1. Exceptional Frontline Staff: Genuine credit and admiration go to every single staff member here, especially the butler team at Villa 65 (Patricia, Bely, and the team). They consistently went above and beyond, worked incredibly hard, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. 2.Chic Cabaret Production: The show itself on Day 2 was fantastic—high-energy, great performances, and wonderful service from the greeters and waitstaff. 3.Grounds & Wildlife: The resort is breathtaking and kept immaculate. Seeing the coatimundis (long-nosed raccoons), iguanas, lizards, and monkeys roaming the property was a true highlight. 4. Dining: For the most part, the food between room service and the à la carte restaurants was great.

1. Severe Illness from Cabaret: A few hours after the Chic Cabaret show, I became violently ill with severe stomach issues (starting Thursday around 2:00 AM and lasting through check-out Monday). Whether it was the food, the high-sugar shots between sets, or the water, being bedridden wiped out my booked excursions and left me afraid to leave the room. To add insult to injury, basic OTC stomach medicine at the on-site shop was marked up to an outrageous $50 for something that costs $8 at home. 2. Unwelcoming for Solo Travelers: If you are traveling solo, think twice. The atmosphere is completely dominated by closed-off couples who avoid interaction. It feels deeply isolating, socially non-existent, and completely unbuilt for independent travelers looking for any community or casual entertainment. 3. Broken Resort Technology: The Grand Palladium app is practically useless. It only works for room service and housekeeping. Requesting a golf cart through the app failed every single time—There are no daily activity schedules in the app either; you are forced to rely entirely on manual WhatsApp messages from your butler. *A Complete Logistical Nightmare in One Night: My breaking point was an evening where every single system collapsed: Food: The buffet had virtually nothing edible, leaving me starving. Also NO signs at the Colonial trying to located said buffet. Misinformation: When asking where to get pesos for an excursion, staff gave me wrong directions, sending me on a frustrating wild goose chase across the sister properties just to find an ATM that actually dispensed local currency. Failing Transportation: After finally getting cash, the golf cart I caught stalled repeatedly on every minor incline. After 20 minutes of stalling, I had to hike 20 minutes across the complex in the dark—starving, sweating, and exhausted. Lockout: Reaching Villa 65 near tears, my RFID wristband key completely failed.

El hotel está impecablemente mantenido y cuenta con unas instalaciones excelentes que hacen que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Además, al alojarte en TRS tienes acceso a todas las instalaciones del grupo, lo que ofrece una gran variedad de opciones y hace que la estancia sea todavía más completa. Quiero destacar especialmente el trato excepcional recibido por parte de todo el personal. Todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y profesionales en todo momento. Mención especial para Moisés y Jessica, nuestros botones, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento y estuvieron siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con una sonrisa y una actitud impecable. To many animals nothing in place for you to eat and relax peacefully. The resort is connected with a family resort I was unaware of also horrible smell not sure if it was the seaweed or the animals

El mayordomo de encargó de organizarnos todo lo que le pedíamos, la habitación excelente frente al mar. Y hasta el último día todos, absolutamente todos los empleados fueron muy amables siempre. Un hotel muy recomendado. Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas y más!

Aunque no depende del hotel, diría el sargazo. Más alla de eso, todo ha estado excelente y no hay nada que no nos haya gustado.

This hotel is a little piece of paradise in our anxious and unstable world. Beauty, palm trees, abundance, and comfort in every possible way. We had a wonderful, spacious ocean-view room where I would happily stay for six months. The variety and abundance of food were impressive, the cocktails were beautiful, the sports activities were excellent, and the entertainment program was always fun. This vacation was worth every cent spent. The level of care we received here is hard to even imagine. We would especially like to thank our butler, Alexis Casanova. He was always ready to help with any question, chat with us, and make our days more fun. Every conversation with him lifted our mood. We are also very grateful to the Helios AM restaurant team: Manuel Edwin Julio Alain They were always very attentive, remembered our preferences, and would bring us the drinks we love without us even asking. Many thanks to the entire staff for the fairy tale they create for their guests. We will definitely return to this hotel next year!

Fabulous adult only hotel. Setting was beautiful with forests, mangroves entwined with creeks and inlets. Although TRS isn't directly on a beach, the other two sister hotels are on a beautiful beach covered in palm trees. Every staff we encountered were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The e-butlers in each accommodation area were the most helpful people and a great resource for bookings, information and requests. Special shout out Jose & Susana in 65 and Carlos & Naomi in 64 - they all made our stay especially memorable! We'd also like to give a shout out to Max, waiter in Helios and Jeovanni bar made at the Infinity pool - both so friendly, great service and nothing too much trouble.

