It provided good basic accommodation and entertainment for the week.

It was a bit run down and needed some more basic utensils in the kitchenette.

Great location, many restaurants and shops nearby. The pool is amazing. Breakfast was really good, so many veriety of options. Staff are very responsive and accomodating. Good value for money.

The breakfast was terrible, really, so terrible that we only had it the first morning out of 3 days we spent there... The internet in the room was almost inexistant, the connection to the router was 100% but the line was up and down and did not allow me to do any work and my son to watch anything on youtube (since the TV channels were only malaysian channels and all blurred up). Hotel technician said it's 'normal' on the island. Yet, today we are in a guest house (which costs 1/5th of Dayang Bay Resort) near the pier as tomorrow we get the ferry to the mainland, and the wifi here is brilliant. If you are a westerner in need of a good breakfast and decent wifi, avoid this hotel.

My kids are happy because of the pool. While I enjoy the breakfast the chicken rendang is delicious. Will repeat next holiday. Thank you!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and clean. It's closed to many restaurants and shops. .

The area is not the tourist area like in Cenang pantai but we were looking for more layback so it was fine with us. I booked 2 bedroom suites that on the website photos show look like 2 bedrooms apartment but turned out is completely separate rooms. They are able to gave us the rooms with front gate which still work out for us. The room wasn't very clean I found hair inside the water jar, on the bedsheets and bathroom floor. The outdoor kitchen also quite dirty a lot of dust and look like never been cleaned.

De ligging. Lekkere eettentjes in de buurt (vooral de satay) en laundry aan de overkant. De familiekamer was lekker ruim en fijne balkon.

Het zwembad was niet schoon. Op de vloer liggen vieze dingen zoals pleisters van mensen. Mag wel elke vaker gereinigd worden. Het ontbijtbuffet was weinig variatie.

Very nice hotel specially with pool

Location was good. The room was clean. Internent coverage was good.

breakfasr was poor. No diary products, eg cheese yourgut. Some construction works and noisy neighbours disturbed the tranquility of two nights. Sraff behaved resspectfull but can smile more.

موقعه قريب من كل شي مقابل الفندق بقالات ومغاسل ملابس ومحلات ملابس ومطاعم والمسبح خياااااالي مقابل البحر.

اول ماستلمنا الغرف لقينا بقعة وسخة حمراء على السرير وطلبت منهم يغيرونه وغيروها علطول بنفس اللحضه. صحيح ان الاثاث قديم نوعا ما ولكن لا بأس به.

الوحدة كانت مطلة على المسبح والبحر وكانت اطلالة رائعة

نقطة مهمة للعائلات التي يتطلب عددهم حجز وحدتين ومستهدف ان يكونوا الاطفال في الوحدة الثانية، لا يوجد اتصال مباشر بين الوحدتين من الداخل وانما من خارج الوحدة (غرفة بجانب غرفة)

Everything went super well with the family at the resort. The staff was very nice and friendly, the pool was wonderful and pretty big for the kids and adults to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was really good offering plenty of options. The rooms were a bit outdated but they were very large, and beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel was close to plenty of restaurants and mini markets.

الفندق راقي جدا وفخم ورائع فوق المتوقع، لم اتوقع المساحة الكبيرة لغرفة النوم والسرير الإضافي في الردهة او الصالة وبلكونة شرفة كبيرة بها طاولة طعام وكراسي وثلاجة ومطبخ وادوات صحون وملاعق اعجبني الإفطار الراقي الجميل الرائع ضمن الحجز اعجبني اكثر حوض السباحة الكبير جدا وبجانب البحر ومحاذي له للاطفال وجهة أخرى للنساء فقط رائع جدا ومواقف سيارات واسعه على بعد 5 كم من ساحة النسر وجنبه مطاعم وسوبر ماركت 24 ساعة ومحل فواكه وخضار ممتاز التقييم للغرف والفرش 3 نجوم ✨ الغسيل والكي في الطابق الثاني مكان مخصص فقط للغسيل و كي الملابس يعني مشترك ولو انه تقريبا به إفطار

الموقع جميل امام الشاطئ.. الغرف واسعة والمنتجع يحوي حوض سباحة وألعاب أطفال داخلية وخارجية..وغرفة رياضة الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ..وفيه مطعم داخلي للغداء والعشاء.. فيه مكان مخصص للغسيل والكي في حال رغبت في خدمة ذاتية.. المنتجع تكاملي وعائلي..ويغنيك في حال لم تخرج في جولة سياحية..

