La habitación muy completa

La ubicación por el ruido nocturno, aunque las ventanas son doble cristal, aún así el ruido es molesto al menos para mí.

Location was very good, just stepping out the door put you right in the middle of everything,restaurants, bars etc. there is a grocery store literally steps from the hotel.

There are very few amenities in the rooms, the safe was ancient and did not work, no refrigerator and no kettle.

Excellent central location to both the beach and a vast array of restaurants, accommodating staff. Staff offered returnable beach towels for our stay at no extra cost. All staff seen at the reception throughout our stay were courteous and friendly. Would recommend this accommodation. The music nightlife continues til after 3am but this wasn’t an issue to us and is no fault of the property.The property does offer noise cancellation ear plugs which is a nice touch.

Some of the DIY repairs in the bathroom drew from the appeal of the room. The repairs were very noticeably very rough.

Iba sin saber lo que iba a encontrarme por los comentarios que leia, pero mi experiencia fue super buena, nos guardaron las maletas y a los minutos nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora indicada, La habitación limpia baño limpio aire acondicionado en condiciones ubicación perfecta todo estaba cerca calidad precio ideal. Volvería y lo recomiendo 100%. Acotacion: no hagan caso a los comentarios de que la musica no deja dormir, aunque es verdad que algo se escucha, es lógico porque abajo tiene toda la calle llena de discotecas, si eres de los que cualquier ruido le molesta busca otra zona lejos de esa parte del centro. Pero si no, pues el hotel esta super bien.

A las 4 de la mañana entro un grupo chillando y riéndose y despertando a todo el mundo y no hicieron nada para que se callarán y dejaran descansar a los demás.

Locatia excelenta,camerele curate si desi este in centrul vechi nu se aude zgomot,personalul amabil si curayenie zilnic.

It’s located in an old town , very close to the beach, nice restaurants around. The staff members were very kind and understanding, we checked in 4 hours earlier.It’s a great location for a few days stay, not more. They also offered us free beach towels , which was nice.

The noise levels were too much, even though they do have earplugs in the room it wasn’t helping. No iron in the room, you need to take it from reception and return it after the use, I was disappointed about the safe key as you need to pay a €50 deposit to receive a key. Shower handle was broken same as the hairdryer.

La ubicación del sitio por una parte, es buena debido a la cercania de las playas y restauracion, la parte mala, es que hay muchos establecimientos de ocio nocturno, lo que hace que haya mucho ruido por la noche.

Opzich vielen de buiten geluiden wel mee voor ons (ondanks dat je boven de barretjes zit in old town). Het hotel zelf is wel gehorig. Ze proberen hier wel over mee te denken d.m.v oortjes. Echter...als je rust zoekt zou ik dit hotel niet aanbevelen. Maar houd je van uitgaan en wil je dicht in de buurt zitten van alle horeca dan is dit zeker een goede keuze.

Está en el lugar correcto, la calle de noche tiene mucha vida y setas está la playa, rodeada de muchos bares

Es war extrem laut, vor allem wegen der Bars und der Musik und Partys auf der Straße. Außerdem waren die bereitgestellten Sachen wie Klopapier, Duschgel und Shampoo leider sehr knapp bemessen. Obwohl ich einen langen Aufenthalt hatte, wurde mir nur sehr wenig davon zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass ich damit kaum auskommen konnte. Auch die Gardinen haben das Zimmer nicht vollständig abgedunkelt. Auf einer Seite war es deshalb immer ziemlich hell. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.

Tuvimos un problema en la habitación que se salía el agua 💦 no sabemos de donde y el lavabo estaba atasco , la chica de recepción de la tarde nos quiso cambiar de habitación pero estaban al completo, intentaron arreglar la avería pero seguía igual y al día siguiente nos dieron otra habitación. Le doy las Gracias a la chica de recepción de la tarde que es la única que se preocupó del tema.

No me gusto que esta rodeado de pub con la música muy alta hasta las 03:00 h de la madrugada hora Portuguesa y se oye desde la habitación y para llegar con el coche también es complicado, es mejor poner en el GPS la dirección de un parking cercano.

Il locale è sulla via dei locali notturni con musica a palla fino al mattino. Impossibile dormire anche se il locale fornisce i tappi. La porta del bagno era molto sporca. Locale scarsamente pulito e molto datato.

