Breakfast was good typical Italian breakfast. Pool was beautiful and a rare find in this area. On-site restaurant and bar was delicious and convenient.

Wish the pool had longer hours to swim at the start and end of our sightseeing days.

Nella camera non vi è un armadio chiuso in più non esistono cassetti. Dietro i comodini è presente una sola presa occupata dal telefono della camera, non dando così la possibilità di caricare un cellulare. Camera al livello di altri alberghi a 3 stelle.

Es war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Leider hat mir das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr alt und laut. Man konnte deshalb die Klimaanlage nachts nicht anhaben. Laut im Zimmer integriertem Thermostat war die Zimmertemperatur trotz Klimaanlage nicht unter 27 Grad zu bringen. Das Zimmer heizte sich schnell auf 28-29 Grad auf. Fenster konnte man mangels Fliegenschutz auch nicht öffnen. Zudem war für den Preis das Zimmer viel zu klein. In der Dusche konnte man sich nichtmal umdrehen und es gab nicht einmal einen Schreibtisch oder Ähnliches. Bei weit über 200€ pro Nacht wird das erwartet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Da bringt auch eine gute Lage nichts.

Lage, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit.

Frühstück sehr Standard, für diesen Preis. Zimmer ganz ok aber relativ klein, vor allem die Dusche in einem der beiden Zimmer. Lage der Zimmer für den Preis auch eher fragwürdig. Die hohen 25 Euro extra pro Tag fürs parken und die hohen, zusätzlichen Preise für Liegestuhl und Schirme in dem Hotel-eigenen Strandabschnitt / -Club sind eigentlich nicht nachvollziehbar. Warum erhalten Hotel Gäste hier keine besseren Preise ?

Doccia molto stretta e piccola, una persona di corporatura sopra il normale non ci sarebbe stata.

prima colazione migliorabile. Per un 4**** si possono offrire anche croissant freschi e non da prodotto surgelato. Telefono in camera presente, ma non funzionante, portasapone sul lavandino un po' consumato.

Soggiornato 3 giorni io e la mia compagna, siamo stati benissimo, in più la chicca ,piscina sul terrazzo del tetto con vista mare, e servizi ottimi , anche la colazione buonissima con tanta varietà

L'acqua che usciva dal rubinetto del bagno era marrone nkn so se per la forte pioggia....ma dopo un po tornava normale...e il fatto che siamo purtroppo capitati in una stanza senza balcone ....

Największą zaletą Grande Albergo jest doskonała lokalizacja — tuż przy promenadzie i plaży, a jednocześnie blisko centrum Sestri Levante oraz dworca kolejowego. To świetna baza do zwiedzania miasta i całej Ligurii bez konieczności korzystania z samochodu. Obsługa była miła i pomocna, pokoje czyste, a wnętrza hotelu eleganckie i utrzymane w klasycznym stylu. Bardzo podobał nam się basen na dachu, z którego roztacza się piękny widok — idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po całym dniu zwiedzania. Śniadania były smaczne, świeże i bardzo urozmaicone. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje również hotelowa restauracja Delfino Bianco, w której jedliśmy bardzo dobre posiłki.

Hotelowy parking jest zdecydowanie zbyt drogi — 25 euro za dobę to wysoka cena. W pokoju brakowało również czajnika oraz podstawowego zestawu do przygotowania kawy lub herbaty, czego można oczekiwać w hotelu tej klasy. Mimo tych drobnych niedogodności pobyt był bardzo udany, przede wszystkim dzięki świetnej lokalizacji, dobrej obsłudze i fantastycznemu basenowi na dachu.

Breakfast a little basic but very enjoyable to eat on the covered terrace.

The beach club across the road from the hotel was not including in the room price & quite expensive. The beach further along the strip was more comfortable.

The staff were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and attentive to anything we needed. There was a misunderstanding regarding an additional night, and they helped us resolve it quickly and without any difficulty. The room was large and spacious and worked very well for our family of five. The shower was comfortable and pleasant, and the breakfast was very good, generous, and varied, with plenty of options for everyone.

That said, overall we felt that the value for money did not fully match the relatively high price we paid. I may not have researched every detail carefully enough before booking, but I assumed that the beach directly in front of the hotel, which carries the hotel’s name, would be included among the hotel services, or at least available at a reasonable additional cost. We were therefore disappointed to discover that the price for using the beach with a shaded area starts at around €50 per day. The room we booked also appeared to include a balcony, but in reality our room only had a window, which was disappointing. In addition, there was no practical place in the room to hang wet swimsuits or towels to dry—something small, but quite important during a beach holiday. At the pool, towels were also available only for an additional charge of €10 per day. None of these things would have been a major issue on their own, but taken together, they left us feeling that the price was high compared with what was actually included. We also did not feel that the location offered a significant advantage. Most of the restaurants and pizzerias we enjoyed were located on a livelier pedestrian street further inland, and since we preferred the public beaches, we often found ourselves walking to beaches farther away from the hotel. Overall, the staff and service were excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious, but for our family the experience felt somewhat overpriced for what was included.

