It felt like I was in a swanky 5star London hotel - our check in at 2.15am was swift and smooth, our room was huge with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Our breakfast was awesome, a really wide selection/options, the hot food was hot and tasty and the fresh fruit was fresh and tasty, the restaurant was bright and airy and spotlessly clean, every member of staff we met was warm friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be returning!

The staff could have been a bit better in explaining the hotel accommodation and food service etc. Didn't even have the courtesy to point out which direction the lift was in so I could get to my room. However, it was vet nice in letting me check in early, which I did appreciate.

Greeting at reception was warm and friendly. We were efficiently checked in and given our keys. Both rooms were of a fabulous size (standard double) with all the amenities you could need and very spacious. Bright and modern styling, clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel is handy for the airport, although not really close enough to walk to or from the terminal. Decent rooms and the EU socket is a good idea.

The fluctuating prices (my visit this time was much more expensive than previously), the cost of parking your car (£15 per night) is ridiculous when it's their own car park. Breakfast was not included in the price even for Genius members and was again overpriced for what was on offer (I didn't bother). I had a meal in the Brasserie which was disappointing to say the least.

It was amazing!!!... They made us feel so welcomed. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The ambience was as described. Just spectacular ✨️. I highly recommend. The hotel staffs were so accommodating to our requests. 💯

I checked and booked two beds. Room was a double bed. I toss and turn while sleeping so had to stay awake so my daighter could sleep as she had the important day that ai had driven to Nottingham for. Dissapointed

Gym tiny with dated machines that didn’t fully work and it was dirty. Swimming pool is small and completely overlooked from the gym so quite off putting when getting in for a swim. Room bit tired and not as high quality as I would expect from this brand

Nice hotel for those looking to be close to the airport or Donington Park. Lots of parking (extra charge), clean rooms and bar man available late in the evening was a relief after a traffic jam on the M1.

Facilities were great, enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast was vast and plentiful. The room was really big and comfortable.

We had an overnight stay. Location was easy to navigate to. We loved the decor. Our room was well appointed, although the view was very disappointing, as on the 1st floor & looked out onto a wall! Wasn't fussed about a 'runway view' room but just a view of any description would have been nice! Bed was massive & very comfy, nice bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty with a good selection of cold & hot food. All staff we came into contact with were very friendly.

The location the the circuit was great. Parking was easy. Check-in was a simple process. All staff were incredibly polite, friendly and were happy to assist where possible.

The hotel was down to one lift and on numerous occasions had to wait more than once for a lift with space. It would arrive at my floor already full. The food was poor at best Evening meal, selection of bread, £8 for three and a half slices of dry cold bread. They couldn't be bothered to serve freshly baked warm bread. Followed buy a £48 chewy over cooked, under seasoned sirloin steak. Served with unseasoned frozen chips and soggy onion rings. Although there was no mention on the menu of dried out vine cherry tomatoes and an over cooked mushroom that i didn't ask for, they added them to the plate anyway, When mentioned, it was disregarded by the waitress and I left it at that. As I don't want to be that person that causes a scene in public and sends a meal back. Based on the 1st two courses costing over £60 with a beer. I opted not to get the cheese board for £15, which consists of three slices of cheese, a few crackers, a couple of grapes and some chutney. For the prices they charge, you would expect a menu of locally produced meals, not mass bought frozen items. Breakfast, had a good selection, though that's the most positive thing I can say. Bacon that is dry, crispy, tastless and under cooked at the same time..... Sausages that also have poor flavour. Grey scrambled egg. Dry bread again, probably left over from the £8 for three and a half slices from the previous night's dinner. Warm fresh orange/not fresh orange! It's concentrate. The room was also sub standard, Shower leaks through the base on to the bathroom floor which caused me to slip and very nearly caused me to fall. Limescale in the toilet basin. Terrible pillows with poor fitting pillow cases. Advertised with soundproofing that is nonexistent. There is a 0.5 cm gap at the bottom of the door. You can here every door shut in the corridor, people walking past your room talking and external traffic noise Advertised with chromecast, that didn't work either.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. 2 weeks car parking and free shuttle by taxi to airport and return was included. Disappointed at the restaurant prices , quite expensive for what we had.

Very nice room, lots of space and nice bathroom, the breakfast had a great choice to pick from and also very nice fresh tasting full english breakfast at hand, catered well for my food intollerance as well. Also on site is the spa with a nice size pool, steam room and sauna which was nice and quiet to relax in.

Parking! I get charging guest for parking who are using it to go on holiday, totally right thing to do but those that are just staying the night seems wrong really. Only my opinion. Also the coffee machine did not work in my room and I called to let them know and in all fairness they came right away with a replacement, but annoyingly that was faulty as well, so it was a same not to get my coffee fix at night or morning wake up.

Had a great stay, lovely staff, very comfortable hotel. Due to a bit of a mix up on the booking my room was the wrong type at first, but the reception team (especially Tanya) sorted it out quickly even though they were fully booked that day.

