nie zmienił zasad i nie odwołał limitów. Po reklamacji w Booking.com nadal nic nie zmienili, ale booking.com w ramach rekompensaty dał mi środki na kolejną rezerwację. Dziwne podejście hotelu, szczególnie w USA...

It's been a good choice to stay in this hotel because good price, location, not too far from subway station... There is also a possibility to get to Manhattan even by foot, as we did it. I can recommend for short stay.

If there is such a thing as deception and false advertising, then this place mistakenly called a hotel is the case. We had an unpleasant experience to say the least. Incorrect bathroom and broken toilet, musty and dusty room. Very poor breakfast and the hotel is located in an area where you can't find anything open after 5pm and on weekends everything is closed. I have no doubt that I do not and will not recommend going to this place at all. A complaint was even filed to Booking company. This is not worthy of being called a hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was pretty good.

The hotel definitely looks way nicer in the pictures and the rooms look much larger than they actually are. The 24 hour coffee bar advertised was instant folgers which was pretty dissapointing. While the hotel advertised a small parking lot, it's 5 spaces tops in the alley next to the building. We were lucky enough to get a spot but most nights when we got back the night manager was parked their blocking our spot and while he was very quick to move his car when we returned and asked it was a bit frustrating at the end of a long day.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais qui est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Brooklyn. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied et un arrêt de bus est juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon par contre c'est toujours la même chose ( deux bagels). Attention de bien vérifier les dates de péremption car il proposait du lait périmé depuis quelques jours et il n'y a pas de déjeuner le samedi .

La femme qui sert le petit déjeuner. Elle ne doit pas avoir l’option « sourire - bonjour ». Je l’avais lu avant notre petit déjeuner en me disant que c’était exagéré, mais pas du tout. Rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi peu accueillante avec les touristes. Ne faisant aucun effort de compréhension ou de serviabilité. Dommage ! Les rideaux de notre chambre étaient très difficiles à fermer et à ouvrir. À changer selon moi

The location, the beds were comfortable and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was minimal in both variety and quantity.

The woman (wearing glasses) serving bagels was positively rude and had a constant scowl and look of annoyance in her face. She acted more like prison staff than hotel staff. She was the weakest link and frankly needs to look for another job. She doesn’t belong in the hospitality sector. Just rude and visibly unhappy.

Nie najgorsze położenie, choć do metra trzeba przejść około 15 minut. Obsługa w porządku, oprócz wiecznie naburmuszonej kobiety wydającej bajgle.

Fatalne śniadania - codziennie przysługują ci 2 bajgle: z pastą jajeczną, tuńczykową lub serkiem. Kawa/herbata/sok i chyba dżem. Wygląda to bardziej jak przytułek dla bezdomnych niż hotelowe śniadanie. Zdjęcia są sprzed kilku lat. Obecnie pokój był niezbyt czysty (sprawdź zdjęcia). Rura od prysznica wystawała że ściany, wielomiesięczny kurz na lampach, urwane zasłony i popsute sejfy (ale dwa 🙄). Mimo zgłoszenia drugiego dnia, nikt się nawet nie pojawił, żeby je naprawić. Williamsburg jest dość blisko Manhattanu, ale na ulicach panuje brud, smród i wszędzie leżą góry worków na śmieci.

Upon arrival the room had an offensive odor, but I purchased some deodorizer and sanitizer spray and the room was OK. I purchased an air fresher for the room and it was good after that. The breakfast was good it was cereal, coffee or tea, bread.

The room was spotless and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries, including thoughtful extras like mouthwash. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a Hasidic Jewish neighborhood, local businesses, and families all around. I felt very safe walking in the area, even late at night.

The only downsides were the breakfast and the location. Breakfast was quite limited, consisting mainly of fresh bagels with a small selection of spreads, plus coffee, juice, milk, and cereal. The bagels were excellent and very fresh, but I would have liked to see more variety. Also, there isn’t a subway station within a short walk, so getting to most attractions usually involves two or even three transfers on public transportation.

This hotel is located in a neighborhood with lots of debris and trash everywhere on streets around it.

The manager at the front desk was super helpful , and they have only two parking spots and I paid for one - so that was THE BEST !

There were hundreds of garbage bags in the streets and side walks - and the people in this neighborhood just walk right out in front of your moving car .

The location was good, I could take a bus from the nearest bus stop and could reach JFK easily. (Bus, Subway and AirTrain.) Also to Manhattan it was not very complicated to reach. A Supermarket was also very close.

I wished there were more possibilities about the breakfast.

Ok position in Brooklyn

Property looks nothing like the photos on the site. Room was dirty and hadn’t been properly cleaned for years. Kitchen in room had not plates, bowls, cups or cutlery so was pointless. Curtains couldn’t be closed so had to use a hair clip to keep them together. Tv reception awful. Shower dribbled out. Breakfast room looked like a homeless shelter.

