Das Yeatman bietet außerordentlichen Komfort, die Noblesse eines Luxushotels, eine phantastische Lage, vor allem einen sensationeller Blick auf Porto und eine hervorragende Küche. Für uns zählt es zu den besten Hotels der Welt, jedenfalls findet es sich unter den Toperlebnissen in unserer Reisegeschichte.

Wir können nichts kritisieren, wenn man vielleicht von der Kleinigkeit absieht, dass bei einem der beiden Waschbecken im Badezimmer "heiß" und "kalt" vertauscht waren - aber das ist genau genommen keine Rede wert.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht über Porto . Wir hatten einen wunderschönen , entspannten Aufenthalt im The Yeatman Hotel . Schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht aber auch aus unserem Zimmer , sehr schön. Großes Zimmer , tolles Frühstück , der BBQ Abend war sehr gut auf der Terrasse mit Mega Blick und Sonnenuntergang, sehr nettes Personal, toller Wellnessbereich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

The locations with its panoramic view towards the old town of Porto. The polite and discreet service. The clean room, the pool and last but not least the food and the wine. We appreciated the support from the Concierge in organising our excursions, wine tastings and transfers.

La literie mériterait d’être améliorée pour un hôtel de ce standing, ainsi que la décoration et l’équipement des chambres qui sont quelque peu surannés. Nonobstant cela a un petit côté vintage plutôt charmant. Les consommations, boissons et repas sont chers comparés aux standards du pays pour des hôtels du même classement.

Tout absolument tout, hôtel magnifique 🤩

Hotel realmente incrível, localizado na encosta contrária a cidade do Porto. Perfeito para uma posta do sol na sua sacada privada! Uhuuu

Tão pouco tempo!

a localização, o quarto, os funcionários, a piscina e os bares. os serviços disponíveis torna o hotel numa experiência muito agradável. as bebidas e comida servida nos bares é de muita qualidade.

a qualidade e variedade do pequeno almoço. num hotel como este não é aceitável que a reposição de alguns alimentos (nomeadamente ovos) demore tanto tempo ou seja inexistente.

Vue exceptionnelle, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux et très varié... the place to be! avec une piscine à débordement avec la vue sur Porto, le Douro et le Pont mythique, sans oublier un service digne d'un 5 étoiles.

Les équipements commencent à se faire un peu vieux...

The hotel is beautiful and is up on hill so you see the beautiful views of Porto on the opposite side and the Douro river. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it’s within walking distance to restaurants and bars etc. next to the waters edge.

I found that rooms weren’t always fully restocked so for instance used tissue box was forgotten to be replaced. Espresso capsules not replaced and water bottles. I also found the menu limiting and expensive. For someone that is vegetarian there were limited options and for what you pay a small bottle of water poolside and coffee for instance were overpriced.

The Yeatman was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The room was comfortable, the views were amazing, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Fantastic views. Lovely rooms, two pools, everything immaculate.

Wi-fi was patchy at best. Light pollution from WoW did spoil the night view slightly.

Die Lage war phantastisch, mit einem hervorragenden Blick auf die Stadt und auf die berühmte Brücke, da das Hotel auf der anderen Seite des Flusses liegt. Alles war trotzdem prima fußläufig erreichbar und zu der Portweinkellerei Taylor musss man nur das seitliche Hoteltor verlassen und ist schon da..... Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig, die große Dachterrasse, welche zum Zimmer gehört, einfach wunderbar. Das Bad sehr großzügig und schön, mit einer inneren "Fensteröffnung" zum Bettbereich (mit weißen Holzfensterläden zum Verschließen) ausgestattet, sehr schön.... die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das außergewöhnliche, sehr reichhaltige Frühstück, wirklich einmalig und sehr lecker... jeder Cappuccino wird z.B. im einem anderen Bild einer Sehenswürdigkeit der Stadt auf dem Milchschaum versehen....habe ich zuvor so dieser Art noch nicht gesehen.....einfach toll. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.....

Great location. Classic hotel.

Beds too hard. Our room was a very long walk, down two different elevators. Probably took 10 minutes with a brisk walk. Everyday got old.

Dit hotel is werkelijk waanzinnig: de ligging is perfect met een prachtig uitzicht en alles is ruim opgezet, dat geeft rustig en ontspanning. Het binnen- en buitenzwembad zijn heerlijk, de bar is warm en gezellig en je kunt er ook nog eens lekker eten. Een huiselijke sfeer waar het je echt aan niets ontbreekt.

Unfortunately, the night I booked was the same time as a major wedding with a prominent local family. As a result, the iron gates was closed and locked which made it difficult for a friend of mine to enter. The restaurant was closed where my friend and I were to have dinner. The outside terraces were overrun with wedding guests where we intended to watch the sunset and view the city lights. If I had known there was a wedding the same time, I would not have booked this venue. The hotel was very expensive for what I was able to enjoy.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast and stunning views of Porto. Loved every minute of our stay 😃

Bathroom needs more hooks to hang items. No where to hang towel for shower and had to walk accross room dripping wet. Two chairs on the balacony would have been nice.

There was some confusion over the breakfast service, but the staff really tried very hard to serve us well.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal.

Einzig schade, dass man trotz gutem Wetter das Frühstück nicht immer auf der superschönen Terrasse geniessen konnte. Das superfreundliche Personal hat das uns zwar zweimal ermöglicht, aber es sollte Standard sein.

La literie est décevante et les coussins sont vraiment inconfortables. De plus, au niveau de la télévision, les câbles sont visibles et mal disposés, ce qui nuit à l’esthétique de la chambre.
