Nice and central. Lots of space for 7 travellers.

Our fault as an impromptu visit but would have been handy to have condiments for our food. We appreciated the tea and coffee though.

There were few toilet paper for 3 days and 2 people. The shower pressure was low.

Świetna lokalizacja, na pieszo można dotrzeć do większości atrakcji, tuż przu Katedrze i Chinatown. Apartament przestronny, dwie łazienki, bardzo wygodny, dobrze wyposażony, jedynie telewizor starszej generacji. My mieliśmy apartament na 1 piętrze więc bez widoków, z balkonu nie korzystaliśmy- jest malutki bez wyposażenia. Pomimo lokalizacji na 1 piętrze i pewnych miedogodności (słaby balkon, brak możliwości otwarcia okna na noc w jednej z sypialni ponieważ okno wychodzi na przejście do innych apartamentów) dobrze czuliśmy się w tym apartamencie. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Having stayed at various establishments in Liverpool i have to say that this was the cleanliness place we have stayed at . The decor was very nice , the receptionist was extremely helpful and very accommodating

Ubicación en zona muy tranquila a sólo 10 minutos a pie de todo lo imprescindible de Liverpool. El apartamento muy confortable y limpio, que contrasta un poco con la zona de acceso que parece algo descuidada.

Las redes antipájaros en las galerías de acceso, que no dan buena impresión (aunque se entiende su necesidad al pasear por una ciudad llena de gaviotas y palomas). Dan sensación de gallinero y podrían estar un poquito mejor. Por suerte el interior del apartamento es mucho mejor.

The people who are welcoming you is so supportive friendly and smiley. Also they are so much hospital than we expected. Thank you so much for this. İn the house you can find everything. Also the host put some magazines about Liverpool and seasonal opportunities for cultural activities. It changed olur experience in Liverpool

It was a good location and the staff were very nice.

The apartment itself was really tired, it needs a complete upgrade. The carpets were worn out, the fridge didn’t work, the tap in the bath didn’t work, all the lamps are broken, the 2nd bedroom is dark with a window out to a wall, the bathroom sink didn’t drain and the water pressure was terrible in all sinks in the apartment. The balcony doors were faulty and difficult to lock and the sofas were incredibly uncomfortable… it looked nothing like the pictures shown on booking.com.

El piso de tres dormitorios grande y cómodo. Estaba muy bien, con vistas a la catedral y se podía ir andando al centro.

No nos gustó que el edificio estaba medio derruido y los alrededores llenos de basura. En el apartamento había ventiladores (bien porque hizo calor), y aunque las sábanas estaban limpias y bien, los baños y toallas no lo estaban para nada. No volvería la verdad.

Very clean and met our needs for a family short stay in Liverpool

Some faults i reported such as a broken shower head and blocked drain were not attended to during our stay.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is located close to the center of the city, everything is within walking distance.

Location was very good ,24 hour shop just across the road ,few minutes walk to liverpool one shopping area and bars . Check in staff very nice ,our train was delayed by 20 mins and he waited for us to collect keys

Only one thing that we did not like was no tv .There was one in living room but it was older type flat screen thats only connection was to radio stations it wasnt a newer type we could not connect any streaming device to for kids ,it had no stations connected by any digi box or cable so was utterly useless

10am checkout is far to early, especially when there's 6 of you trying to get sorted. got an extension to 11am but cost £15. most checkouts are 11am as standard.

Location is central and close to all amenities, which are within walking distance, especially Liverpool One shopping area. Wifi and other utilities worked perfectly.

Apartment doesn't have lace curtains to give guests privacy while enjoying natural light and street views, given its level. The couches/sofabeds have seen better days and are very uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. The living room could do with with a bigger smart tv with a better variety of channels, especially for kids. The policy on cleaning and changing towels and bedlinen after 7 days needs reviewing; even if its just to give guests fresh towels and bedlinen to change for themselves. It can unhygienic to be using the same towels and bedlinen for more than a couple of days.

Location was extremely good, and only a 10 min stroll to Liverpool Central station. The property felt very secure. We were pleased to be able to get one of the secure on site parking spaces.

