La climatisation est vieille et fait énormément de bruit, impossible de dormir avec. On entend tout ce qui se passe en dehors de la chambre c'est vraiment bruyant. Il n'y a aucune activité autour.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Uns hat dennoch das gewisse „Etwas“ gefehlt, um eine bessere Bewertung abzugeben bzw. eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aussprechen zu können.
Das Frühstück hat uns nicht wirklich überzeugt. Die Auswahl war auf den ersten Blick zwar recht groß, aber viele der Speisen waren recht geschmacklos und in der Marmlade haben sich die Ameisen vergnügt.

Literally everything. Horrible services and hygiene. We asked the housekeeping to clean the cups (despite she being done with the room service), she literally washed it in the room basin in front of us without any soap. The breakfast was so bad, we literally starved our entire stay.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Overall the hotel is fine with good ceiling height with spacious room. There is a eleven 7 supermarket which is integrated with the hotel which I found it to be very convenient. There is also a mall if you pass through eleven 7 which has other food option such as "Merry Brown". You also have the supermarket within the mall if you want to purchase your baby's diaper or any other stuff. So to summarize, the location and the integration of eleven7, mall and supermarket is what makes this hotel unique.
I didn't like the cleaniness of the washroom. It was pretty bad. They should definitely do something about this.

Very far out from the main town and there aren’t many places to eat at. Didn’t use the pool so cannot comment, would say the Hotel is quite dated. Also WiFi would drop in and out.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025Spacious room and spacious restaurant area for breakfast. Good and tasty Malaysian savoury options at the breakfast buffet. Would be a good place to stay long term on business. Not so touristy but all the services like shops, coin laundry, restaurants are conveniently nearby. Was a nice place for us to rest, do laundry, etc.
The internet was unstable (on and off and on again); tried both 7th and 8th floor signals. The coffee at the breakfast buffet tasted awful. Instead of only plain and chocolate cornflakes there should be a granola/muesli, which is much healthier and more filling. Pool quite small but OK for kids.

The window frames were broken such that air from outside would enter and make the room humid and hot at night. AC extremely noisy. Pool very dirty, gym very dirty and limited, and breakfast was very very poor. Staff unhelpful and weirdly standoffish. I really did contemplate abandoning my booking and moving elsewhere, luckily I only needed to be there for 1 full day
