كانت إقامتي في فندق Meliá Phuket Mai Khao من أجمل التجارب التي عشتها في رحلتي. قضينا ثلاث ليالٍ رائعة، وكل شيء كان جميلاً ومميزاً من لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. حسن الاستقبال، تعامل الموظفين الراقي، نظافة المكان، الأجواء الهادئة، والخدمة الممتازة، كلها كانت فوق التوقعات. الفريق كان متعاوناً جداً وحرص على أن تكون إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة بكل التفاصيل. شكراً جزيلاً لجميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام والتعامل الجميل. كانت تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة، وبالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة مرة أخرى وأنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الراحة والهدوء والإقامة المميزة في بوكيت. ❤️

الفندق جميل وراقي واجوائه جميلة جدا نظيف وايد ومرتب وفيه دراجات هوائية للي حاب ياخذ فرة في المكان او خارجه الشاطيء مال الفندق جميل جدا للاستجمام وليس للسباحة اجواءه حلوة قريب من المطار انصح فيه بشكل عام

يعيبه التكييف في المطعم الجو يكون حار جدا فلا تستطيع الاستمتاع بالاجواء لان حر ايضا الاستقبال بجون تكييف .. اعتقد ان الفندق يجب ان يغلق مكان الاستقبال ويضع تكييف جيد فيه يلائم مستوى الفندق الاضاءة في الليل في الممرات خفيفة جدا يجب ان يكون الاضاءة اكثر البركة صغيرة نسبيا توقعتها اكبر من خلال الصورة الموجودة في الموقع هذي الملاحظات بس علشان الفندق ياخذها بعين الاعتبار ويصير الفندق احلى واحلى لكن بشكل عام الفندق يستحق التجربة والسكن فيه لانه رائع

المكان نظيف وجميل جدا - الموظفون متعاونين ودائما مبتسمين ويرحبو في الكل.

This hotel is very, very nice… I gave it one star because it is two hours from the center of town and I rented a Motorbike and drove it back-and-forth its soooo far, and in order to do anything in and around this city you need to go into town. We are not the type of couple that just likes to sit on the beach and do nothing all day if that’s what you want stay here. However, when I brought this up with the Hotel staff and we were supposed to stay for two more nights they refused to give us a refund. I have never heard of a Hotel that does not let you check out and give you a partial refund if you’re not happy.

Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and peaceful. The room was comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Brak płynu do kąpieli w wannie.

Der Ort war unglaublich, genau so stellt man sich Ferien vor. Einsammer Strand und einfach nur ruhe. Hätte noch lange dort bleiben können, denn auch das Personal war sehr hilfsberiet und es wird zu allem geschaut. In der nähe hat es auch Restaurants für eine abwechslung wenn man nicht so viel Geld im Hotel ausgeben will. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und würde wieder hier buchen.

Preislich etwas hoch auch das Restuarant erinnert eher an Schweizerpreise, naja damit muss man in heutiger Zeit auch in Thailand rechnen. Sobald es 5 Sterne ist.

My wife and I stayed at the media resort in Mai Khao Phuket for one night, The team here were incredibly warm and welcoming, The rooms are incredibly well equipped with full amenity, We love the quiet and peaceful nature of the resort it was like we were the only ones in the whole resort, The restaurants in the resort were also very good with great menus with lots of variety and lots of options for kids also, It will definitely be on our list when we plan to our next holiday with our children as they have beach access private pools and lots of activities for the family, I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the GM Nishant. Khun Tom and Luc who all greeted us on checking in and made us feel incredibly welcome

We loved the size of the main bedroom as well as having an indoor on an outdoor area with a pool, very clean and very bright suite

We loved our stay at the Melia. The staff are incredible and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They’re all so friendly and welcoming. The resort feels luxurious and the pool areas and rooms are stunning. The attention to detail and upkeep is really appreciated. We also loved the activities schedule, especially the active classes like Muay Thai and Yoga. We would like to give a big shout out to Audy who ran these classes and was excellent and so friendly. We learnt a lot from him. The cleaning service was also very very good and the place was spotless. The happy hour cocktails are yummy and we really appreciated the free bikes as the nearest shops are around 2km away. It’s in a very remote location which is perfect for a peaceful stay. It is also very near to the airport which was handy. The sunsets on the beach are not to be missed!

