Todo limpio buena conectividad, la señora del aseo un 7. Hay tiendas y locales comerciales bastante variados y buenos precios en comparación con otros sectores, hay buenos bares alrededor y se coloca al costado una feria de comidas de diferentes países a precios accequubles.

Tal vez el baño demaciado pequeño, pero es un detalle uno llega a dormir solamente.

The reception staff were friendly and the location was good. The room had everything I needed for just 1 night of stay. I was gone before 8am the next morning

The room was like a shoe box for £230. Then a £50 security deposit was requested of me out of the blue. There’s no mini bar so I didn’t understand, they explained that it was ‘in case I damage anything’. The bed was hard like the floor and the pillows were old fibre that had gone all lumpy and uneven inside. The room was noisy too, door slamming, extractor fans going off at all hours. I didn’t manage much sleep overall Breakfast is served to your door in a cardboard box, nothing cooked, just small croissants and fruit. I said I was gluten and dairy free but I still received croissants made with butter. I gave my breakfast to a homeless man I found later on

Breakfast was the only thing that not really perfect, it's a box with random items, for the quality of service they provide, they only have this little hiccup.

Personal was very nice, hotel was clean, close to the underground, there are a lot of shopping opportunities, caffees and restaurants on the street. Ketttle, coffee and tea in the room. Good choice for the price!

Breakfast were served in the paper box brought to the room door - croissant, crackers, juice, piece of fruit and snack with piece of soft cheese. There was not enough space in the room, so we ate the breakfast in the bed. There’s Ikea and Liedl next to the hotel where there is a big noise each morning starting at 5 o’clock, which woke us up. It is worth to take ear plugs.

This hotel is always clean; however, there was a soft smell of drain in the bathroom despite it being spotlessly clean. Breakfast is basic and arrived earlier than requested. A fridge in the room would be helpful with chilled water as the tap in the bathroom never did run cold!

The air conditioning was not heating up when set to 30degrees celc. The breakfast was very mid The TV screen mirroring was not working. The WiFi did not work for me in the morning too and the signal in the room was really bad.

Closer to the station, pictures exactly as in the site. Very kind people and a bag to breakfast with croissants, juice, cereal bar.

The location was perfect for a show at the Eventim Apollo. The receptionist was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. When someone delivered the breakfast and when I saw the cleaner as I left they were also both very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the tea and coffee facilities were very good. Breakfast was delivered on time.

While the room was clean and tidy there was a crack on the bathroom tiled floor, but very minor and I understand these things happen, it wasnt a trip hazard or anything. The breakfast was on time and varied, but the apple was a little old. These are only small issues and didnt prevent me enjoying my stay.

The location is good. Price is decent. There are stair cases in our building, but they said they could ask the staff to help with the luggages.

Extremely disappointing and intimidating experience – especially for a hotel recommended by TripAdvisor We were checking out on September 11. On the evening of September 10, we specifically asked the front desk if the hotel could store our luggage for us until September 12, while we went to Bath. The receptionist working on the evening of September 10 clearly told us that this was fine and reassured us, “No problem.” Based on this confirmation, we made our plans accordingly. On September 11, after checking out, we returned to leave our luggage as previously agreed. However, a different receptionist, Naw, suddenly told us that it was not possible. We explained that we had specifically asked the previous evening and had been told that it was okay. Naw then told us that the hotel would have “no liability” for our luggage if we left it at the reception. We were surprised by this because we have stayed at many hotels and have used hotel luggage storage before, but we have never experienced a receptionist handling the situation in this manner. When I said that I would write an honest review about our experience, Naw said, “If you write the review, you cannot put the luggage here.” I told him that I was still going to write the review. He then said, “We have legal team to deal with it.” I repeated that I was going to write the review. He then rudely told us, “Take your luggage out.” This was an extremely uncomfortable and intimidating experience. We completely understand that a hotel may have a luggage-storage policy, and we would have respected that policy if we had been told about it from the beginning. However, we were explicitly told “No problem” the previous evening, and the information changed completely the next day. What was even more concerning was the way the situation escalated after I said that I intended to leave an honest review. Being told about a “legal team” and then being ordered to “Take your luggage out” made us feel pressured and unwelcome.

