Desayuno poco variado, recomendaría presentar mayor variedad. La ubicación a mi parecer es perfecta, un poco alejado del centro pero no tanto. La cena y baile es un gran punto a favor!!!..

La poca variedad en el bufet de desayuno, siempre veia salchichas, verduras salteadas y panques. Un poco de variedad ene ste aspecto y mas cantidad de frutas seria excelente.

Great location by the beach, good buffet breakfast, good restaurant menu, good service staff, nice and spacious property well maintained and landscaped very nice and the price less, than half of the price I paid at another hotel which was not nearly as good

Nothing could have been better, I only wish that I had stayed there for my entire stay on the Island

La atención del personal, especialmente recepcionista Carlos y Gisela, el restaurant se ajustó a las necesidades nuestras, ya que fuimos con un menor, la atención Cristiana y Mera hicieron que fuera excelente experiencia!! Las instalaciones muy buenas, limpias, cómodas, bonitas, etc!! 100 % recomendable.

El baño de la habitación la ducha muy incómoda, altura de la chaya y falta de regulación del flujo lo que hacía que se dispersara por la fuerza del agua Habían varias palmetas del piso sueltas y el agua se metía debajo y al pisar afloraba Había un solo jabón que había que trasladar del lavamanos a la ducha El cambio de toallas tampoco era frecuente El desayuno muy modesto, poca variedad de fruta, poca variedad de panes y bolleria Una persona pidió palta y le dieron una entera sin pelar ni moler

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la comida del restaurant y la atención del personal, sobre todo de Carlos el recepcionista que fue muy amable y simpático al momento de responder todas nuestras preguntas

Lo más rico del hotel es el área de la piscina y todas las áreas comunes muy agradables para quedarse sobre todo en días sin tour. Restaurante en el hotel con buena vista y rico ceviche. El desayuno era okay.

La pieza no nos gustó mucho, almohadas incómodas, el baño olia raro. No había frigobar en la pieza.

Ottima posizione (vicino al centro ma zona più’ tranquilla e silenziosa), bellissima struttura, immersa nel verde, bungalow spaziosi con terrazzino, buona colazione, piscina piccola ma carina. Il ristorante che si affaccia sul mare è bello e molto buono con personale molto gentile. Ringrazio ancora ufficialmente Ms. Jocelyn x la grande disponibilità, i preziosi consigli e tutto l’aiuto datomi prima e dopo il soggiorno.

Caro ma è un’isola, magica, sperduta nell’oceano. Il servizio gratuito di transfer x il minuscolo (leggi: 4 sedie , no WiFi, no aria condizionata) aeroporto, che si trova letteralmente a 5 m d’auto, non può essere fissato 4 e più ore prima (in pratica ti costringono a prendere un taxi)

O ambiente paradisíaco dos jardins do hotel traz muito prazer de se hospedar. Todos os quartos tem vista, varanda, para o belíssimo jardim, também com piscina. Cama super confortável e quarto bem espaçoso. Staff super gentis e atenciosos. O serviço de transfer é gratuito! voltarei um dia!

Não há o que reclamar, pois tudo foi dentro das expectativas.

Es increíble lo recomiendo 100%, ubicación buenísima, las piezas súper cómodas, te van a buscar al aeropuerto gratis con una bienvenida… además la vista del restaurante preciosa. El desayuno buenisimo súper completo y rico.

The front desk receptionist- Julia- was kind and helpful. She is the professional and friendly ‚face‘ of the hotel. The hotel is set in the most beautiful gardens.

As a solo traveller without Spanish on my first night I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the restaurant staff and the food was disappointing.

The hotel location is perfect. We rented a car before the trip, but realized that it is not necessary. All the major sites require a guide to enter, so you only need to book guided tours. The guides all have their all vehicles. We did not use our car much, which is a waste of $390. We walked to the restaurants, to the theatre to see Kari Kari, to the market for snacks. The dining room is directly facing the sea. It was an amazing experience to hear the ocean while having breakfast on the porch of the dining room. The staff was very helpful, we made a last minute request to find a half-day hiking trip to the top of the mountain. They reached out to guides that are affiliated with the hotel, and found one in 3 hours. The communication is easy via WhatsApp. The breakfast is okay, we did not expect much for it, after all it is an island.

The Wifi in the room is poor, almost no signals at all. I had to go to the lobby to use wifi for work and the internet was on and off sometimes. Suggest the hotel to upgrade their wifi service to StarLink.

El entornony el hotel muy bien equipado.