There are SO many mosquitos! The hotel did do pest control during our stay, though, which really helped. The location means that there isn’t many lively places nearby to go in the evenings.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! The apartment was very spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed and linen were of excellent quality, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep every night. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of fresh food, and the staff were outstanding always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel at home.

I need to start this review off with a special shoutout to the Melia staff and Dining team: Aey, Nong, Nam, Yean, Mr. Banana, Audy, Tuk Tuk, Cas, and the GAIA/SASA Chefs. It is important to note that these amazing individuals created a PERFECT and welcoming environment for our first trip to Phuket, Thailand. A home away from home! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with enthusiasm and gratitude, even though we checked in later in the evening. During our stay, we never felt anything but welcome. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the rooms were always up to the highest cleanliness standards. Every time we walked past a staff member, they made it a point to greet us with a smile and friendly conversation. This was a birthday vacation, and without any prior notice, they decorated our room and prepared a special dinner for my birthday. It is a complete rarity these days to receive TOP NOTCH hospitality. We had the all-inclusive package, and it truly was all-inclusive. Audy, Mr. Muay Thai himself, gave us an in-depth and intimate beginner's lesson in Muay Thai. The patience he showed and the excitement he shared with us was inspiring and genuinely appreciated. Aey, we simply love you and your team for making each meal feel special. Never have I genuinely looked forward to every meal at a resort, and that speaks volumes. To the masseuses at the YHI Spa on-site at Melia, THANK YOU. You incredible folks rubbed away all of my pain and inflammation. What more could I ask for? Ending the trip was bittersweet, but they made us feel like royalty on our way out. From start to finish, it was damn near perfection! It is also important to note that even the security staff welcomed you with a friendly smile and great conversation. If you are looking for your home away from home, look no further—Melia is the place to be! Aey + team, please accept our greatest gratitude. We wish promotions for each and every one of you! It's without a doubt that we will be back. Note: Melia is pretty far from the festivities and the other islands, but nothing a 45-minute ride can't fix. Lovely pool and food. Good laundry service. Comfortable room. They were very flexible about allowing my partner to stay at short notice and made us feel welcome, the concierge opened the doors of our cabs and sometimes drove us back to our villa.

My only issue was it was a little on the pricey side for rainy season

The place was clean and well maintained. Everything felt neat and comfortable. The food was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The landscaping and the resort environment were especially lovely, which made it a nice choice for honeymooners, I would recommend it for couples because the setting is beautiful and peaceful.

Due to changes to my flight schedule related to the current situation in the Middle East, my arrival was delayed by two days. I contacted Booking.com and the hotel multiple times well in advance (more than two weeks before arrival), and I also attached my flight modification documents in my messages. However, my requests were rejected and there was no flexibility or refund provided. As a result, I lost two days of my booking, and I could only stay 3 nights instead of 5.

Amazing resort with a variery of experiences you can get. The environment is absolutely breathing. The stuff was super helpful and nice. Especially Nam, on the reception went out of her way to help me contact a local hospital.

We stayed at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao during both the first and last week of our trip to Phuket, and we loved everything about this place. It’s the perfect choice if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet. We stayed in two different room types, and both were truly special. The staff and service were exceptional, and the hotel is conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from the airport. We will definitely be coming back in the future

Lovely boutique all suite property located in Sirinart National Park and set back from the expansive Mai Khoa Beach. This beautiful hotel offers two restaurants and two swimming pools, a spa, gym, children’s activity program, evening cinema and other activities such cycling and Thai boxing. My suite was very private and the bed was so comfy. Just be aware the shower and bath tub are outside and just the vanity / basin and toilet are in doors. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble and the food was excellent with plenty of options. This is an ideal hotel for honeymooners / couples or family groups.