I enjoyed every part of my stay the staff are lovely I did check in very late and they allowed me extra time to check out which was very much appreciated after a long day of travelling. the bedroom , bathroom was very clean

My only downfall was the stairs to get to the room and no lift once you enter the other part of the building

Great location, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff we interacted eith were great.

The room was very small and it was a good job that both my boyfriend and I are in good shape else we would have struggled to fit through the gap between the wardrobe/dressing table area and where the bed was...it was a bit like a shoebox. We also never got offered or received our breakfast. This shouldn't take away from the positives though as thr location, cleanliness and comfort were the main thing.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Perfect location for visiting the Hammersmith Apollo. Also lovely touch including breakfast delivered to your room at your choice of time in the morning.

The room, even after an upgrade, was incredibly tight for space. 2beds were squeezed into a too small space making walking round the room difficult but not impossible and it was only for 1 night. The positives way out way the negatives.

Reception received from hotel staff on arrival was very friendly and welcoming. Room was upgraded to family room at no extra cost was comfortable, well appointed and all facilities in hotel listing were provided. Plentiful contintental style breakfast delivered to room in the morning at time agreed with reception. Great location, especially if attending events at Eventim Apollo which is a five minute easy walk from the hotel. Plenty of places to eat and drink also very close by. Would definitely stay at Hotel Seraphine Hammersmith again in future.

Some of the bathroom fittings although clean, were well worn and the fixing had worked loose. The toilet flush was somewhat temperamental and took a long time to refill. Reported to reception at checkout who said it would be refered to hotel maintenance. No lift available in the part of hotel we stayed in. Stairs only to our second floor room, manageable for us but could be challenging for some guests.

I particularly like the breakfast - the content and the way it’s delivered to your room. The staff are polite, cheerful, respectful and helpful. We have stayed here previously and will stay here again.

Este localizat aproape de stația de metrou si are câteva restaurante selecte in apropiere. Personalul amabil si atent la nevoile clientului. Prosoapele se schimbau zilnic, a fost curat in baie si apa fierbinte.

Micul dejun a fost departe de "English breakfast" si de pretențiile unui hotel de 4 stele. In fiecare dimineața primeai la ora stabilita o punga ce conținea un cub de brânză topita, doi biscuiti, un fruct, un baton proteic, un croissant si o sticla de 200 ml de suc. Același mic dejun zi de zi. Aerul condiționat este direcționat spre pat si nu poate fi redirecționat. In apropiere este un supermarket si mașinile de aprovizionare fac mult zgomot începând cu ora 5 dimineața.

Nous n’avons pas aimé le service du petit déjeuner aussi, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, les escaliers sont raides et les chambres un peu petites pour quatre étoiles.

Location was great, comfortable room with air con as room was cool when we arrived, breakfast bag time delivery time taken on check in which gets delivered to your door, friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary room upgrade as we stayed for my birthday. Happy with our stay and will return!

The only bad thing is there is no elevator for the room that starts from 200 and to go to the reception you have to go outside and the entrance is different

The price

The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. The desk was practically unusable, as there was not enough space to pull out the chair and sit comfortably. Breakfast was provided in a bag and left on the floor outside the room. Moreover, the breakfast service for the neighbouring room woke us up because it was delivered before ours, despite the breakfast delivery having been arranged for a later time.

Heel fijn hotel, goede locatie. Dichtbij metro en leuke winkels. Ruime hotelkamer met airco, koffie en thee. Comfortabel bed. Wat leuk is, is het ontbijt die je op een uur naar keuze geleverd krijgt aan je deur. Een koffiekoek, stuk fruit, meuslireep, sapje en cracker. Meer hoeft dat niet te zijn :)

Le personnel de l'hotel etait super, très agréables et repondant aux demandes rapidement. Ils nous ont aussi donné de bonnes adresses ou manger quand nous leur avons demandé.

Le quartier d'hammersmith est assez bruyant et malheureusement l'isolation phonique n'était pas parfait. C'est également un petit hotel, en prenant le petit déjeuner je m'attendait a une salle de restauration mais les petites déjeuners sont en fait des sacs livrés dans la chambre contenant: une viénoiserie, une petite bouteille de jus de fruit, un fruit, deux crackers et un kiri.

Hôtel bien situé. Chambres propres avec climatisation, et peu de bruit. Personnel très accueillant
