Très propre, confortable, bien décoré, personnel au top (comme partout au Vietnam). Piscine et bar/restau en roof top appréciables, Petit dej très copieux et varié. Bravo.
La chambre possédait bien une fenêtre mais qui donnait sur un mur. Ce n'est pas de leur faute, mais il faut aimer vivre sans lumière du jour.

Abbiamo fatto l’upgrade appena arrivati in struttura e per un prezzo bassissimo abbiamo preso la suite. Tutto davvero fantastico.

Lage super in Hanoi zu erkunden, keine Probleme Gepäck auch für 2-3 Tage zu lagern (z.B. für Ausflug nach Halong). Würden immer wiederkommen!

Insbesondere die netten Damen und Herren am Empfang waren uns eine große Hilfe. So durften wir beispielsweise einen Teil unseres Gepäcks für eine Woche im Hotel lagern, ohne einen Aufpreis zu bezahlen! Weiterhin möchten wir das gesamte Team hervorheben, welches sich um das besonders leckere Frühstück kümmerte. Chester und sein Team Andi, Silva, Nadir and Lucy waren super!! Danke für den großartigen Aufenthalt!

Het hotel ligt op een top plek in Old Quarter. Wij kregen een upgrade naar een grotere en hogere suite, was ook heel attent! Kortom, een aanrader.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Posizione nel cuore dell'Old District con un po' di buona volontà si possono raggiungere tutti i principali siti a piedi. Camera ampia e ben tenuta (executive familiare). In camera sono disponibili ciabatte ed accappatoio necessari se si vuole accedere alla piscina presente sul rooftop. Lo skybar merita sicuramente almeno una serata per ammirare lo skyline di Hanoi. Colazione molto abbondante con ampia scelta e possibilità di ordinare alcuni piatti dal menu, per gli amanti della colazione continentale sono presenti alcune varietà di pane, brioche, dolci e una macchina con anche cappuccio e latte macchiato (cosa non scontata in altre strutture del Vietnam dove prevale il salato). Personale molto gentile e premuroso, lasciate una mancia adeguata! P.S. Hanoi è una città bellissima e molto viva. Se avete il sonno leggero sarebbe meglio chiedere una camera ad un piano alto.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Staff were great. We were told we had a complimentary mini bar, thinking we would have a nice cold drink when getting to the room. No we just had the complimentary empty fridge. Some construction going on across the road but didn’t bother us during the night, we just couldn’t enjoy the balcony during the day. Near the lake and some great craft beer places. Rooms were a bit dated. No fan in bathroom was a problem and shower head sprays you in the face when you turn it on.
A bit dated. Reception staff not overly friendly, unsure if they didn’t speak English or just were a bit frosty.

The room smelt musty and damp and was pretty dated. To be fair when we spoke to reception the staff immediately brought up a defuser which masked the smell but I think the aging decor in a humid country means much of the upholstery had absorbed humidity over many years and the room didn't smell good at all.

Het eten op de rooftop is wel erg prijzig voor wat je krijgt, maar dat hoort misschien bij de luxe en rooftops in het algemeen. ;) Wij hopen dat de vissen in de lobby voor de spa wel een andere plek krijgen, want ze zitten nu in een heel klein hokje zonder weerspiegeling vanaf de binnenkant.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Toplocatie midden in het centrum. Mooie uitstraling en sfeer in het hotel. Goede familiekamer met heerlijk uitzicht over de straat.
Zwembad is wel echt klein met maar enkele bedjes, dus het is snel vol. Het terras ligt er overigens wel direct onder, dus daar kun je dan ook prima zitten.
