De kamers zijn redelijk ruim. Het ontbijt is goed, veel keuze.

Het is erg gehorig. Je hoort veel geluid van straat, maar als je pech hebt ook van buren. Ik betaalde 100 euro per nacht, maar vond het aan de hoge kant.

Una buena opción para alojarse en Hanoi, con una ubicación conveniente, un ambiente agradable y un servicio correcto. El personal fue atento y la estancia resultó cómoda en general. Sin embargo, creo que todavía le falta algo para estar realmente a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En particular, el tamaño de la habitación y, sobre todo, del baño, me parecieron algo reducidos para la categoría y el precio del hotel. La relación calidad-precio resulta menos competitiva cuando se compara con otros hoteles de Hanoi de categoría similar, donde por un precio parecido se pueden encontrar habitaciones más amplias y espacios más cuidados. En definitiva, una estancia satisfactoria y un hotel recomendable, pero esperaba un poco más teniendo en cuenta su precio y su posicionamiento como hotel de 5 estrellas.

El tamaño de la habitación y sobre todo el del baño ...algo incómodo para tratarse de un hotel de 5 estrellas

Allez y les yeux fermés. Un hôtel 5 étoiles situé en plein centre de Hanoï. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Literie incroyable. Bars commerces marché de nuit visites touristiques dans un rayon maximum de 10/15 mn a pied. Organisation d'excursions pour la baie d'ha long. Une mention spéciale pour la qualité de service du personnel. Ils m'ont laissé prendre une douche en revenant de la baie en ayant fait mon check out. Je recommande.

One of the best hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, if not the best. The breakfast, cleanliness, staff, and location were all amazing. We stayed at this hotel three times during our trip, and each stay was consistently excellent. A special thanks to Bora for her continuous support throughout our stay and for arranging our transportation to the airport. Her kindness and helpfulness made our experience even better. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Helped book tours and ride to Sapa. Great location, clean rooms, good breakfast with a view.

Location in the heart of the action and was fantastic...pool to relax in after a full day. Breakfast was the best in many years of travelling. Just a first grade hotel and a great staff.

I did not like nothing in this hotel. I booked 3 room with city view and look at the picture I enclosed. Definitely not city view. The reception staff lied in my face saying I was upgraded but instead I was degraded

Stayed here for 6 nights in Hanoi and honestly can’t fault the experience. The staff are amazing, I can’t praise them enough, especially Lucky, Bora and Linh who I dealt with the most. As a solo traveller I had a lot of questions about getting around Vietnam, and they genuinely went above and beyond to help me figure things out, even outside of normal hotel stuff. What really stood out was that they remembered my name every single time I walked in, always with a smile, after 6 nights it started to feel less like a hotel and more like people actually cared. The room itself was really good too, spacious, big, and housekeeping came through daily to keep everything well maintained. Amenities smelt amazing, small touch but noticeable. Overall just a really solid stay from start to finish. Thanks Lucky, Bora and Linh for making it so memorable, I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and I’ll be back next time I’m in Hanoi. :)
