Reviewed Sep 18, 2026I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the most important thing for me was the perfect location especially for tourists it’s very close to the heart of the shopping district, making it easy and convenient to explore the area i highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was that the breakfast wasn’t great and could be improved

We used their laundry, and it worked really well. We felt really safe. Access to the hotel locks at night, requiring room keys to open the doors.

ベッドサイドのライトが、片方つきませんでした。ライト近くに延長のコンセントがありましたが、電気が通っていませんでした。ベッドから遠いコンセントで、スマホの充電をしました。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026신사이바시역에서 3분거리, 난바 도톤보리 신사이바시를 잇는 상점가를 한번에 갈 수 있는 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 건물 또한 연식은 된 듯 하지만 호텔느낌 제대로 나구요, 방도 다른 호텔 대비 많이 넓고 편안하지만 다소 노후화되어있긴합니다. 추천!

1.房間小、浴室小、燈光暗、住宿三人說可以每日換毛巾，每天都只補2份。 2.住宿最後一天，包包遺失在旅館附設早餐餐廳。 錢包少了2萬日幣，詢問工作人員有沒有監視器、誰撿到的、居然什麼都不知道，連經理之類的下來處理也是。 要先去餐廳詢問有沒有監視器？你的旅館餐廳跟大廳有沒有監視器都不知道？ 說要處理就要報警，但我們當天飛機，哪來的時間跟他耗。 感覺看我們是當天要退房，要趕飛機所以隨便處理吧! 每個工作人員都在回「不知道」、「怎麼辦」

The Hotel is a bit "old" but clean and functional, especially for the price, no complaints. I recommend taking a taxi from the Osaka Train station to the hotel, although close to the Metro Line, it's a hassle with luggage.
Breakfast is quite expensive for what it offers, for 3000 Yen per person I would have expected more choices, we only had it one morning. You go accross the street to Coffee Kan and get what you want for half the price.

El servicio de café gratuito empezaba a las 9.30, un pelín tarde. Por la noche el servicio de agua de la recepción no solía tener agua disponible.

L hôtel applique une politique écologique en ne faisant pas systématiquement les chambres mais on peut le demander. C'est appréciable ce mode écologique. Chambre sobre, assez grande et cela suffit. Reviewed Aug 10, 2026we really liked this hotel , great selection of food for breakfast ,great location and close market streets so lots of shopping and the river /canal. Lots of affordable places to eat .supermarket next door. Were t for a massge in the covered street near by , wonderful ! Receptionist was very helpful . Close to Train station . Room and hotel are spotless .
No smart TV so you better enjoy sumo wrestling ,rooms in general in all cities we stayed in Japan were very small..

The room was pretty old fashioned. Breakfast was my main disappointment. I found the buffet a little bit poor in choice.

My experience at this property was somewhat disappointing. The check-in process at the reception was overly slow. Furthermore, the staff seemed to lack proper training in effective communication, which resulted in a feeling that genuine hospitality was missing.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Location is perfect. Literally just off the strip and next to station so can get around very easily. Staff were good. A lot of confusion about using the luggage delivery service more than other hotels, but they did help. Very clean hotel, good amenities.
No safe in the room. And put some shelves in the cupboard so I can take clothes out, instead of keeping in suitcase.

No hubo servicio de limpieza tras mi primera noche en el hotel. Entiendo que no se cambien sábanas y toallas para fomentar la sostenibilidad, pero sí debería por lo menos hacerse la cama y retirarse la basura.

The images of the room were a lie. The photos are stretched. The towels had hair on them, there was hair on the floor and they clean the room on the third day. The bathroom smelt like urine.
