שירות מעולה. הצוות יצא מגדרו שנצא מרוצים, ואפילו הביאו לנו מתנה קטנה לירח דבש. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. בריכה שמשקיפה על העיר.

החדרים מאוד קטנים, אבל זה ככה ברוב המלונות בהאנוי.

We had a lovely stay in Hanoi. The hotel itself was very nice, but it was the staff that made the experience fantastic. Everyone was so welcoming and caring, would definitely recommend the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and luxurious accommodation. The rooms were fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were provided a brochure with recommendations for local restaurants, cafés, activities and health facilities, which was useful. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to travel to Hanoi!!!

Das Hotel liegt absolut super. Wir konnten alle Ziele gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne, dass es irgendwie zu viel ist. Der Poolbereich auf dem Dach war immer wieder eine tolle Ruheoase zwischen dem Trubel der Altstadt. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr schön mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen. Wenn wir etwas anbringen müssten, könnte man für längere Aufenthalte noch etwas mehr Ablageflächen in den Zimmern bereitstellen.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions and it was great starting the day with a walk around the lake. The staff were incredibly attentive and always offered to help with any of our needs. The breakfast selection was great and very enjoyable. Even the drinks at the pool bar were well made. I would highly recommend staying here.

There was construction going on and it began around 6am everyday which disrupted the sleep. Aside from that it was great.

The property was new, clean and tidy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious!

Everything! The staff were all so lovely! The rooms and facilities were perfect. Pool was great. Wi-Fi, breakfast, aircon, location all 10 out of 10. We used this hotel as a base in Hanoi and they kindly looked after our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. It was like seeing family again every time we came back and tgey even gave us an upgrade on our last night, a leaving gift and a beautiful treat in our room. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Amaxibg value for money!

השירות מעולה, צוות מקסים ומסביר פנים. ארוחת בוקר טובה, ספא טוב, אדיבים חייכנים ורוצים להוציא את האורחים מרוצים. שודרגנו בלילה השני בחדר מבלי לבקש בכלל לחדר עם אמבטיה ומרפסת, וקיבלנו עוגה ושוקולד לפני העזיבה. הדברים הקטנים האלו הם שעושים הבדל משמעותי לחוויית האירוח, והפכו אותה למדהימה.

Everyone in the hotel made my stay comfortable. They offered me a room upgrade during my stay, sent me the complimentary dessert everyday. Room was clean, breakfast was awesome.

אין משהו שלא אהבנו, חשוב לדעת שהחדרים מעט קטנים (סטנדרט אירופאי יותר מבחינת הגודל) אך לנו זה ממש לא הפריע.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Classy Hotel Hanoi und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend - Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleichzeitig ist das Hotel eine angenehme und ruhige Rückzugsmöglichkeit vom lebhaften Treiben in Hanoi. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam, herzlich unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und sehr gemütlich. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This is my third time staying at Classyc Hotel and as always it was a fantastic experience. Exceptional staff ( Amelia was brilliant ) a great location with outstanding breakfast included. Great views from the rooftop pool and bar.

Avant tout le personnel est adorable et très aidant. Nous sommes revenus une deuxième fois apres une excursion et avons apprécié le message d'accueil dans notre chambre. Mention spéciale pour Fancy toujours très souriante et prévenante. Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une très belle piscine. Nous avons profité du spa, moment très relaxant dans un cadre apaisant et beau. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et la vue du restaurant est agréable. La literie exceptionnelle ! En bref un hôtel classe, très bien situé et où on se sent vraiment bien.

Suggestion : le rooftop est tellement agréable qu'on aimerait en profiter encore un peu après 22h.

The staff is excellent. Their service was very very good and on point. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Accommodating my family for check-in before my arrival was extremely great customer service.

The room my wife and I were assigned was really small for 2 people.

Die absolute Krönung war unser Upgrade - unbezahlbar! Vielen Dank dafür. Die Betten sind mega bequem, alles ist tipptopp sauber und auch das Frühstück ist gut. Dieser Ort und die Menschen wird uns für immer im Herzen bleiben!

J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir loger pendant 3 jours dans le penthouse panoramique avec mes 3 enfants. On s’est régalés et c’était vraiment un séjour exceptionnel. Le personnel a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions et nous avons été traité comme des rois. Pour ceux qui peuvent se le permettre, je recommande vraiment de s’offrir ce luxe.

Location was perfect, short walk to the night market. Staff were very accommodating. They had mattress toppers if you felt the mattress was too firm. We did not need this but was nice to have the option. Breakfast was the best I’ve had! So much variety. Gym was small but enough for what we wanted - all equipment new and working well.

En los otros aspectos la ubicación muy buena dentro del centro de Hanói, las habitaciones estupendas, super limpias. Luego las vistas desde el restaurante y la piscina increíbles.

The breakfast and the views from the restaurant were great. The speakeasy bar underground was a surprise. As good as any venue you’d see in Soho in London or in New York only down point was the room had exterior view but the window was tiny

Te preparo una reseña elegante pero cercana, destacando especialmente al equipo humano y el cuidado por los detalles: Una estancia excelente, de esas en las que te vas pensando: la calidad que ofrece este hotel es incluso superior a lo que pagas. El hotel es nuevo y se nota que hay una dirección que cuida absolutamente todo al milímetro y hasta el más mínimo detalle. Desde el servicio y la atención hasta la limpieza, el ambiente y la experiencia en general. Además, tiene un olor increíble en todas partes: en los pasillos, en las zonas comunes y, por supuesto, en la habitación. Es de esos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y cuidada. La cama es comodísima y los cojines también, algo que para mí es fundamental cuando estás fuera de casa. Pero, sin duda, uno de los grandes puntos fuertes es el equipo humano. Desde la chica que se encarga de limpiar las habitaciones hasta las chicas de recepción, todo el personal ha sido excelente: amables, atentos, profesionales y siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera perfecto. También merece una mención especial la comida. Un día comimos a la carta y fue excelente. El desayuno es tipo buffet, muy completo, y además tienen la posibilidad de pedir platos de la carta si necesitas algo especial. Un detalle que se agradece muchísimo. En definitiva, un hotel al que volvería con los ojos cerrados. Se nota cuando detrás de un establecimiento hay una dirección que realmente se preocupa por hacer las cosas bien y por cuidar cada detalle. Una experiencia de diez. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