Siamo arrivate di sera e siamo rimaste un po' in shock nel vedere il fiume di gente proprio nella via dell'hotel (poiché piena di locali che fanno anche karaoke). Per fortuna avevamo la camera che affacciava sul retro dell'hotel quindi, mettendo i tappi, non abbiamo sentito molto caos. La posizione è davvero ottima, la spiaggia è a 4 minuti a piedi. I parcheggi adiacenti all'hotel sono abbastanza cari, ma se si vuole lasciare l'auto al parcheggio Camara Municipal, in 10 minuti si arriva all'hotel. Ci sono le scale mobili per scendere e salire! A due minuti c'è il ristorante Ricco, che offre sia la colazione a buffet (ottima) in convenzione con l'hotel (12€) che pranzi e cene con prodotti davvero molto buoni e freschi!

La stanza era davvero molto umida, nonostante il condizionatore sempre acceso. Un giorno non ci è stata pulita la camera nonostante il cartellino appeso alla porta.

Está en plena calle de bares y fiesta, a pesar de que la ventana de la habitación daba al otro lado, aún se escuchaba la música, pero poco, pudimos dormir.

Pésima experiencia: imposible descansar y no cumplen con la reserva Si lo que buscas es descansar, no elijas este hotel. Está situado en plena zona de ocio nocturno y el aislamiento acústico es inexistente: por la noche la habitación parecía literalmente una discoteca. Para colmo, nos asignaron una habitación de categoría inferior a la contratada. Al reclamar en recepción no nos dieron ninguna solución ni alternativa. Una falta total de profesionalidad y de respeto por el cliente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Great location, right on the strip and surrounded by bars and restaurants, with the beach just around the corner. The room was spacious and felt safe.

There were a few hairs in the bathroom, which could do with a little more care, and the towels were slightly discoloured. Reception kindly provided a kettle when I asked, but there were no cups, coffee or tea.

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación y muy cercano a la playa.

El alojamiento es ruidoso, tal es así que en la habitación te dejan unos tapones para el ruido. Cuando llegas y haces el check-in, te ponen una pulsera que no sirve para nada ya que hay clientes que entran sin ella, sin ninguna seguridad. Además, durante nuestra estancia saltó la alarma de incendios porque había huéspedes fumando en la habitación que provocó que la alarma contra incendios sonara durante 45 minutos, sin que nadie diera una explicación, ni se nos pidiera perdón o cualquier otro tipo de resarcimiento.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nett, also die zwei Frauen. Die Frau mit den roten Haaren und der Mann haben meistens nicht mal hallo gesagt und gar nichts, der Mann ging noch, aber die Frau mit roten Haaren war gar nicht nett. Wenn die als zu zweit morgens da waren haben die voll oft so laut geredet, dass man das im Zimmer richtig laut gehört hat. Am freundlichsten war die dunkelhäutige Frau, leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht, aber sie war so toll und hilfsbereit, leider konnte ich mich von ihr nicht verabschieden. Sie hat versucht mir zu helfen Sonnenfinsternisbrillen zu finden, das war so lieb. Sie hat mich sogar danach noch gefragt, ob ich welche gefunden hab, da sie an mich gedacht hatte. Wir haben ein Zimmer auf der hinteren Seite des Hotels bekommen, das war toll, weil wir dort nichts von der Partymeile gehört haben und eine kleine Terrasse hatten. Das Zimmer war immer sauber, die Handtücher wurden alle zwei Tage gewechselt und wenn man wollte konnte man einen Zettel an die Tür hängen, wann das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Die Klimaanlage war gut, die Stärke vom Wasser in der Dusche war gut. Das Wasser ging kalt, sowohl als auch warm/ heiß, das war gut. Wenn ich mal meine Zimmerkarte nicht dabei hatte, waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und haben mich ins Zimmer gelassen. Man konnte sich Ladekabel, Adapter usw. ausleihen an der Rezeption.

