Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met diverse wereldkeukens, grote schone kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ons verblijf was heerlijk.

Great breakfast that changed each day, attentive staff, beautiful pools, but this hotel needs a little TLC in both public and private areas. The bathroom in particular, was tired with an oddly placed shower, a toilet with an inlet that leaked when flushed and lots of rust and calcification around the shower cublcle. Did I mention great breakfast?

Chambre propre, avec de l'espace pour une famille. Le petit déjeuner est bien et propose un très large choix. Personnel attentionné et bienveillant.

Beaucoup de bruit (circulation, canalisation d'eau, clim, mosquée) et salle de bain assez vétuste : baignoire, douche et WC qui fuient, joints moisis dans la douche.

La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. La ubicación no está mal, cerca del centro, pero sin restaurantes alrededor. Nos gusto mucho la variedad del desayuno, y el hotel cuenta con piscina, spa y gimnasio.

No nos pareció un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with an incredible variety of choices, delicious coffee, and freshly squeezed juices every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, en het personeel is erg aardig

Hygiëne van badkamer was verschrikkelijk sanitair en tegels zijn aan vervanging toe. En ventilatie geluid in de kamer er luid

De ligging van het hotel is perfect! Het personeel is super vriendelijk.

Begon al bij het inchecken. Wij hadden aangegeven een niet-rook kamer te willen, maar bij het inchecken werd ons een rookkamer aangeboden omdat er geen niet-rookkamers meer vrij waren. Dit werd uiteindelijk na langer wachten wel goed opgelost! Toen we in de kamer aankwamen zagen we meteen al veel vlekken op de muren. Ook lag er nog water in het bad en toen wij het bed gingen controleren zagen we daar enorm veel haren liggen waar je dus liever niet in wilt slapen. Er lag een oud sapje op de grond achter het nachtkastje. Kortom worden de kamers dus niet goed schoongemaakt. Dan nu het eten bij het hotel. Het ontbijt was prima, veel keuze en voor ieder wat wils. Het avondeten daarentegen was erg slecht, we gingen naar boven om avondeten te eten. Daar zat iedereen op bankjes of de vloer te eten, omdat er simpelweg te weinig plek was om te zitten als je van het avond buffet eet. Wij gaven aan dat wij a la carte wilde eten en werden toen naar de bar gestuurd beneden waar wij wel konden zitten. Hier zijn we toen gaan eten en daarbij was het eten wat warm hoorde te zijn hartstikke koud en het vlees bijna volledig rauw. De soep was kamertemperatuur. Na dit eten niet te hebben opgegeten, wilden we het de dag erna nog een kans geven door middel van een pizza via de roomservice. Ook dit stelde enorm teleur. Wij kregen een koude pizza die alweer niet volledig doorbakken was. Er zat nogsteeds rauw deeg in het midden. Daarnaast adverteren ze in de folder op de kamer en ook via een scherm in de lift met het feit dat ze ook cocktails en bier aanbieden, maar toen wij dit wilden bestellen (in het restaurant en via de roomservice) kregen wij te horen dat ze geen alcoholische dranken verkopen. Dit zou helemaal prima zijn als ze er niet mee zouden adverteren dat ze het wel hebben.

The live music was too loud in the restaurant near the lobby was way too loud. The hotel room was not really clean. The cabinet had many scratches, the bathtub had some hairs and stains, and the mirror was a bit dirty. The bath tab also didn't work. I

Die Vielfalt des Frühstücks ist überwältigend! Sehr lecker und frisch! Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Will man aber die Nordseite zu besuchen, dann besser ein Hotel an der Küste suchen.

Wir hatten verschiedene Zimmer gehabt, und bei einigen hat man etwas feuchten Geruch wahrnehmen können.

Check-in process was swift, breakfast was good, even great with almost too many options to choose from. Hotel room was a decent size, just a standard hotel room. Location is quite ok to catch a taxi (Grab) for exploring the city.

We were stopped to go to the breakfast because all tables were full - we never experienced that anywhere. Location of the hotel is fine as a starting point to go exploring the city of Jakarta with a taxi, but not by foot. There is nothing around there. We even struggled to find a restaurant after we arrived to the hotel. Room was clean, the bathroom was pretty dated and worn out (not dirty).

The room bit outdated, I wish microwave in the room so we can warm up the food that we order from room service. The bed comfortable.

The bathroom in our room was not very clean, as in water stains in the corners and the shower wall leaked leaving the floor wet after we all showered

- location - free upgrade to a better room - the hotel staff was very friendly

- the cleanliness should be improved! The rooms are very old and not very clean - the crowd at the breakfast hall should be taken under control. We could not enter the breakfast salon directly due to many people being there at the same time. But since we only waited for 5-10 mins this issue has been resolved quickly. Nevertheless this should be improved for future guests.

The breakfast was the most amazing one I have ever had! Everything you could think of was there and delicious. Also very comfortable beds, the view was great and the staff was kind. The swimming pool was also perfect.

The shower was okay but could have been better.

Hotel bardzo duży, w centrum miasta, w sumie wszędzie jest blisko, ale jedynie grabem lub taxi. W przyszłości pomoc ma tu być niedaleko stacja metra. Łóżka wygodne, w łazience prysznic i dużą wanna, ale balkon zamknięty.

Ciężko obsłużyć telewizor. Zawsze uruchamia się jakiś panel hotelowy i przejść z tego do aplikacji czy kanałów TV to trzeba się sporo klikać. Obronnym zawodem były śniadania. Niby różnorodność ogromną, ale prawie wszystkiego na obecny moment brakowało. Pieczywo z pleśnią! Kawę na kilkadziesiąt osób robi jeden pan.

The hotel staff are friendly and their breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options.

The hotel is outdated and creaky requires renovation. We had to wait for long time to have our last room ready, but once we moved, it was not cleaned properly. I have to call them immediately to replace the bed linens.