This is truly a gem in Phuket. Away from all the buzz, traffic and noise from downtown Phuket. Pure bliss, excellent rooms and facilities and welcoming and friendly staff. Don’t think twice and stay here if you want to relax and have a wonderful time while in Phuket.

A beautiful resort. Elegant stylish design. The spa is devine. Lovely peaceful setting in the national park. Beach is lovely and natural. Sea deep so good to swim - though steep entrance so need to be reasonably fit to get in and out Pool by the beach great length for swimming. Cabanas for those needing shade. Sun beds under trees at top of beach for shade too. Beach west facing. Super sunset photo opportunity! Want to relax and rest - This resort is for you. Spacious bedrooms - oversized bed ! Outdoor shower worries me for bugs but was great in reality. Didn’t use the outdoor bath Day bed on terrace great relax space. Loved the beach flip flops

From the moment we stepped foot into this resort we were welcomed by the friendly reception staff and were promptly allocated our villa by Butter and driven by cart to the resort restaurant for lunch. The grounds and facilities are maintained by a very hard working team, working tirelessly to keep the resort clean and tidy. We had two great massages at the onsite spa and were well looked after by staff Sea, Mook and Tuc. The bars and restaurants and we were well looked after by bar staff Luck and Kluy and the in the restaurants Aey, Nam, Yean and Mudny couldn't do enough for us. Our villa had its own pool in a private outdoors area with bath/shower facilities and loungers. The room was well maintained daily by our housekeeper Nin. I highly recommend this resort with excellent facilities and exceptional staff.

房间大，新，装修和设施都很完善。露天的淋浴和浴缸不是问题，很有趣，而且确实看不到哈哈。（可能我住2楼）。公区的绿化很美很网红风，很出片。泳池也很出片，很好躺，在泳池边可以二维码点单，很方便。预约了酒店的泰拳的新手课，教练很专业。酒店也直通海边，沙滩很野，但很私密。总体来说非常惊艳。

小红书上各种避雷这家的点确实没碰到，整体还是非常不错的。呆下来不舒服的地方顶多就是蚊子有点多（特别是园内的那个方形泳池边），早餐和餐厅不咋好吃，周围没啥可玩的，酒店里也没啥可玩的。但我是1100rmb一晚，真心觉得很划算，但如果飙升到小红书说的2500甚至4000rmb一晚的话，确实可以再附近别的更高端的酒店吧。

Very secluded and away from the tourist crowds. This can be a downside for those who are looking to be closer to many venues. That said, there are basic services like restaurants, laundry, and convenience store, within minutes from the property on the beach side.

The location is great but, because it is located in a natural reserve you get more mosquitos than usual…that’s the opinion

The staff was exceptionally nice and took care of us. Does your laundry for a fee of course . Gave rides to and from front desk to room always .

It was really far from main attractions. Towel selection wasn’t good. Only hand towel and big towel no small towels provided .

Beautiful hotel and facilities, very polite and friendly staff, breakfast choices were plentiful. Room with outdoor tub was spectacular and spotlessly clean. This resort is right on the beach. Excellent treatments at the spa, gorgeous Thai food, pizzas and cocktails

Bed was quite tough, although huge. Not something the staff can do anything about, but beware of high level of mosquitoes, especially near the pool with swim up bar

This hotel was awful we got badly bitten as were lots of guest hotel didn’t seem to be concerned or helpful staff rude especially the reception staff both in check in and check out spa staff very nice pool boy desperate to try to get but issues sorted even took photos of the several bites u received whilst by the pool!! 🏊‍♀️ n return to the uk my husband was hospitalised we will never know if was a result of the bites or an infection from the water system I’m just thankful he serviced. It must be awful work g in those c diction staff uniforms were worn and greyed also ill fitting they need to seriously look at this hotel not the star rating it should guests so much wrong with the place I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I sent the hotel a review without any follow up they must know how bad it is!!