Die Reinigungskräfte waren ab 8 Uhr circa immer sehr laut also man hört alles was im Gang abgeht. Die waren wirklich sehr laut, oft sind auch irgendwelche Sachen runtergefallen richtig laut, wodurch man direkt um 8 schon geweckt wurde. Sie haben als auch miteinander geredet und das hat man auch voll laut gehört. Bei uns waren so Engländer da also Gäste und die haben morgens vor unserer Tür gestritten und waren richtig laut. Das Bad war etwas klein, ich habe mich voll oft an der Tür angehauen, die Türklinke ist so eine, die man drehen muss das hat voll gequietscht, ich musste immer aufpassen, dass meine Freundin nicht dadurch geweckt wird. Wenn die Nachbarn duschen waren morgens, dann hat man das auch relativ laut gehört, weil das Wasser an so einem Rohr runterläuft. Wenn jemand auf Toilette war, hat man das im Schlafzimmer alles durchgehört, das war jetzt nicht so optimal. Den Duschkopf konnte man nicht bewegen, er war dauerhaft ganz oben eingestellt, was bisschen nervig ist, wenn man nicht jedes Mal seine Haare nass machen möchte. Es gab keine Halterung, um seine Duschsachen (Duschgel etc.) abzulegen. Es gab im Bad keine Schubladen. Der Föhn war schwach, das war so ein kleiner, den man zum Reisen benutzt. Ich hab 15 Minuten oder länger gebraucht, dass meine Haare ansatzweise trocken waren. An einem Tag bin ich aufgewacht und unser Bad stand komplett unter Wasser, wir wussten nicht wieso, aber die Reinigungskräfte haben das sofort weggemacht und uns neue Handtücher gebracht, das war gut! An einem anderen Tag ging dauerhaft der Feueralarm an, ich glaube der Mann wusste nicht wie man die abstellt, deshalb war sie relativ lang an und später ging sie erneut los mitten in der Nacht so ca um 1-2 Uhr nachts. Anscheinend wissen sie aber jetzt wie das wieder ausgeht. Das passiert halt mal, das ist jetzt keine Kritik. An der Wand waren komische Flecken, ich denke das war Schimmel, das kommt auch nicht so gut und könnte man renoviert werden bzw entfernt werden.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en ese hotel. Muy buena ubicación, en el centro de Albufeira en la zona de marcha y cerca de la playa. A pesar de estar en la zona de ocio se puede descansar bien, cómo atención especial dejan tapones para los oídos. La atención por parte del personal también muy amable y atenta.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la playa, restaurantes, terminal de buses y de centro histórico etc. Todo lo que necesitas está en la zona.

15€ por dejar la maleta después del check out, considero un precio abusivo más aun cuando el precio por noche no es económico. Adicionalmente creo que se podría mejorar el tema del ruido, tener ventanas más aislantes.

The location was right in the middle of the old town bars. They offer cool funky beach towels, bottles openers and many more.

My partner didn’t like the noise from the bars below. Ear buds helped but we knew this beforehand.

Great location, right in the centre of the old town, lots of bars, restaurants & the beach right next door. It does get a little bit loud at night, but honestly it was no where near as bad as some other reviewers made it out to be. Balcony was a nice addition, very nice to have a social area.

Lighting could be improved, the bedside lights were the only lights in the whole room.

Hubo varios aspectos que no nos gustaron, especialmente relacionados con la intimidad y la falta de comunicación. Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con tapones para los oídos, lo que ya hacía pensar que podía haber bastante ruido durante la noche. La habitación estaba bastante bien insonorizada pero aún así el ruido a la noche no te deja dormir. Lo que más nos molestó uno de los días, una mañana volvimos a la habitación y nos encontramos a una persona que no era del servicio de limpieza haciendo agujeros dentro de nuestra habitación, sin que nadie nos hubiera avisado previamente. Además, ese día teníamos previsto que limpiaran la habitación y, al realizar los trabajos, se llenó todo de polvo y suciedad. No se nos avisó para poder retirar o proteger nuestras cosas, especialmente las que estaban debajo de la zona donde se estaban haciendo los agujeros. Posteriormente entraron a limpiar, pero el polvo generado por los trabajos seguía allí.

Es un alojamiento centrico que esta en una calle de todos bares, si buscas eso va genial. La gente en los comentarios se queja mucho del ruido y si bien se escucha no me parecio que para tanto, ademas que a las 3am todos los bares cierran y no se escucha mas nada y tambien te dejan tapones para que no escuches. Las camas muy comodas y el baño muy amplio. En la recepción siempre nos atendieron bien y algo a destacar esque te prestan sombrillas y toallas para la playa que en pocos alojamientos de este estilo se ve. Me gusto

El hotel tiene algunos desgastes estructurales como muchas humedades en sus pasillos que le harian falta mantenimiento. Nuestro baño estaba limpio pero olia mal, lo revisaria.

We loved the location right in the centre of the old town, it was extremely convenient as we had everything we needed right on our doorstep and the balcony with the loungers were really nice.

