Happy with our stay. I wouldn’t necessarily say this is a romantic place to stay but had I been with my partner, it is still a nice place to stay with good facilities. The location is great as well.

The location is not what Booking showed. The apartments are actually 2 blocks away in a different building. We did not have wifi for the first 2 days. The worst was when someone opened our door while we were sleeping and yelled "Don't worry ladies, it's just maintenance " when we hadn't requested any maintenance. The front desk and manager have given me conflicting stories as to why the opened our door without knocking or advanced notice. Probably would have stayed again if not for the fear someone could walking at anytime.

I get that it was cheaper but the bedrooms felt a bit cramped. Ok for one or 2 nights. After shopping around for car parking the most reliable and secure one was Hanover Q Park which is £26 for overnight

The address was wrong on booking.com .Although it's just next the street, if you're carrying luggage or taking a taxi, it will take much longer, and you might even arrive at the wrong address. I inquired beforehand about luggage storage, but never received a reply or any information. The room and overall condition were old and cramped, not suitable for six people, but okay for four.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Receptionist was nice and friendly on arrival. Loved the small touches in the apartment like tea/coffee, washing up liquid, soap. Was very happy to find an ensuite as well as a main bathroom. There were also fans in each bedroom, which was brilliant. Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Liverpool One and the bus station. We got the bus from there to and from the airport and Anfield Stadium.
The couches looked very dirty, so I didn’t let my son sleep on them. He shared a double bed with his brother instead. It’s a pity because the rest of the apartment was very clean. We also weren’t put in an apartment in the triangular building shown in the listing. On arrival at the triangular building we booked, there was a sign saying collect keys at the Podworks Hotel down the street (very close). When we went there to collect our keys, we were told our apartment was actually there and not the other building, which was surprising. I hadn’t seen anything about that being a possibility in the online listing.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Someone was on reception when we collected the keys after 4 pm. We arrived early afternoon and the 24 hour reception cover was not available and a pleasant workman let us put our luggage in storage.
As above and lights on bedside tables were ineffective and hard to successfully work! Gulls and bars were v noisy overnight. Lift felt somewhat wobbly and didn’t inspire confidence!

Only thing I would mention is to take your own soap, shampoo etc as these are not provided but otherwise great value for money.

I do have back issues so probably worse for me but the mattress did give me back ache so if you suffer like I do it was a an issue. Also we had 1 bed and 2 bed and the 1 bed (room 5) didn’t have a clothes rail so all our clothes couldn’t be hung up. Number 15 was superb facilities and couldn’t fault