The room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

There was kitchen sink, units and a cook area but no plates pans bowls or cutlery for some reason. The hotel is in an area of Brooklyn which I would not have chosen had I realized. Please do your research on where this hotel is located before booking.

I have stayed at the Pointe Plaza multiple times. Dora at the front desk is great, always friendly, personable, and efficient.

At times there is a lot of traffic noise and honking horns, but obviously this is not under control of the hotel.

Le rapport qualité/prix pour la période de la coupe du monde, le confort des lots, les personnes à la réception, la climatisation. Pas mal de bus à côté de l’hôtel pour se rapprocher des métros pour aller sur Manhattan. Sinon 25 minutes de marche jusqu’au métro.

Les équipements de la cuisine commencent à être vieux et fonctionnent mal. Les portes de placards sont HS. Il faut demander la vaisselle à la réception. Pas de petit déjeuner le samedi matin. Manque de variété du petit déjeuner (que des céréales et des baggels). La poussière sous les lits. Le coffre-fort était HS.

The furnishings were working class, yet well maintained, clean and serviceable. Attention to detail was clear, to this traveler, in that someone had taken the time to properly set the clock on the microwave. This room had a kitchenette including substantial counter, cubberds, two sinks, two burner hot plate, small refrigerator, and the mentioned microwave. There was someone on the desk at all times and the staff is attentive, but not intrusive.

Food. This is not strictly owing to the hotel. A moderate breakfast offering was provided from Sunday to Friday morning. The offering is bagels, with appropriate condiments, and some drinks. Not much variety. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel; and would not be the cure. The difficulty is Friday evening to Saturday evening. This community is home to a religious group. There is no problem with the inhabitants whatsoever. The problem is, for the traveler, there is little or no food available locally at any time but especially during times for religious obligation. Bring it with you or go forage outside the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Public transport is plentiful as is the usual for hire vehicles one finds in any established metro.

24 hour desk was nice, our room was quietly, easy to get around from the location. Let us leave bags when we explored

The staff was wonderful, both the gentleman on duty late afternoon when we checked in and the lady the next morning. Efficient and friendly.

Nothing , very hard to find. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Quite a dump. Reception is all shielded with a grumpy member of staff behind it. When we got outside to try and find parking my son had been threatened, we were not welcome in the area

It’s a complete dump in a scruffy , unwelcoming part of NY. Being threatened outside made us leave the area without even booking in. The hotel refused to refund monies. Avoid avoid avoid

Si bien es entendible por el precio el tipo de alojamiento, podrían dar algunos avisos antes de hacer las reservas y no después. El desayuno dejó muchisimo que desear: no habia variedad, yogurt u otros tipos de opciones. La cocinera el primer día que bajamos nos dijo, literal, que una persona se había muerto en una de las sillas del comedor por comer algún producto que nos estaban dando. Tampoco avisan que el desayuno se sirve de domingos a viernes. Las personas que nos atendieron, salvo el muchacho de la noche, fueron bastante indiferentes todo el tiempo y estaban constantemente con el teléfono. Sumado a esto, el día que nos estabamos yendo se rompió el ascensir lo y tuvimos que bajar maletas 5 pisos.

It had the bare minimum needed to stay: a bed where I could actually sleep, a sink to brush my teeth, and a bathroom where I could take a shower.

There was only the absolute minimum: a bed I could sleep in, a toilet, and a sink. Nothing else. The air conditioner was extremely loud and impossible to sleep with, and on top of that, the traffic noise from outside was very heavy all night. In the bed, there were small insects crawling; when I crushed them, a red stain came out, and I found about five of them. In the bathroom, there was a glass shelf that either had loose screws or was already broken; it fell down even though I didn’t touch it. There was no refrigerator or microwave, and no other extra amenities at all. There was a TV, but no remote control, so it couldn’t even be turned on. It was truly just a space where I could sleep—and nothing more.

The area is quiet and it easy to get to the city center. Breakfast is included, and the room is truly spacious. Daily housekeeping is top notch.

The only point is perhaps to improve the breakfast choice, such as adding fruit or sweets

I mistakenly booked this property and called them right away to request a refund. They said they understood and were fine with the refund, but told me that since I booked through Booking.com, I needed to contact Booking.com first. I did exactly as they advised, and Booking.com initiated the refund request. Since then, I have called the hotel several times and messaged them, but they have not responded at all. I even believe they blocked my number, because they haven’t answered for over a week. I have never seen anything like this or experienced such a situation before. Just ridiculous! They charged me over $300 for nothing and clearly do not care. If you respect your time and your money, book somewhere else.

It was 100 degrees outside and we had no air-conditioning

Had a two week stay in a double suite and it was very good. Room was spotless and well equipped had housekeeping when we needed it. Coffee machine in room and also in lobby. Several bus stops near the property and a very good supermarket near. We didn’t get down for breakfast as it finished at 9am and that was a little early for us. The bath is massive and a real plus at the end of a long day walking. Many thank for a great stay.