You couldn't have friends over in your room but it is understandable with the location and some of the tourists bad behaviour. It would be nice to have a small fridge aswell

The hotel is located directly above several nightclubs, making it impossible to sleep at night due to the extremely loud music. The staff are rude and unhelpful, the rooms are old, and even the toilet seat was dirty. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. As soon as we arrived and realized there were nightclubs directly below the hotel, we immediately informed the reception staff and asked if it was possible to cancel our reservation. We were told that it was "not their problem" and that the hotel description mentioned the property was on a "busy street." On the second day, we even saw the police dealing with other guests at the hotel. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Barulho intenso durante a madrugada que as funcionárias não se importavam de advertir, e senhoras da limpeza a bater com as portas com força e a fazer imenso barulho, talvez até pior que o resto dos hóspedes mesmo antes das 8h da manhã. É impossível dormir apartir das 8h a menos que se durma que nem uma pedra

The main room was small but just big enough for a few nights. Balcony was way bigger than expected. Unsure if they were all this big but feel the pictures didn’t do it justice. Right on the strip so great for nightlife and no travel / most of the sound is shut out. You can of course hear music but very minimal considering location. Bed and pillows comfy. They offer a beach towel and parasol for free (assuming lost property from old guests) and if you lose them, you can pay €5 for another one. Great little use of leftover items! We loved this.

Bathroom was clean enough but very dated and poor quality. Toilet seat discoloured , grout coming out of shower seals. Bathroom window so high I couldn’t reach it to open. No kettle / fridge / iron in room. Taxis unable to drop off to hotel - there’s a taxi drop off point just 20 steps from the hotel. Out the main doors, turn right , turn left at the end of the street. Booking.com transfers couldn’t find this and it delayed our drop off quite a lot. We did give the driver on our return trip the pin location of the rank in advance to save the confusion. Would be handy for the hotel to provide this for guests before they arrive so taxis are aware. The main hotel area was clean and fresh looking but lots of mould and wet walls throughout corridors and stair wells.

Nada, horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada, el hotel está en una calle lleno de pub, discotecas, caraokes, como las Vegas, el ruido es espantoso los gritos no dejan descansar, hasta las cuatro de la mañana sin pegar ojo, la habitación sin persianas ni cortinas adecuadas a las 7 de la mañana la luz del día llena la habitación, ni un frigorífico para tenes el agua fría, el baño sin cortina los de enfrente te ven ducharte, quisimos dormir un poco después de comer ya que no habíamos dormido la noche anterior y la limpiadora pasando el aspirador por el pasillo a golpes en la puerta tampoco pudimos dormir, la primera planta no tiene ascensor lo que te obliga a subir las maletas a pié por unas escaleras bastantes empinadas, teníamos reserva para dormir dos noches con la idea de movernos desde ahí para visitar el Algarve y solo aguantamos un día, pedimos cambio de habitación y estaba completo, así que decidimos irnos y perder una noche sin saber donde íbamos a dormir, no lo recomiendo ni al peor enemigo..debería estar prohibido montar un hotel junto a una discoteca y un caraoke....si van en plan de marcha esta en el mejor sitio de Albufeira pero si la idea es conocer la zona y descansar ni se les ocurra reservar.

The room was simple but had everything we needed and very clean. Location is good to go to Benagil, Carvoeiro and Faro also a two minute walk to the beach. Noise from bars was not as bad as people say, you can hear it, yes, but we slept straight through it (even when the football was on!)

Personally, the town or Albufeira was not for us, it is very party based, with lots of lads holidays. There is a nicer part of old town a short walk away but this is not it.

I feel I am cheated by the owner of the hotel and booking.com about the information that there was lift in the hotel. There is one lift which doesn’t go to the floors where there are rooms which means it’s useless. Fortunately staff helped me to carry my suitcase. Climbing the stairs was awful for me being 77 years old woman who has problems with joints. When I made reservation I believed that there was lift. Lack of minibar.

La struttura è proprio al di sopra della via delle discoteche: fino alle 4 di notte la musica è assordante, nonostante i tappi forniti dallo staff. La finestra del bagno si può aprire solo quando non c’è nessuno dentro, in quanto da’ proprio sulla strada e le persone vedono all’interno.

It was clean and comfortable. Location is central and close to everything but ONLY STAY HERE IF U WANT TO PARTY!

The hotel is RIGHT on the main party street so there's noise until 4am and it's impossible to sleep earlier than that. Isolation isn't good, earplugs don't help with the noise. If you don't plan on going out every night, this hotel isn't for you. There was a really bad urine smell in the room which we just couldn't really get rid of, AC made it a bit better.
