Good location

The advertising sold me on grandeur. This hotel was not grandeur. The connection/link to the mall was odd. The whole hotel was cold and quiet.

Die Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem leise. Wir waren im 8. Stock und hatten eine geniale Aussicht. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bequemes und großes Bett, alles sehr sauber. Es gab ums Eck eine Parkgarage mit direkter Verbindung zum Hotel, wo man Samstag und Sonntag gratis parken kann. Viele Lokale ums Eck... Sea Rocket zum Abendessen und das vietnamesische Cafe Alambé Coffee, für einen guten Frühstückskaffee, sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Klimaanlage, die man nicht abdrehen -und auch den Ventilator nicht selber regulieren kann. Kein Fenster zum Öffnen, nur einen kleinen Lüftungsschlitz.

One of the most satisfying hotel stays I have experienced. Quiet rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Attentive concierge staff. Good location. Excellent air conditioning. No negatives to mention. 10/10 - would stay again.

Had a very nice stay for 4 days. The Island View room was very spacious. The on-site restaurant was excellent with a nice bar as well. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were all very helpful and accommodating. For a $20 daily fee you can drop off your vehicle at the front door and it will be stored for you, as many times a day as you want. I think the front desk and main lobby was the calmest one I have ever been in.

We had a sky view room and it was absolutely beautiful at night and to wake up and eat our breakfast on the patio was mesmerizing. I love the wonderful food, we had at their restaurant and we enjoyed it so much. We had dined there 3 nights of our 5 night stay. Front desk staff were very kind to us. It was a pricey stay but the wonderful experience was worth every penny. We explored Charlottetown and got to love this charming place. This hotel is exceptionally clean and very spotless.

The staff was wonderful. They were very kind professional, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well looked after. I would go again.

I had an excellent experience stay there, service was fast and view from my room was really great.

Just arrived and underwhelmed. Valet parking but no one around to assist with luggage or greet at door. Front desk reception was cold and unwelcoming, rushed through the mandatory hours, wifi etc. No welcome note in the room (a suite). For $500 per night not a great start. On the positive, the room is clean, modern though showing wear on wood doors and surfaces. Perhaps better suited for the business traveller than tourist couples.

Nice hotel. They need to seriously change the mattress in this hotel If you drive a car and use valet parking Make sure you have noting in the car. 99 % change someone will breaking in your car and damage your car . And nobody at the hotel will help you I know by experience Manager will send you a picture of the coupon they are not responsible and tell you to call the town house to see the camera

The location is great, good walking distance to restaurants and fun family activities. The atmosphere is wonderful. No issues with check in and check out. The room was wonderful, the beds were so comfy, even the pull out bed and the cot we had to use. The room was expensive, but the area, the hotel, the pool and hot tub, are worth the expense. Very clean hotel as well. The noise level was non existent, which is really nice.

Modern feeling hotel in public areas, although in room could be any chain hotel. No self parking, valet only or street parking. Disappointed they don't provide bottled water or filtered water stations. Decent lighting in bathroom, nice to have real glasses. Decent water pressure in shower. Good amount of bathroom counter and desk space. Good pillows, but some stains on the blanket covers and pillowcases. Dishes from room service sat for 12 hours outside room. Quiet despite being busy. Annoying process for requesting late check out; called the evening before, told to ask again in the morning, called in morning, and told to ask again at 7, went to desk at 730 and was told that late checkout was not possible due to a marathon, they should have just told me that from the outset. Left bags behind counter without any issue. When checking out, advised we'd be back around 1230 and they had our car waiting for us when we got back which was nice.

There was no coffee abailable in morning, all other hotels we stayed at during our Maritimes Holiday served complimentary coffee and tea. Had to walk to Tim Hortons to grab coffee.

We flew in from Alberta for a family wedding and found the location very convenient. Being able to access the Confederation Centre without having to go outside was a big plus. The room size and amenities were perfect, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was with regulating the heat in our room. The temperature wouldn’t go above 20.2°C unless we left the lights on, and one night we had to sleep fully clothed because the room was so cold. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable.

Hated the light in the room. Aside from the blinking smoke detector there was a motion-activated night light by the door in my room that kept flashing on and off all night long, hotel staff were unable to fix it so I had to stack pillows up against it to block it out. Also didn't love the giant frosted window on the bathroom door, no privacy and someone using the bathroom during the night lights up the entire room. Pool/hot tub was out of order for some of my stay (I paid more to stay here than other properties because of the facilities and then couldn't use them).