The property was really good. I was concerned I couldn’t pre book a secure parking space, but we arrived early enough to secure one. Also, for the good size of the property, we were surprised at how small the TV was in the living room. That could be improved, especially for the cost of the property.

The price was extortionate! We had to stay over in town for our daughter’s graduation and the price for any accommodation was ridiculous. We asked to check in early so we could get ready for the graduation at 4pm but no one got back to us to confirm, they also wanted an extra £15 for early check in which was a disgrace given we had already paid more than 6 times the normal rental price.

The apartment is in a great location, accessible by lift, and has secure parking in a garage though I think it's on a first-come first-serve basis. It cost £20 and covers the arrival time up until 2:00 p.m. the day after. The reception staff were very friendly, and they called me to let me know I could have an early check-in if I wanted to. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the cleanliness overall was great. Amenities in the kitchen were basic but what we needed.

There is a sewage smell in the apartment, which is very uncomfortable. It is not the owners' fault, as this is a problem in the whole compound. There are air fresheners in the apartment, but I don't tend to like them because they contain unhealthy chemicals and are too intense. We ended up removing them during our stay as the smell was too intense to breathe. In addition, the kitchen amenities were good but there was only one bowl so they could add more.

The window in the bedroom wouldn’t shut and the door to the balcony was really tricky to lock. Parking spot was very tricky to get into but we were warned about that

Sooo big! The apartment exceeded our expectations, was so roomy and incredibly well equipped! Security deposit was refunded very promptly too which was a massive plus!

The place was fine, it's quite cheap and we have stayed twice before so we new what to expect and we eventually were moved to an apartment that met our expectations...BUT...

We had a run in with the manager, he was aggressive to the point of extreme intimidation. When I asked him the date, he refused to give it, saying 'this was something that I should know' despite him being beside two phones and a computer. He asked me to write a list of things that were wrong with the, frankly awful, apartment; only one key, broken glass in the bedroom, 2 missing lightbulbs, basin in the bathroom with a broken plug and general terrible state. When I'd written it, he told me that he couldn't read it and that I had to email instead. Eventually he agreed to move us to another apartment, which was perfectly fine and what we had expected It ruined our stay, and we will never go back. Final note, the apartment we were moved to was fine, perfectly adequate and the report here is about the first one we were given and not the one we ended up with.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Duke Apartments in Liverpool! The location is incredible—just minutes away from the main area and surrounded by lovely restaurants, making it so easy to get around. Check-in was completely hassle-free and straightforward. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had a great modern look. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Shower was very temper mental on the temperature control, one day red hot the next day cold, we did mention this to the reception & someone did adjust it so we had warm water, some floor tiles crack & the shower screen didn’t keep the water in, massive puddle on the floor, nice stay but some upgrades needed

The apparatment was fantastic had everything we needed for that home from home feel. The bedrooms were a great size and beds super comfy 😁 The french door in living room was a godsend as it was a mini heatwave when we where there 😂 I couldn't fault our stay one bit and would absolutely stay again next time we visit Liverpool.💯

The location was exactly where I wanted to be. The cleanliness and bed freshness, 2 bathrooms was helpful as I had a 10 month old and 2yr old with me. I liked that they could roam around freely as there were no bric or brac/ornaments everywhere and so nothing to break. The floor was clean enough for them to crawl about on.

The tap in the kitchen didn't tell you which side was hot or cold, so not good for when washing uncooked meats and vegetables. It was very warm at night so the windows needed to remain open, and due to location, the traffic and nightlife was very loud, but this was somewhat expected with the location of the accommodation.

There is a fine if you don't pick up the keys between 3pm and 6pm. This is very restrictive and unnecessary. Parking is an extra cost, again unnecessary given the cost. Given the price of the flat, it is extremely basic. I would rather spend the money on a hotel next time

Could do with king size bed double are just so small. Not enough sofa seats for everyone need another sofa in living room the room is big enough to accommodate. Blinds are rubbish let lots of light in need black out ones. Couple of balcony chairs would also be nice.

Absolutely everything ❤️ An incredible apartment in the heart of the city with breath taking views. 3 beautiful rooms each with its own fantastic view of the city. A well equipped kitchen and lots of space to relax . I has to check the price because of the amazing value for money. Will definitely be returning soon .
