Good experience overall was good

As always, the breakfast was lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed it, especially because we like the North Indian taste and variety.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. The room decoration and renovation were lovely. It felt very homely and comfortable, which helped us relax and made the trip more enjoyable.

Personale gentilissimo, pulizia eccezionale, servizi ottimi e stanze davvero molto belle. Colazione continentale e indiana di ottima qualità. C’era qualcosa per tutti i gusti.

Posizione non eccezionale, ma comunque Delhi è molto grande per tanto gli spostamenti in taxi vanno considerati per ogni hotel.

Amenities, staff behavior

The hotel is old. Food, vegatable and fruit assortiment is very poor. Only 1 type of coffe in breakfast. Actually nothing to eat. Doesnt deserve 5 star and required money. Location is also unlicky. There is nothing near, you cant find even a small market to buy drinks and snacks.

Hot water was not working the second day. When I raised the issue with the reception staff, they mentioned that some pipe works were being installed, however gave me a false promise that they could provide me a room in a different floor with hot water facilities. They showed me two different rooms which didn’t have hot water facilities as well. It looked like the entire hotel had an issue with the hot water supply but the reception staff were not honest and explicit. Rather they were trying to satisfy me by moving to a different room which didn’t work. I had to wait until 11:30 pm to hear back from the reception staff that they can’t provide me a room with hot water facilities. I was exasperated and upset. 😠

Wonderful Family Breakfast with Chef Rajesh! My family (my wife, my kid, and I) had a fantastic breakfast experience here at Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida. Special thanks to Sous Chef Rajesh for his warm hospitality and incredible cooking. He made sure our family was well taken care of, and the food was delicious! My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended for families staying here!

Breakfast was good, kiwi yogurt was really good. Chef Rajesh was very helpful in getting additional requests and food.

Excellent service and stay. We keep visiting this hotel often and the food and staff at Cafe at 3 never fail to delight us . Manoj and his team is exceptional as always. This time a special shout out to Laxmi. Chef Rajesh and his team did an excellent job keeping the menu refreshing and catering to all tastes. Their masala dosa was the crispiest. Great hospitality and warm service by Ansh at the reception. It's always a pleasure visiting here .

I used the mini bar services however I did not get the discount as promised by booking.com on F&B services which was 20%. I felt cheated when i revisited the bill after the travel was complete and I reached home.

A special thanks to Ashif and Anjili from the Guest Service Association team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful start to the day, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Quite good room and atmosphere. The jain food by chef Mr. RAJESH was quite good, he well understood and helped with rightful customised preparations. Would recommend hotel to have some pure jain (no roots) dishes for customers likes us.

Holiday Inn never disappoints me, no matter where I stay in the world. They consistently offer excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms and amenities. The breakfast at the Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida property was particularly enjoyable, with a good variety and quality of food.

Location of the property is far from markets I hope there was a spa / sauna at the property to relax

Location - Good Food - Good Rooms - Nice Amenities - Good (nothing for kids except the swimming pool) Restaurant Staff and service - very good Front office/ Senior Staff - Arrogant I was very disappointed with the way I was treated at the hotel. It was simply not acceptable. As an IHG member, I am accustomed to receiving late checkout, subject to availability, both in India and internationally. Last month, I stayed at three IHG properties across Australia and Singapore, and in each case I was offered late checkout until 2:00 PM without any questions. During my stay at your hotel, however, I had to repeatedly follow up with the front desk regarding my late checkout request before it was eventually granted until 2:00 PM. However, the issue did not end there. Even after the late checkout had been confirmed, I received multiple calls enquiring about my checkout time. Subsequently, around 12:30–1:00 PM, a staff member came to my room and informed me that the hotel was expecting me to check out. While I appreciate that the hotel eventually extended my checkout until 2:00 PM, what I found disappointing was the considerable confusion and lack of coordination among the hotel staff regarding the agreed checkout time. Such inconsistent communication created unnecessary inconvenience and reflected a lack of clarity and coordination within the hotel team. This experience left me extremely frustrated, and I requested to speak with someone senior in the hotel. I was informed by the front office executive that she was the most senior person available at the hotel at that time. I then requested that the Front Office Manager arrange a call with a senior manager. However, despite my request, no effort was made to contact me during the next one and a half hours that I remained at the hotel. At the time of checkout, I once again expressed my desire to meet someone senior and share my concerns. It was only then that the Duty Manager appeared and attempted to explain the situation. What made the experience even more disappointing was the fact that the Duty Manager was already aware of the issue. If the matter was already known, I fail to understand why no one made any effort to proactively reach out to me earlier. This reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and comfort. What is particularly concerning is that all of this happened despite my reservation being marked as VIP and HVEC at the time of booking by an IHG staff member. While I am not seeking special treatment, I do expect a basic level of professionalism, coordination, and responsiveness when concerns are raised by a guest. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit in which it is intended. I trust that the hotel management will take note of these concerns, review the matter seriously, and implement corrective measures so that future guests do not have a similar experience and can enjoy a comfortable and dignified stay at your hotel.

Great Experience. Although food was average but staff was just amazing. Special mention to Damini, she took care of us. Helped us with whatever we needed. She made the dinner special.

They were very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their behavior made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. They took great care of every detail and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Both of them are truly fantastic at what they do.
