Very clean staff where so helpful location was perfect

Good location, stylish, comfortable, great breakfast, excellent staff

I booked a suite, but they call a suite is just a normal hotel room. Not worth the price.

as soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff members ( Alex,Mark and Althea - I hope I am not misspelling their names). Mark was wonderful and explained in details and provided all tips and advice about the city and gave a list of recommended restaurants in the area ( he also provided a map and showed us main city attractions). The hotel staff made sure to put the right suitcases in the right room. The rooms were very spacious ,clean and comfortable. The hotel location was amazing in the middle of old palma downtown. everything was within walking distance.

I Do not have anything to complain about but if i had any comment it would be that the gym is very small and basic. But we spent all day out and about in palma so it was not a problem for me as did not have much free time to go.

We really enjoyed our staff at this beautiful hotel, well located in central Palma. The hotel was tastefully decorated and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly. The rooftop sun bathing and plunge pool was great and there was a good bar and service We have recommended to friends

What was not to like

It was beautiful and cool…! Was very hot when we visited, but our room and the hotel was perfectly air conditioned. The staff were all super friendly, and they kept our room immaculate. The room was so comfortable, and they had lovely touches. They even left us glasses to watch the eclipse. Would definitely return to Sant Jaume. Oh and breakfast was first class too.

Our stay at Sant Jaume Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The staff were exceptional – friendly, attentive and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Their service really made our stay special. Our room was immaculate, comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the breakfast each morning was superb, with plenty of fresh, delicious options. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool were the perfect place to unwind after exploring the beautiful streets of Palma. This was our first stay at Sant Jaume Boutique Hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming and perfectly located hotel in the heart of Palma. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable. Very good location of the hotel, right in the city center. The room overall was small but clean, apart from the bathroom. The breakfast was alright, although not for this price.

Bathroom had a strange smell and we had to make extra effort to freshen the air there. Breakfast at these prices should offer a lot more.

The It hotel group on the wonderful island of Mallorca are a credit to the owners and colleagues who have made each stay at each hotel a consistent pleasure.

Have stayed here previously and returned to dine. The hotel has the restaurant El Comado and even on a street like Sant Jaume with top restaurants it is worth going fright to the top of the street to see the Convent and stop here for lunch or dinner. Our family dined here twice Victor welcomed us back and served us the most fabulous hamburgers and octopus dishes. My wife had a superb cod loin dish. Dark chocolate brownie is excellent. Restaurant was not as busy as it deserves to be as the food is absolutely delicious and service first class. We cannot compliment chef Antonio enough the dishes are consistently a little bit special. The second time we ate we were served by Shemir who was so charming and helpful to all the diners and put a smile on everyone’s face. el Comado at Sant Jaume luxury design hotel is genuinely much more than a hotel restaurant and I strongly recommend for tapas or modern dining in beautiful surroundings. Every item of art and furniture is a treat to behold and service is really exceptional.

What a gem of a boutique hotel in a perfect location in the center of Palma. The service, room, and amenities were fantastic and so easy to get from one major attraction to another from here. Truly was a lovely stay here and so glad we found it.

We had a wonderful stay at Sant Jaume in Palma. The setting was peaceful and calm and in the beautiful Old Town near to everywhere, but set apart too. Super clean and lovely room with balcony and really comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Staff were amazing and attentive and we stayed for 4 nights which allowed us enough time to explore Palma and have a restful time. Great recommendations for restaurants. A lovely roof terrace with a plunge pool and deckchairs overlooking the rooftops of Palma was a perfect way to unwind. We would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the Sant Jaume Design hotel the first night of our honeymoon. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is a walkable distance to everything we wanted to do our first day. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the Saint Jaume design hotel was a hidden gem with luxurious atmosphere. We were able to completely relax with no noise from other guests or the city! The staff was so warm and friendly and was able to recommend local restaurants and markets. We wanted to give a special shout out to Giovanna at the front desk, who was very lovely from check in to check out. We hope we can return in the near future!

A wonderful experience. Top quality in all departments. Our extra add-on is that my husband has alzheimers. I had pre-warned the hotel that some of his behaviour or comments may be slightly different. A particular stand out was during breakfast where my husband would approach the tea/coffee machine or the buffet table. Someone would just appear at his side guiding his choices and clearing away the debris. Reception were particularly helpful with suggestions and sorting out a transfer problem. We slept for 12 hours - such comfy beds.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. The location was perfect, a quiet street centrally located in the Old Town. We had an incredible experience and felt very well looked after. The rooms were spacious, well presented and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The team provided the best customer service that we have experienced on all our travels. An extra special mention for Giovanne and Piera, who were so friendly and efficient, and genuinely couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend the Sant Jaume. Thank you so much.