Das Personal ist unbeschreiblich zuvorkommend. Ich war in 2020 zum ersten Mal da, großer Unterschied zu 2025, das Management hat gewechselt, viele Annehmlichkeiten kosten plötzlich etwas - Preise varrieren nach Mitarbeiter, das macht das Ganze nicht schön.

Leider ist der Urlaub nicht gut gestartet. Wir konnten erst einen Tag später starten (Flug abgesagt, Shuttle über Booking com gebucht, ließ sich nicht stornieren, neuer Shuttle gebucht, das Zimmer musste gezahlt werden und zuguterletzt war der Koffer nicht in Mexico angekommen. Hilfe? Fehlanzeige. Wir haben Nachweise (Quittungen/Rechnungen zum Einreichen bei den Airlines von Booking com und Hotel angefordert = leider nichts bekommen, kein Support von Booking com oder Hotel somit habe ich knapp 600,- € in den Wind gesetzt - toller Start.

È tutto ben organizzato, in riva al mare ma in mezzo alla natura, con sentieri pedonali che collegano le varie palazzine alla Hall.

The staff! Above everything else, they work so incredibly hard and always go above and beyond. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and the room was great and I loved how big the balcony was so we were able to enjoy the large bali seat in the afternoons. The only downside I would say is the toilet, if youre sharing its not quite so private as there is not a lock and not soundproof. However, easily resolved, send the other people to the balcony ha! The food was truly excellent, I would highly recommend the ribeye from El Gaucho. Would definitely return or explore other TRS/Palladium properties.

Experiencia empañada por la recepcionista, obsesionada en el check in de hacer un upgrade a Paladium Club para multiples beneficios que luego no eran tales, y dejandome en situación incomoda delante de mi compañia con lo que casi me obligó a comprarlo. Varios despistes de ‘los mayordomos’, desbordados. Horroroso servicio en las cenas; totalmente desbordados. Lo mejor, y único, los desayunos. Clima muy agradable y buena calidad. El resto; meh. Para no recomendarlo más.

Achei as experiências não restaurantes que necessitam reservas totalmente dispensável … principalmente o restaurante El Gaicho, não sei se fazem diferenciação entre hóspedes mas o serviço não foi bem realizado , a carne estava queimada e muito mal feita, por sorte eles contam com muitos restaurantes excelentes de buffet internacional !

Nuestra experiencia fue completamente decepcionante y no volvería ni lo recomendaría. Para ser un resort que se vende como solo adultos y exclusivo, la experiencia está muy por debajo de lo esperado. El servicio es irregular y la atención no corresponde al nivel ni al precio que se paga. Algunos colaboradores fueron amables, pero muchos otros no, lo cual genera una sensación constante de descuido. La figura del “mayordomo” no agrega valor real: la información fue escasa, poco clara o inexistente. Incluso antes de llegar al hotel, la experiencia ya era negativa. Escribí con más de una semana de anticipación para consultar temas básicos como transporte, restaurantes y celebraciones por mi cumpleaños, y nunca recibí respuesta previa a la llegada, lo cual ya anticipaba la desorganización que viviríamos durante la estadía. Era mi cumpleaños y esperaba una experiencia especial acorde a un hotel de este tipo. Sin embargo, no hubo ningún trato diferenciado ni atención especial. Nos indicaron que habría un detalle, pero el único que recibimos fue un cupcake simple y de baja calidad, incluso inferior a los postres del buffet. No recomendaría este hotel para celebrar cumpleaños ni eventos importantes. Desde el inicio se sintió una falta total de orientación. En el check-in no hubo una explicación clara sobre restaurantes, bares, piscinas, eventos o actividades. Básicamente entregan un mapa y esperan que el huésped se las arregle solo. Durante la estadía, incluso conversando con otros huéspedes, fue evidente que muchas personas compartían la misma sensación de abandono, ya que nadie informaba qué actividades había ni qué eventos se realizaban. Además, para absolutamente todo había que hacer filas y soportar largos tiempos de espera: para restaurantes, transporte interno, atención básica o servicios simples. Esto elimina cualquier sensación de comodidad o exclusividad.

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y muy confortables y silenciosas. Las albercas muy bonitas especialmente me gustó la alberca de agua de mar, es muy original. Las vistas a la costa de roca. Los restaurantes a la carta son buenos, el Tentazione en especial me pareció bueno con excelente servicio de mi mesero Marco.

