An excellent hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Hanoi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the bathrooms are modern, and the breakfast is generous and varied. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its wonderful team – Sophia Le, the manager, Nikki, Nina, the reception team, and the staff welcoming guests at the entrance. Nina is especially lovely – always smiling, warmly welcoming guests, opening the door and offering a refreshing orange juice when you arrive. These small touches make you genuinely feel that they are happy to welcome you back. Nikki and Nina are truly exceptional in their service, warmth, honesty and personal care for their guests. And special recognition must go to Sophia Le, who leads this wonderful team so professionally and creates a genuine culture of hospitality throughout the hotel. Service with a real heart ❤️ The fact that we chose to return and stay at this hotel again during the same trip says everything about our experience.

היה אחלה מלון ואחלה חדר, צוות ממש חמוד מיקום גם נחמד הכל היה מרחק 10 דקות הליכה ארוחת בוקר יחסית מגוונת הצוות תמיד פתח לנו את הדלת לקח את המזוודות ועזר עשינו גם מסאז׳ במלון שהיה יחסית לרחוב לא זול אבל גם נקי וטוב

מלון שפשוט הופך את השהות בהאנוי להרבה יותר קלה ונעימה. קודם כול, המיקום מצוין – בלב האזור שכיף להיות בו, כך שאפשר לצאת מהמלון ופשוט להתחיל לטייל. החדרים נעימים מאוד, המיטות נוחות בצורה יוצאת דופן, המקלחת חדישה ונקייה, ובחדר מחכים כל הדברים הקטנים שעושים הבדל – מים, קפה ופינוקים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה, מגוונת וטעימה, וחדר האוכל עצמו נעים ומזמין – מקום שבאמת כיף להתחיל בו את הבוקר. אבל הדבר שהפך את השהות שלנו למיוחדת הוא Nikki. קשה להסביר בכמה מילים שירות כזה. היא מקצועית, כנה, אמינה, סבלנית וזמינה, ונותנת תחושה שיש מישהו שבאמת דואג לך. היא לא מנסה "למכור" לתיירים בכל מחיר – להפך, היא נותנת עצות אמיתיות, מסבירה מה כדאי ומה פחות, מסייעת בתכנון טיולים, תחבורה וכל פרט קטן, והכול במחירים הוגנים ובשקיפות מלאה. למעשה, כל צוות המלון עובד בגישה הזאת: אתה לא מרגיש שאתה רק אורח בחדר, אלא שיש מי שמלווה אותך ועוזר לך ליהנות מהטיול כולו. טיילנו לא מעט בעולם, ושירות טוב אנחנו יודעים להעריך. כאן קיבלנו שילוב נדיר של מיקום מעולה, חדר נוח ונקי, אוכל טוב ובעיקר יחס אנושי יוצא מן הכלל. Fantastic location in the old quarter, the staff are very professional polite and will bend over backwards, to ensure your stay is amazing. Very close to beer street and other locations of interest. The hotel have a beautiful Sky Bar on the roof top looking over the town.

Such a great hotel, absolutely in the heart of the action , so much to do and see. We didn’t hear any noise that disturbed us. Pool area was very nice and pool temperature glorious. Front desk staff were sweet and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, huge variety of tasty food.

Location couldn’t be more central, pool and roof top bar are s real treat in the centre of the Old Quarter. Staff were brilliant - super friendly, warm and helpful

Echt super fijn verblijf in Hanoi. Het ligt echt midden in het oude centrum, en toch hoor je echt helemaal niks op je kamer van het kabaal van de straat. Ik had perongelijk een maand te vroeg geboekt en de annuleringsdatum was al vetstreken en toch konden we kosteloos de datum aanpassen. Ook hebben we via het hotel de catamaran cruise geboekt dat was echt de leukste tour die we op onze reis hebben gedaan, gewoon boeken dus!

Notre 1ere chambre était vraiment très petite pour une “exécutive” . Après m avoir signalé le personnel nous a attribué une magnifique chambre très vaste pour les jours suivants . Tout était très propre ds cet hôtel avec piscine et Sky bar magnifique. Mais surtout la gentillesse et l attention de tout le monde est remarquable
