A lovely boutique hotel. Great location close to beach, cathedral and central Palma. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Loved the rooftop terrace for evening drinks and the brunch is delicious. The staff are exceptional, super friendly and would do anything to help you during your stay at the hotel and the island. Special mention to Teresa, Denise and Jaumè. I will definitely be returning.

Beleuntung von Zimmer, keine Deckenlmpe, Nachttischleuchten zu weit vom Bett und unpraktisch, Beleuchtung von Nasszelle, gefährliche Solperteppiche in Zimmern, zwar viel Platz, aber keinen Kasten und keine Schubladen. 30 Euros sind wenngleich für ein gutes Frühstück ohne Bedienung doch exorbitant viel. Und ein Garagenplatz, wo man wirklich ziemlich gut fahren muss, um ohne Kratzer hinab und hinauf zu kommen, für 40 Euros pro Nacht ist auch nicht gerade preiswert.

The place is neat and spacious, and the staff are super friendly and supportive. Special thanks for Tereza who was extremely professional and helpful, she was knowledgeable and helped us book a wonderful boat trip. Thanks also extends to Inese and her beautiful smile. as well as Francesco for being understanding.

Fabulous boutique hotel in a quiet location that’s a lovely walk to the old town (just a few minutes). Wonderful sea view from the roof terrace and our suite. The staff were fabulous and the buffet breakfast was great.

D’abord je veux remercier le personnel, qui était très attentif et très professionnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bon, surtout si vous voulez être au calme, néanmoins être à côté de la plage et des bons restaurants. Chaque jour je profitais de mon petit dej très varié avec une vue incroyable.

El hotel es divino. Tiene un diseño interior impecable, lleno de detalles de buen gusto. Se nota que hay una mano artistica detras de todo. La vista es espectacular. Es un hotel boutique pequeño lo cual lo hace muy exclusivo.

La zona donde esta ubicado se nota un poco deprimida. No hay mucha actividad.

Absolutely blown away by the level of care and attention. We got the most beautiful room with the sea view that we didn’t want to leave. Spa was also so gorgeous and private. We will definitely stay here again!

Great boutique hotel, for a quiet stay in Palma I really liked the atmosphere, the place feels like home and is relaxing. Teresa and all other staff are super welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast area and staff was excellent.

There is no decoration to speak of in the rooms. The rooms are dim, sparse and devoid of niceties such as robes. It took 30 minutes to check-in (thank goodness there was no one ahead of us.) There was no pool (that’s our mistake, we should have checked this at the time of booking). The rooms were clean and spacious.

Hotel was weirdly dark - our room was huge but window looked on to a wall so we never knew what the weather was like outside (a “deluxe” room!) and the hallways were super dark also, gave the impression of living in a basement (we were on the 3rd floor)

L'hôtel est vraiment tres beau esthétiquement, très propre. Les prestations proposées telles que le petit dejeuner (excellent), le spa privé (une détente absolue). Les petites attentions adorables. Le côté intimiste de l'hôtel est appreciable et bien évidemment sa localisation. Merci encore au personnel à l'accueil qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et à ceux du Sea Bar pour le régal du petit dejeuner notamment.

Peut etre le restaurant, pour le prix quantité légère nous avons trouvé. Mais cela ne gâche en rien cet hôtel.

The room was amazing it looked just the photos in the advertisement. I loved that it has 2 wardrobes.

The bed felt a little worn and uneven there seemed to be a separation in the middle which was not comfortable. The bathroom the overhead bathroom lighting was hard on my eyes - it better to put the lighting around the bathroom mirror.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful, so much thought has gone into to the design and colour scheme, it even has its own signature scent which is lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Palma, it’s close enough to the centre to walk through all the lovely streets. Staff also super friendly and helpful, we had a lovely time.

Uppskattar frukosten för den hälsosamma inriktningen och den lugna miljön med utsikt över Medelhavet. Närheten med kort promenadavstånd till centrala Palma och gamla stan är ett stor plus.

Det finns inget med Calatrava som jag skulle värdera så att jag inte tycker om det ;)

Unser Aufenthalt im Calatrava Hotel, Mediterranean Sea House war in jeder Hinsicht hervorragend. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einem ganz besonderen Charme, einer stilvollen Atmosphäre und einem sehr hohen Mass an Komfort, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Besonders schön war, dass einfach alles stimmig war – vom Ambiente über den Service bis hin zur gesamten Ausstrahlung des Hauses – und genau das hat diesen Aufenthalt für uns so besonders gemacht.