The hotel is very clean, boutique concept. The service is outstanding, the staff are willing to answer any questions. They even provide you a map and show you how to get to key places. They also have a nice list of restaurants they recommend, depending on your preferences. Mark on the front desk was extremely attentive to any of our needs. The rooms are very comfortable and overall a very nice choice while staying in the heart of Palma.

Fantastic location on a quiet street just a few steps from everything. Hotel staff we t out of their way to make our stay special. Mark provided concierge advice on dining, sightseeing, and shopping that was excellent. An hour at the pool/spa, which is included, allowed us to refresh ourselves. Great hotel, great staff — will recommend.

After a wonderful stay at Can Aulí Hotel in Pollença, we were excited to stay at their sister hotel, Sant Jaume, in Palma. I hadn’t actually realised I’d booked two hotels from the same group when making the reservations, maybe I have a type! What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious, especially considering its location right in the heart of Palma’s Old Town. We loved being within walking distance of all the main sights and, thanks to the heat during our stay, we made full use of the fantastic rooftop pool. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options to choose from each morning. The staff really elevated our experience with their warm hospitality and excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat, and drink. The area felt very safe in the evenings and is surrounded by great bars and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. When we return to Palma, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is located in the heart of Palma and only a few minutes walk from the center. Also a 40 minute drive to Valldemossa/Deia. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The sauna and pool downstairs are perfect for 2 people and they allow you to reserve it privately for 1 hour. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a list of restaurants and bars (all of the ones we tried were very good). I got sick on our last day of the trip and they asked the chef to make me a special dish off-menu. Thank you again to Pietra, Christina, Shemir, Alicia, & Mark for making our stay so enjoyable. Truly can’t wait to go back!

The location is superb — right in the heart of Palma with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants just moments away, yet the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out, from the beautifully designed rooms to the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel extra special. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Bei Ankunft gab es gleich ein Willkommensgetränk mit vielen Erklärungen, Ratschlägen und einer Restaurantliste. Maria aus der Rezeption war unheimlich freundlich und wir waren von ihr und ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft begeistert. Jeden Abend gab es ein Turn down-Service. Auf dem Bett lag ein Päckchen mit verschiedenen Tees. Das hatte ich bisher noch in keinem Hotel. Toll war auch, dass man den Spa-Bereich für eine Stunde privatisieren konnte. Obwohl es eigentlich zu warm für die Sauna war, haben wir die Auszeit trotzdem genossen.

We particularly got to know and liked Maria and Marc at the front desk. One night Marc got us into an impossible to book restaurant. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Sant Jaume and cannot recommend it highly enough. It is in a fabulous location, close to the very heart of Palma but at the top of a very quiet and calm lane. Check in was seamless and we were offered a very welcome drink while our documents were being processed. We really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants and bars the reception staff provided. And although we didn’t manage to visit them all, the ones we did were excellent. We were made fully aware of the spa suite but didn’t manage to make use of it on this visit. However we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace which was surprisingly larger compared to many city centre hotels. The interior of the hotel is very tasteful, with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. The calm, simple design continued in our room. Two large wardrobes, plenty of hangers, great coffee machine, fab shower and a nightly turn-down service that replaced any towels that had been used during the day without the need to ask for fresh ones (pet annoyance of mine). What really makes this lovely hotel stand out from the crowd is the service. Every single member of staff offered amazing service from the front desk, to the restaurant staff to housekeeping. All went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and wonderfully polite - we shall definitely return and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Palma.

Had a great few days in this hotel. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was perfect and I had the best night sleep that I have had in a hotel for a long time. The wife's pillow wasn't hard a tad soft but a firmer pillow was soon brought to the room for her perfect sleep. Perfectly placed for strolling around town and the vast amount of restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this gem

Perfectly situated for exploring Palma. Staff were attentive and friendly and gave us a map with suggestions where to eat. We had a standard room and it was very comfortable - I asked for a firmer pillow and it was brought up quickly, the bed was so comfortable and we had great sleep. The bathroom was nice with a big shower and there was a hairdryer and hair straighteners provided along with a complimentary bottle of cava. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay and easy to get to the airport.

My short solo stay at Hotel Sant Jaume in Palma was absolutely delightful. The boutique atmosphere felt intimate and luxurious, with beautifully designed rooms that were spotless and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — within walking distance of the entire city, excellent restaurants, fascinating sights, and vibrant nightlife. I loved exploring nearby streets by day and returning to a serene, elegant oasis each evening. Perfect for solo travelers seeking style, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for any traveler indeed.

I would give this Hotel six stars if I could . We visited with friends to celebrate three birthdays. We were welcomed with smiles and a glass of Cava which was a great way to start our celebrations. Alex, the Deputy general manager .was brilliant as was his team . Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel part of the family . The rooms are beautiful, the location , perfect and as for the breakfast , faultless. We cant wait to head back in the autumn and pick up where we left off . Thank you all for a wonderful stay