Prisnivån på rummen. Prisnivån på solstolar på stranden (70 Eur 2 sängar o parasoll). Vet annan ägo, men de frågade om hotellboende. Stranden inte så fin, stenig även i vattnet.

The breakfast staff was super frindly. Breakfast was super delicious specially the chocolate mud cake and the apple cake. The lounge/lobby was full of art, history and beauty.

The room was pretty outdated and small. It feels as if I stepped into a different time zone.

Excellent location, spacious room to accommodate all 4 of us. Our kids enjoyed the daily breakfast and the rooftop pool to cool off during the hot hours of the day.

Sehr sauber und tolle Lage

Die Zimmer von booking.com waren alle nach hinten ohne Meersicht. Der zum Hotel gehörende und gleichnamige Stand kostete pro Tag 50€, am Wochenende 60€ extra. Bei den umliegenden Hotels war der Stand im Preis enthalten. Das Frühstück ging nur bis 10:00 Uhr, die Tische wurden schon ab 9:30 Uhr umgeräumt, für ein Urlaubshotel zu früh! Parken kosten 25€ pro Tag, bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel mit Zimmerpreisen von mindesten 330€ pro Nacht nicht angemessen!

Excellent location on the seafront bit far enough out of the town centre to be quiet. The hotel has a nice retro atmosphere with a good buffet breakfast. The rooftop pool with a small bar is a nice place to retreat to.

We had an amazing stay! The resort boasts an incredible beach that is perfect for relaxing. Every meal at the high-end restaurant was a culinary delight, with top-quality dishes and fantastic flavors. On top of that, the hospitality was excellent, and our room was remarkably comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Пляж платный напротив отеля, при том что рядом есть бесплатные. Для своих клиентов платный пляж у отеля это странно. В бассейне платные полотенца. В номере не кладут специальные полотенца, в бассейне дают за 5 евро. Мелочь, но не приятно. Завтраки могли бы разнообразнее. Но в целом нормально, конечно.

Struttura vecchia mi aspettavo una camera più accogliente visto i costi…molto stretta ma ottima posizione direi soddisfatto in modo sufficiente dall’insieme

Das Frühstück hat mich leider nicht wirklich überzeugt. Allerdings gibts gleich nebenan ein Kaffee mit wirklich gutem Kaffee :)

Superb location. Fantastic rooftop swimming pool. Great access to private beach and cafeteria. Room was everything we wanted.

Personnel très sérieux et à l’écoute ! Situation parfaite face à la mer. Restaurant intérieur et sur la plage privée très adapté à l’emplacement. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Das Gebäude ist sehr schön und liegt am Meer

Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr schlecht behandelt. Kein Willkommen, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Dafür zahlten wir 322€. Das Frühstück war schon lieblos abgegessen,obwohl wir um 9h dort waren. Wir haben im Ort dann ein nettes Café gefunden, wo wir uns viel wohler fühlten. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Die Brotauswahl war dürftig! Und teilweise hat’s fast kein Brot mehr gehabt. Ananasschnitte fehlten auch öfter. Ansonsten okay!

Le nostre camere si affacciavano su un cortile interno e risultavano quindi molto buie. Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in camere più luminose, ma ci è stato risposto che l’hotel era al completo, circostanza che, a nostro avviso, non corrispondeva alla reale situazione della struttura. Inoltre, la connessione internet era praticamente inutilizzabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Un ulteriore disagio è stato causato dalla luce di emergenza presente in camera, che si accendeva spontaneamente 4-5 volte ogni notte, disturbando il sonno. Solo dopo la terza notte il problema è stato finalmente risolto con la rimozione del dispositivo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per la gestione delle problematiche segnalate.

Struttura vicinissima al mare, pulita. Bella la piscina all'ultimo piano, con vista sul mare.

Colazione con una scelta limitata per un quattro stelle. Il letto un po' scomodo, rumoroso ai minimi movimenti.

Sicuramente la posizione. Inoltre staff cordiale, pulizia ottima, ristorante Delfino Bianco con la sua veranda dove poter rilassarsi per fare colazione. Ritornerò😀

Le mépris du personnel à l’accueil. Sachez que quand vous réservez avec Booking une chambre à 190 € la nuit c’est un tarif économique. Ce qui vous donne le droit à une chambre avec vue sur une terrasse non accessible et un mur. Vu que l’établissement n’était pas complet, nous avons demandé à avoir une autre chambre. Puisque les trois quarts des volets étaient fermés et qu’il y avait très peu de clients, mais le personnel de l’accueil nous a bien fait, comprendre que nous avions réservé à un tarif économique pour ces 2 nuits et a refusé ce changement. Je réserve toujours par Booking quand je pars en Italie, et je n’ai jamais eu cet accueil. Nulle part. Bravo pour un hôtel quatre étoiles.