We stayed two nights at The Holman on a tour and it was the “Grandest” of them all. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and we were even cordially welcomed by the general manager. Everything about the room was first-class. The location was very convenient for exploring the city. You’ll love your stay here.

In a very convenient and nice downtown neighbourhood….walking distance to a lot of sightseeing places/activities. Room 611 was spacious with a small pantry…..however…..a dirty cup with the previous user’s lipstick still staining it totally horrified us considered the room price (and room only…no breakfast etc)….We were too tired after our long flight so didn’t bother to call to change anything (and psychologically afraid another cup wouldn’t be clean either!!!) Front desk service was friendly and helpful even we arrived early (was able to assign the room to us after a quick while).

The staff was so kind, the beds were the best hotel beds I have slept in especially for the value. It was one of the cheapest hotel options in the area. My daughter loved everything about it and we were able to stay comfortably for a week in a double queen room. The pool is awesome and we were often alone in the pool area. Though the gym is sparse, I made it work fine with the equipment available and I was always alone. I never had to wait for any machines.

Super Hotel in einer wunderbaren Stadt. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Charlottetown und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Stadt und P.E.I. zu erkunden. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. An unserem Wochenende fand der P.E.I. Marathon statt mit Headquarter und Registrierung im Hotel. Coole Stimmung und der sehr gute Service des Hotels blieb gleichermaßen aufrechterhalten. Das Zimmer war top und die Bar des Hotels ist zu empfehlen. Zum Frühstück versorgten wir uns beim nahen Tim Hortons. Auch das Valetparking ist zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This hotel was such a treat for us, our first stay of this trip to PEI. Great location, but more important to us, the staff were wonderful, professional and helpful. The food was amazing, from presentation to its yumminess, and again the staff were great. Our room was small but accommodated us well and was well appointed.

Staff at front desk were very helpful and courteous. Room spacious, with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and lovely view of the city. Well situated and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Beyond happy with our stay here. We originally booked for only one night and then rebooked the next night because it was such a great experience. We were traveling with our puppy and they made it such a great time for all of us. The hotel is so central, and has incredible amenities. We will be back next time we are in Charlottetown! Thomas at the front desk was so incredibly helpful!

Would give this place 5 stars had their not been a party a few floors below us on the one evening where it was so noisy I could not sleep. Staff were lovely and the location is great!

Exceptional.

The staff at this lovely hotel were amazing. Tim warmly greeted us & quickly checked us in. The room was spacious & clean, beds were comfy. Bath amenities were of good quality. Manager Luke took an interest in guests & we saw him several times. He always asked if our trip was going well. Ashley was a friendly bartender who offered great recommendations. Jazz & Edward assisted with a luggage malfunction. Edward persevered & solved the issue. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants & shops in close walkable distance. The airport shuttle was a welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

Shower controls are strange hard to get water temperate not over hot or over cold

The rooms were tidy after cleaning. Professional and courteous staff at front desk. Cleaning crew responded quickly to needs in of my family. We had a nice time in PEI overall.

Staff at property was excellent at front desk. However difficult to reach help on phone. Location is great. Dining options near hotel are excellent.

Only thing I didn’t like was having to get up to plug the parking meter . For that kind of money you should give me a proper parking spot .

Only issue was lack of information in the room about hotel amenities, no info on TV and no hard copy explanation of where things were located or hours of operation.

Little underwhelmed overall, I guess my expectations were higher. Several little incidents but the hotel provided amends. Not sure I would stay there again.

Great hotel in a great location.

The staff on the front desk are top notch. They were always happy and smiling. My mum and I were always greeted with a good morning or hello when coming and going. Rooms were so clean and fresh. This was not my first stay at this glorious hotel.

There was nothing I did not like all staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Not a fan personally of the restaurant. Honestly and always dine elsewhere its nit my vibe somewhat stuffy and finer dining. Wishing the restaurant had more of a pub feel with entertainment. Had breakfast once wasn't great and service was flat.

The location was perfect for exploring Charlotte's Town and the room was a great size and good value for money. Parking was convenient as long as you don't mind paying for valet service. Friendly staff and lots of eateries near by.

Check-in is really late for a hotel so we called up earlier and they did get us in at 2pm instead of the stated 4pm so definitely worth trying.

The room at the hotel was 1st class. Nicely laid out and spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate staying here again and would highly recommend to anyone considering booking.

Unable to sleep due to a very loud pulsing noise coming from the AC unit which unfortunately the staff couldn’t do anything about.

Walkind distance to aĺl things ... if find a good parking spot do no want to move rhe car. We had a view of the harbour