Thankyou to Jimmy on reception , always remembers us and is very helpful,thankyou to Christos also , and Tina who recommended the slow braised beef dinner, one word to describe this would be delicious, Valeria who serves at the bar is a lovely girl and finally Tina at breakfast who is very helpful, all in all as usual we had a lovely stay there, the new taxi service works well both to the airport and return, see you all next time.

The location was perfect for where we needed to be near. The soundproofing meant we heard no planes thank goodness. Mike (apologies I didn’t have my glasses on so name was fuzzy) who checked us in was fabulous, very welcoming and friendly. Parking was okay for us as my daughter is disabled and there was one of those spaces left, thankfully as the car park was pretty full. The pool looked okay from outside and sure the gym was also nice, but I was travelling with my autistic daughter, so using it wasn’t feasible as we have to have our own private pool due to the echoing noise and people. The woman who bought up our breakfast was lovely, very friendly and polite.

There were a few hairs in the bath which was a bit off putting. We had two single beds and I’d booked to avoid this, as my daughter is autistic and struggles in strange places and needs to be close to me to be able to sleep if we’re away from home, so we didn’t get a particularly good sleep unfortunately. I had breakfast bought up to the room, again due to my daughter’s difficulties. When I rang down to arrange this for an just over an hours time, the woman on the other end was clearly unimpressed by this request, which I found a bit upsetting as I’d also rather go down but my daughter can’t cope with the noise and so many people, so room service is a necessity unfortunately. The room is advertised as having air con, however I can’t say it was noticeable and my daughter found it a bit too warm, but luckily it was a cooler evening so it wasn’t too bad for me.

I chose this hotel because it was one of the highest-rated options in the area and I was exhausted, expecting a comfortable and peaceful stay. Unfortunately, I was given an accessible room that I had not requested, and from very early in the morning there was unbearable construction noise with constant hammering that made it impossible to sleep. The lift also worked poorly, and I sometimes waited up to five minutes just to go up one floor. Overall, the experience was far below what I expected, especially considering the price I paid.

We have been staying in this hotel for a night. The shower floor is mouldy and slimy. The sink is cracking. (Disgusting!) We also found dirt underneath the back sheet on the bed (apparently their washing machines are not the best) We have been allocated to a runway room. There is a huge window but the bottom of the window (inner side) is dirty. We also had breakfast in the restaurant. However there were flies on the uncovered pastries desk hence we didn't get a chance to try it. Despite everything staff are friendly. Parking fee is £15 per night if you pre book it online.

Fast, efficient and friendly check in. Amazing room, very quiet, super comfortable bed and good-sized bathroom. We ate food from the bar menu which was very good and the price of drinks at the bar, was reasonable for a hotel. Every part of the hotel was very clean and the deocor throughout the hotel was unique. Very good location for East Midlands Airpirt and within walking distance of Departures. We woukd definitely recommend.

No AC in room not working put a fan in there just made it hotter no windows that open so could not even get fresh air when checking out complain and was told we do better next time you stop don’t think so plus paid for breakfast no tables and had to wait for food to be filled up after asking for items more then once and told I go and look gave up

The hotel is really nice we like the idea of having a runway view it was nice and clean the staff was very nice &friendly the breakfast was nice as well you do get the full use of the mini bar if your in a room with a runway view not sure if you get that in any other rooms

The food and drinks are really expensive so be prepared for that your better off if you can having a drive out for something to eat

We had multiple rooms and the common areas were very open for socialising; indoors and outdoors. Staff accommodating, attentive and friendly. Room prices were good for the facilities and location.

Internet over WiFi was really slow. I couldn't conduct a business meeting over Zoom. Switched to my own mobile data and everything was smooth. Food was priced like it was a specialised restaurant and although nothing wrong with it, it wasn't *that* level of quality. Felt like taking advantage of travellers / tourists given proximity to airport.

Stayed many times in the past as it always suits us nicely. Sadly we can only use it occasionally now if we can get a good deal as it can be expensive.

We always eat elsewhere in the evening as the prices are so expensive for an average meal.

Room was extremely comfortable with everything we needed. Reception and breakfast room staff were excellent. Breakfast superb.

Sadly the spa member of staff on duty on Sunday morning was unhelpful. We had to ask for a towel and she put the clean towels on the counter that were still wrapped in the plastic from which to help ourselves from. There was no offer of explanation of the facilities of the spa and we had to return to enquire about a locker key. As we were there a man returned to ask about the lockers so he clearly had had no explanation either. After the unhelpful reception at the spa the pool and sauna were delightful 😊

It was very clean. Although I didn't use them the facilities were good e.g. the pool and gym etc. I knew when I booked that the hotel was out by the airport which was fine and the public bus is easy to catch and use.

The biggest issue is the aircon unit. At the time there was a heatwave through the UK and Europe, the air con wasn't good/cold enough it needs to be more powerful and better, the lack of air con quality meant the room was uncomfortable. I paid for the breakfast for one morning and it was not good, cold, no barista coffee and generally could be a lot better it was overpriced.

Great location and atmosphere! Greeted by Zac - extremely helpful and good vibes. Very welcoming and accommodating and meet my requests on my booking. Very enjoyable hotel and great breakfast will be looking to stay here in future for business trips.