I liked the room view only and not ok with breakfast.

Kids club is in very bad condition..infact nothing is there to play and all are in very bad condition..not many to play.. Breakfast also daily with same menu no change at all.. really got bored with that..have to improve indian food options in breakfast with differnt curries.. same daal serving daily whole week..

Close to the sailing centre and swimming pool was nice. Room was huge and spacious too. One of the better hotel around the area. Many minimalist and restaurants opposite the hotel which was convenient.

Room is dated and can be cleaner. TV was very grainy.

The room so spacious, the location is near to eateries. They provide laundry room with washing machine to wash clothes. Coin laundry also found in front of hotel. The TS duty free also walking distance can buy chocolates and souvenirs..

Iron not provided in the room, but instead provided in laundry room.

Scenic infinity pool, kids pool, play area, drinking water dispenser, self service laundry and big rooms with balcony.

The two bedroom apartment that I got wasn't' a connected one. So we never used it as my mom doesn't want to sleep separately. She had to sleep in the sofa bed all 5 nights

Toilets needs refurbishing, Toilets are quite old dated, Room are ok but needs looking, Air con’s remote are almost Against the ceiling, they needs to come down or hand remote will be useful, and One last thing Curtains needs fully Blackout. And Mattress are very Bad and hurt the BackOverall stay was nice and Comfortable

It has three swimming pool. One is infinity swimming pool from where you can see the whole sea . Kids swimming pool is the best. Family suite was so spacious that 6 people can stay easily. Balcony was so big . It seemed like a big apartment .

The resort had good view of the bay and a good swimming pool. The family room had a basic kitchen with microwave & electric kettle with cutluries. The location was good with 24x7 stores. Overall good experience

Breakfast was average and there is a lot of scope of improvement with different Indian veg breakfast,

Need to work on cleanliness of utensils provided in the room and towels, because it was smelling. Need to purchase new mugs and glasses. Wash basin and shower drain was clogged in the second room.

The pool and the view are beautiful. Recommend getting a massage at the hotel and eating at Seoul, the s-Korean restaurant across the street.

It’s really dirty and the staff don’t seem very happy nor are they helpful. The breakfast area is really loud and unpleasant.

Beautiful view from the room, lovely pool, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful lobby area.

Only an extortionately priced Indian restaurant in the hotel that served dinner. Far, far too expensive. The Western breakfast options were poor - bad coffee, stale (going hard) bread, and vegetables that were past its best (peppers were soggy and brown). Leftovers were reserved the next day. The Asian options were really nice but we just didn’t fancy a chicken curry with samosas for breakfast. Would have been amazing if these options were available for dinner (they probably were in the overpriced restaurant, but not in buffet style). Fortunately, there were a lot of restaurants available close by.

The room i choose was a sea view suite. I stayed a lot of sea view suites before, none shocked me like this. The balcony was wide with sitting arrangements, kitchenet setup and privacy shade, with the view of wide open blue. Marvelous!

The check in time is very odd that is late afternoon. I have seen a lot of families waiting hours for checking in. Of course you can say this is rules. It will also become a rule if you say that the checking time is midnight, but that sounds unfair. It feels the same. All international hotels have check in time between 12 to 2 o'clock afternoon, while they have check in time 3 O'clock in this island. Now think about a family who had changed 2 or more fights (Most people need to have multiple flights for Langkawi) landed in morning or late morning then waiting for 3 O'clock! The most frustrating thing is they even dont have early check in with extra payment. I would say don't think about your comfort only, please also think about travelers reality.

The thing to like about this resort is it's pool. Otherwise this resort has no Vibes , no ambiance.

The location is not good. Very far from most of the happening places in Langkawi like very far from pentai cenang , tungjhu ru beach, skybridge. the resort is charging a lot for nothing. Room were old style.
