Ottima esperienza. Hotel curato e accogliente, con una posizione sul mare davvero fantastica. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile pronto ad ogni richiesta. Anche il ristorante merita una menzione speciale: cucina ottima, piatti curati e materie prime di qualità. Un’esperienza gastronomica davvero piacevole. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Hotel is tired. Needs a renovation. Giving it a 4 star rating is overwhelming generous.

Colazione non da 4*, tostapane ridicolo, frutta scadente, personale che non ascolta e poco capace come chi gestisce la struttura, non hanno un pasticcere né un esperto in panificazione.

Servizio scarso, non è un 4 stelle, camere da migliorare anche il personale come la receptionist poco esauriente nel dare informazioni

Die Lage am Meer, die Aussicht, aber . Anreise sollte ohne Auto sein. Sehr enge Anfahrt zum Hotel. Das Gute: Ein Portier fährt das Auto in eine Garage. Der Preis mit 35 Euro pro Nacht ist hich, aber unumgänglich, denn in Sestri Levante gibt es keine Parkplätze.

Der Lärm am Strand, denn der sehr kleine Strand von Miramare grenzt beidseits an den öffentlichen Strand. Juli und August nicht empfehelnswert - die kleinen Strände komplett überrfüllt, die nachts von Einwohnern zum Feiern genutzt werden, bis die Sonne aufgeht. Am Wochenende Musik bis Mitternacht an der Bar, die direkt unter den Zimmern liegt. Überall Durchzug im gesamten Hotel. Zimmer ziemlich klein für den hohen Preis. Sehr wenig Personal, welches höflich und gästefreundlich agiert. Frühstück ungenügend für ein Hotel mit vier Sternen. Abendkarte fürs Essen zu 95% mit Meerestieren und Fisch voll.

Bravo à toute l'équipe ! Personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Emplacement exceptionnel avec sa plage privée au pied de l'hôtel donnant sur une magnifique baie. Chambre Deluxe au calme, confortable avec une très bonne literie.

I have been going to this beautiful hotel for the past 10 years and always a winner . It feels like home . Fabulous breakfast and dinners by the sea . White tablecloths you can’t beat the views . Picture perfect.

We stayed 8 nights and could have stayed forever! The hospitality was top notch; the beach, the food, the aperitivo all amazing! Our rooms were big, clean and everything we needed and more! The location was also perfect! Thank you to the hotel and restaurant staff for making our family vacation one to remember!

Établissement très privilégié par son emplacement au bord d'une petite plage de sable ,bien exposé , très propre et au calme . Accueil personnalisé +++ par un personnel très professionnel disponuble souriant et agréable . Ns avons tous bcp aimé cet établissement chic et sobre.

die Lage ist fantastisch und die Leute sehr nett. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

das einzig was uns ein wenig gestört hat ist, dass die Klimaanlage etwas rauscht und man diese nicht selbst ausschalten kann. aber dies ist jammern auf hohen Niveau.

La restauration du midi très moyenne, peut-être car les premiers jours…. Domage car nous aurions pus passer nos trois jours dans cet hôtel tellement merveilleux

Ort ist lebendig und hat trotzdem seinen ruhigen, typischen, italienischen Charme behalten. Die Lage vom Hotel ist einfach nur absolut phänomenal ! Wir haben täglich sensationelle/atemberaubende/anstrengende Küstenwanderungen unternommen. Gleich vom Hotel aus möglich oder bequem auch mit dem Zug (10 Min entfernt). Der ruhige kleine Strand ein Traum - morgens vor dem Frühstück ins Wasser - Abends nach dem Wandern ins Wasser ! Die Aussicht vom Balkon haben wir unglaublich genossen und das sanfte plätschern der Wellen haben uns im sehr bequemen Bett liebevoll begleitet beim Einschlafen. Das Frühstück im Hotel hat uns positiv überrascht. Ein echt tolles ital. Restaurant (La Cantina del Polpo) gleich nebenan. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 🙏 Danke es war grossartig !

Also wenn ich jetzt einen Typ geben dürfte: Dieses tolle Hotel würde sich sicher über einen kleinen Neuanstrich freuen (bei den weissen Geländer) und neue Holz-Liegestühle auf den Balkons und vielleicht eine kleine Prise - für ein moderneres Glow up 🪴- es braucht nicht viel - aber es wäre ein toller Gegensatz für die interessanten/witzigen alten Fotos vom Ort und den Menschen

Die Lage. Die Kellner waren freundlich.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Mein Zimmer war trotz Vorsaison sehr teuer. Leider war es im Zimmer sehr dunkel. Das Fenster bzw. die Balkontür ging zu einem kleinen Innenhof raus, mit verrosteten Treppen, wo schon lange niemand geputzt hat. Der Duschkopf konnte nicht befestigt werden. Nachts war es sehr hell vom Innenhof, wo Licht brannte. Aus dem Klimaanlagenkasten rauschte es die ganze Nacht, obwohl sie nicht an war. Im hauseigenen Cafe' kostet ein Glas Cola 6 Euro, trotz Vorsaison. Lage ist nicht alles.

Posizione perfetta, con splendida vista sulla meravigliosa Baia del Silenzio e direttamente sulla spiaggia. Ottime la cena e la colazione consumate in una sala a vetrate con vista sulla baia.

Unico aspetto leggermente negativo é il fatto che l’impianto di aerazione della camera è un po’ rumoroso, ma non insopportabile.

Posizione strepitosa in uno dei posti piu' belli della Liguria. Ambiente accogliente, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Tutti i servizi di alto livello. Ottimo ristorante.

La.posizione davvero unica sulla Baia del Silenzio, direttamente sulla spiaggia. Veranda per colazione e lunch sul mare !

La colazione davvero limitata. Poche cose e servite da 2 del personale , con Hotel stra pieno anche di stranieri non puoi mettere pezzi di focaccia, torte del supermercato , nemmeno uno yogurt , piatti salati, varietà di frutta fresca ...Mi dispiace ma colazione bocciata per un Hotel 4 stelle sul mare.

Had to queue for breakfast. The staff was very rude. And the coffee arrives after 30+ minutes after we finish eating.

Stay at the Helivita a jewl of a tiny hotel. Not at this run down place with very a grumpy owner and waiters. It isn't even shabby chic. The couch in the room was about 40 years old and disgusting. The bathroom was dark and with a tiny shower. The view from the small windows was nice. But the restaurant decor and bar area isn't that great. The reception area is very odd. No one here had the Italian charm I always experience. We had a junior suite and our daughter had to stay in another hotel 100 m away. So I got to see a much better hotel and terrace for eating and please of an interior room with a very funny waiter. We ate our lunch meals there and outside

La vue, le petit déjeuner et l'accueil fait par Sabrina, il me semble qu'il était très sympathique, souriante et agréable.

J'aurais aimé pouvoir accéder à la piscine avec mon fils, mais je comprend vu qu'il s'agit d'un spa. L'accès avec les véhicules larges à l'hôtel est pas super évident, on a un peu peur pour notre véhicule.

Posizione comodissima a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, l'hotel è comodo a tutti i servizi essendo praticamente nel centro di Sestri. Stanze pulite, personale disponibile e cordiale. Hotel situato fronte mare con una vista stupenda alla colazione. Meraviglioso!

Se devo trovare un lato negativo sono stati i cuscini troppo morbidì per i miei gusti Anche se non utilizzabile in questa stagione , trovo la spiaggia fronte hotel troppo ristretta