Hotel centrale staff ottima comunicazione colazione internazionale. Ottime le escursioni. Si arriva al centro tranquillamente sia dal lungomare ho da strade interne.solo 200 metri. Vi consiglio la serata a tema al ristorante. Non fate caso ai cani le mucche ed i cavalli che caminano per strada tranquillamente. Fanno parte della storia e della cultura. La gente del posto è molto socievole è tranquilla

Nice private rooms with own bathrooms in a quiet hotel, beautifully located at the coast. Staff couldn't have been friendlier and accommodating, I loved them to bits!

Some enthusiastic roosters on the premises can create a choir at times (although tat of course also adds to the rustic charm)

The location is walkable to all the sites and restaurants in town. Nice pool area and very welcoming and helpful staff, their level of care during our stay was excellent. Buffet breakfast included at on-site restaurant had great variety as well as local fare.

Wifi did not work/reach from the lobby out to our bungalow room. I had to go sit in the lobby to have usable wifi. The restaurant area’s wifi worked, but was very slow.

Hotel lindo e muito bem localizado perto do comércio em Hanga Roa e também de frente para o mar. O restaurante é muito bom e tem uma vista linda. A cama muito confortável e o quarto aconchegante. A equipe é muito prestativa e simpática. O hotel disponibiliza serviço de transporte para o aeroporto.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, lo que te permite caminar por la ciudad y acceder a restaurantes, sitios de interés sin necesidad de contratar un vehiculo o taxi. El precio es bastante razonable considerando la ubicación, y la comodidad de las habitaciones. El desayuno esta muy bien, recomiendo la sopa la cual es deliciosa junto con las sopaipillas que tienen.

If you don’t provide tea and coffee how about a communal kettle by the water station. The smart tv should come with a guide. I worked it out but many probably couldn’t as there weren’t any English channels

Stuff is very nice and helpful. Dining restaurant has good view for breakfast. Location is near both coast and centre

There was just one occasion on the gala dinner night when we were not served dinner or drinks during the show and basically forgotten about despite buying VIP seats.

We didn't know before hand that restaurant was not available for lunch and dinner. I wasn' very happy. They said the restaurant is under construction. I did not believe that.

Cleaning could be a bit better, the balcony was never cleaned.. A bit rude lady working in the restaurant, when I cam 10 min before the breakfast closure - I know that I could come earlier but she could tell me this in a more polite way or better later at all when I finish my breakfast

Room was very spacious and clean. Close to the sea, but not a swimming beach. A bit of walk to the main town area and quite some of the restaurants, but it is so beautiful to walk anyway! Staff was friendly too. Provides a water cooler to refill water bottles in the reception. A little pricey but then it is Easter Island! Breakfast was great, and we also had a good lunch at the restaurant.

Check in took a bit of time as everyone gets in at the same time and there were limited staff processing the check ins.

From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre.

Poor communication from front desk staff regarding transfer to airport upon departure. Check out also took a long time, due to staff not being organised.

Good location, close to downtown. Breakfast had different options and the property was nice. Transport from and to the airport was also included.

For the most part, breakfast was good, however, on an occasion the fruit had gone bad and the cold cuts were not as fresh. Also we had to ask constantly for additional towels (we were 3 in the room and they just left 2 towels) as well as toilet paper.

Taha Tai is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and downtown area. Continental breakfast at the hotel restaurants is right by the ocean with a great view of the blue waters of the pacific. The additional benefit of staying at Taha Tai is that they can arrange tours for you and you are picked up at the hotel.

They had everything for a comfortable stay, amazing views, pool and very cozy area around it. But mostly amazing is the manager lady. She made me feel welcomed and taken care of, shared a lot of useful tips on where to go and what's happening right now, because of here I learned that there is a tapati festivale finale and saw this, otherwise probably would have missed it. Other stuff is also very friendly. Overall, great and comfortable stay

Pool is not that big as on the photo, but they do have it, it's clean and deep and does it really matter when you have a warm pacific ocean just in 5 minutes walk?!

Lovely, atmospheric hotel in a perfect location near the coast and walking distance to the main street. Clean with excellent WiFi. The restaurant was brilliant with a gorgeous view at sunset. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Airport transfer included, which was convenient and efficient. Highly recommend!

It was quite expensive for the size of the room and standard, but this might be normal for Rapa Nui. It's worth noting that the "room deposit" was not taken as a pre-authorisation as informed, but was a full payment on my credit card of $200, and they say it'll take a month for the refund to be processed. This is completely different to experiences in other hotels, and not in line with a so-called "pre-authorisation".

The cabinets were all very musty

The resort is lovely, good location by the sea front and close walk to the town centre. The room was big, beds comfortable but a bit bare and dated. The main advantage was the small pool and pool bar to relax after a day touring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant. Amazing food, my seafood risotto with a steak was divine and my husband's tuna tataki was very good as well. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
