Automated check in process was clumsy and time consuming - doubly so because each person on the same reservation must check in separately by machine. Four staff members were hanging around behind the desk chatting, nothing to do. One person was sufficient for handling machiine check in. I will not stay here again. A real person is faster than a slow cumbersome machine.

Kahvaltı için aldığımız hizmeti beğenmedim. Kahvaltı dahil tutulmasa iyi olur.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026何よりもロケーションが最高で、暑い夏にも楽。新幹線の駅の改札から直結と言っていい近さなので、ホテルのフロントに荷物を預けて帰りにピックアップするのにも、時間のロスがない。 部屋は狭かったのですが、さすがにレムのベッドは快適なのでとてもよく休めました。 ベトナム料理の朝ごはんも良かったです。特に家族が小麦粉アレルギーで洋食の朝ごはんがダメなので、助かりました。
部屋と夜景が見える窓の間にシャワールームとトイレがあり、部屋とシャワールームやトイレとの間のカーテンを閉めると、窓が見えなくなってしまう点。

個人的な意見ですがマッサージ椅子私には合わず取り外せるかなと思いましたが取れず結局いすは使わずベッドに座りました

もう少し部屋にスペースがあると過ごしやすいと思います。マッサージチェアがあるのは良いのですが、部屋に対して大きいのでデスクに何があるのか分かりにくかったです。部屋が割とエレベーターに近かったのかエレベーターから奥の部屋に行く人たちの音が気になって寝にくかったです。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026駅直結で便利。重い荷物を持って長々移動しなくて良いのはこの時期本当に助かりました。部屋はコンパクトながら窓が大きく圧迫感を感じさせないつくりで良かったです。ベッドは寝心地が良く、遮光性抜群のカーテンのおかげもあって本当に質の良い睡眠が取れました。受付の方も皆感じが良い方ばかりで、チェックインからチェックアウトまで何ひとつ不満のない、大満足の宿泊でした。
テレビのリモコンにオフタイマー機能があるとさらに嬉しかったです。基礎化粧品のアメニティあたりがあると助かります。

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Unbeatable location and convenience! Being right above Shin-Osaka Station meant catching the Shinkansen was as simple as taking the elevator down. Even with connecting rooms, the space is definitely on the smaller side, but it’s ideal for a quick transit stay. The staff was wonderfully friendly, with many fluent English speakers. We’d happily book again for our next trip!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026眠りに特化しているだけあり、外からの光がほとんど遮断されていました。 シャワーヘッドのマッサージモード？のような水流が凄く水圧もあり気持ち良かったです。 新大阪駅から直通の為アクセスが良かったです。
声量もあるかと思いますが、隣室の声が少し聞こえてきます。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026新幹線の改札からすぐだったところ、チェックイン前に荷物を預けられるので、身軽に観光に行けたこと。
ツインベッドの部屋だったが、荷物を置く場所がなかったのが不便だった。洗面所も化粧ポーチとかを置く場所がないのが不便だった。

流石に狭すぎるので、マッサージチェアとかベッドテーブルとか不要なものは排除しないと荷物が広げられないです。 バスタオルを掛ける場所に悩みました。

Stanza troppo piccola: in due persone ci si intralcia a vicenda e non c’è nemmeno lo spazio per poggiare una valigia, se non per terra davanti alla porta. Colazione molto scadente (per scelta e qualità) in un ristorante vietnamita convenzionato all’interno della stazione. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità del soggiorno.

スタッフ（フロント） 良い人もいたが、表情の悪い人もいた。 客室のコップがプラスチックなのが残念。せっかく色々なティーを自由に部屋に持ち帰ることができるようになっているのに、気分が下がる。

お値段がリーズナブルだったので、その分お部屋のサイズは狭かったです。

お部屋からバスルームがガラス張りで丸見えなのが知らなくてビックリしたが、少ないスペースで太陽光を入れるための工夫だろうとわかるので問題なかった。部屋から見えないようにカーテンも付いているので最初はビックリすると思うが問題ないと思います。

荷物を置くスペースがもう少しあると助かります。夜は部屋の照明が暗めで、文字が見えづらい為、もう少し明るく調整できたら嬉しいです。

El desayuno es pésimo, no hay variedad, no hay pan, a esto le doy 0. El espacio demasiado pequeño , tocaba entrar y salir en reversa, tuvimos que mandar sacar la silla y la mesa, para medio movernos en el cuarto.. Creo está costoso para el mínimo espacio de los cuartos.