Es gab für uns keinen wirklichen Kritikpunkt. Selten erlebt man ein Hotel, in dem das Gesamtpaket so stimmig ist und man sich durchgehend wohlfühlt. Entsprechend gibt es aus unserer Sicht nichts, was den sehr positiven Eindruck geschmälert hätte.

Velice děkujeme Tereze V. z recepce, které se o nás skvěle postarala. Od organizace dvou individuálních celodenních výletů po Mallorce .. včetně návštěv ve vinastvich, až po rezervace večerních návštěv restauraci. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme. Bylo příjemné organizovat věci v češtině.

The hotel was in the best location. Very clean and the staff ( Tereza, Valentova, Inese, Cimmere) were outstanding! The breakfast buffet was very good. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back!!

El servicio personalizado de Tereza, Paula, Cesar e Inese. Nos atendieron como si fuesemos miembros de una familia, y nos ayudaron a elegir lindas playas y excursiones. Tambien muy bueno el servicio en la cocina de Maxi y Bruno.

在酒店的三天几乎是我这段行程中最满意的几天，酒店的建筑和房间里面的程设别具一格，让人宾至如归，我的房间从阳台直接可以看到海，波光粼粼，每天早上拉开窗帘印入眼帘的就像是一幅美不胜收的油画，酒店的工作人员也非常热情！早饭在酒店的最顶楼，有一个非常棒的观景露台，坐在露台看着远处的海浪喝咖啡真的太惬意了，如果有机会再来岛上我一定会再次入住这家酒店的！给我留下了很美的回忆！

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Tolle Lage "fast am Strand", fußläufig zur Innenstadt und dennoch nicht im Touristen-Hotspot. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit grandiosem Ausblick und fantastischem Essen. Sehr große Zimmer mit tollem Blick aufs Meer (wenn entsprechende Zimmerkategorie). Allgemein sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter. An der Rezeption haben mich Sarita, Tereza und Inese schon nach einem halben Tag erkannt und mich immer wieder mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und würde zu einem Zimmer mit Aussicht raten.

Es gibt im Zimmer zwar eine Art Tisch, dieser ist aber nicht wirklich zum Arbeiten geeignet. Für so etwas wie "workation" daher nur zu empfehlen, wenn der "work" Teil eher denken und lesen als Laptop ist.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt mit außergewöhnlichem Service! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Calatrava und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Personal: Das Personal war zu jeder Tageszeit außerordentlich zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass der Spa-Bereich auf unseren Wunsch hin abends noch extra für uns geöffnet wurde - das ist Service, der weit über das Übliche hinausgeht Zimmer & Lage: Unsere Suite hatte einen sagenhaften Meerblick mit Balkon. Morgens aufzuwachen und direkt auf das Mittelmeer zu schauen war einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Lage direkt am Parque del Mar ist perfekt. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Obwohl wir vergessen hatten anzugeben, dass wir Veganer sind, wurden wir positiv überrascht. Wer vegan oder vegetarisch unterwegs ist, kann sich definitiv nicht beschweren - die Auswahl war großartig und wurde mit herrlichem Meerblick serviert. Spa-Bereich: Der Spa mit finnischer Sauna, Whirlpool und Aromatherapie ist wunderbar und wurde sehr flexibel für uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Fazit: Ein Hotel, das durch außergewöhnlichen Service, perfekte Lage und großartige Ausstattung überzeugt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Hotel Calatrava für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen 5-Sterne-Boutique-Hotel! Die Lage ist TOP: 5 Min. zu Fuß zur Kathedrale von Palma und dennoch in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und stylischem Interior. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und von angenehmer Größe. Das Personal ist absolut zuvorkommend, herzlich, aufmerksam und immer freundlich... man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Herzlichkeit und das Engagement des Teams. Zum Geburtstag gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form eines Törtchens, einfach toll! Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Rooftop-Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch der private Spa-Bereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna war ein echtes Highlight. Die Betten sind bequem, und insgesamt spürt man überall die Liebe zum Detail. Alles in allem ein exzellenter Service, super Hotel-Team, eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wenn man überhaupt etwas verbessern könnte, wären es kleine Punkte: Das Lichtdesign im Zimmer könnte optimiert werden, das WC hat nur eine Schiebetür und die Trennung zwischen Bad und Schlafbereich könnte klarer gestaltet sein.

We liked everything about this property. It is a beautiful hotel, wonderful view from the terrace where a delicious breakfast is served together with tapas and drinks later in the day.