La playa me decepcionó horrible. Primero el mar es color café como lodoso y luego el fondo de mar lleno de piedras muy incómodo. El agua estaba muy turbia entonces no se veían pesces ni tortugas. Se ve que además ha habido mucha erosión y se ha perdido amplitud en la playa.

Buffet food wasn't always great, got bad tummy a few times from it. Pools get very busy so grab beds early.

Desayunos limitados, la ubicación de los restaurants correcta. pero lo mejor fue la atención del personal, todo el personal desde los recepcionistas, concierge, drivers, barman's, restaurantes, todos son excepcionales a la hora de prestar su servicio y su atención es unica.

La tina de hidromasaje de mi habitación nunca funciono, no me cambiaron a una habitación donde si funcionara, solamente enviaron a técnicos que estuvieron horas sin poder resolverlo y nosotros sin poder salir de la habitación. Y los días subsecuentes enviaban a los técnicos a hora inadecuadas para la reparación (9 am en domingo, 5:30 pm mientras nos preparábamos para la reserva del restaurante). Lo más justo para nosotros hubiera sido una habitación con el servicio completo o un upgrade por la molestia.

Not enough sunbeds

The staff were very nice and they really went above and beyond. Unfortunately the TRS part of the resort has very damp rooms. We asked them for dehumidifier, they did not have one but used an ozone machine to try to make it better. Food was amazing and I cannot hype the service enough. But still our clothes reales of mold when we got home and our passport were damp when we took it out of the safe. So be warned

Everything was perfect! Food was good, room was clean, service was immaculate! There are bus boys that can drive you anywhere on the resort and are always willing to pick you up. Every building has a butler and they’re always willing to answer any questions. The only down side was the seaweed beaches. Probably a seasonal thing. Still swimmable and could still have a great time on the beach. The service on the beach was great. Brining us drinks anytime we want and always checking up on us. Overall, our experience was phenomenal and I’d visit here again:)

The spot was amazing! Friendly staff, the Kart/transportation system can be lengthy, or “prejudiced” but I don’t want to pull that card… let’s just day for the 300 blue upgrade which should also make for better cart availability… did not help catch golf carts any sooner.

My opinion…not a 5 star hotel. Food was very lacking. Servers were friendly. They try and sell you a membership which to me equates to a timeshare as soon as you arrive…high pressure and expensive.

My husband and I had an amazing time! We relaxed, partied, and rested, definitely a great anniversary/birthday vacation. Our butler Jose was amazing. The massage therapist at the spa Bernice and Luis were amazing. The activity coordinator at the range Carlos was also amazing.

Felt really tranquil set amongst the forest. Lots of walking paths and plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy themselves. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Butler service is very useful. Liked they are proactive without being intrusive.

Hubby and I were here for a week. Let’s start by saying that it was our first time at TRS and probably the last. We arrived really late at the hotel (around 4.15pm) and we didn’t get to go to our room until 5.30pm. The check-in was very nice and Kelly was absolutely a gem. BUT such a long process to check-in and then we met several ptc people and they all tried to sell us upgrades and club memberships etc… too long. We were tired and hungry and the long check in process was not what we needed. That being said everyone working at the lobby was very friendly and super nice. Natalia and Laura were super nice too. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Anything you could ever want, and good quality food, from Mexican deliciousness to eggs cooked in any possible way, to fruit, sweets, cold meats, breads, literally anything and everything. Lunch buffet is also super delicious at Helios and Guadalupe and Manuel are the best! We dined at Helios and it was meh. We dined at La Boheme and everything was super heavy. Lots of cheese, butter and cream… very heavy and flavors meh. We then tried El Gaucho and it was very good, a steak house basically. Very nice environment and good meat and good food overall. Eduin was super nice (i hope I spelled his name right) The best part of the entire vacation was Limber, a Mixologist in the Beach Bar. He was absolutely brilliant and his drinks were always spot on. His master Tequila Class was so much fun and him and Adela made our day.

Staff very responsive and accommodating. The property is beauty with lots to do! The food was pretty bland though. The other hotels on property food were a bit better.

We had an amazing stay at TRS Yucatán! The resort is beautiful, the pools and grounds are spotless, and the food and drinks were delicious. What really made our trip special was the staff — they were all incredible. Huge thanks to our butlers Naomi, Jessica, Jesus, Jose, Gabriel, and Maykent, Patricia at the front desk, Eduardo the Bellman, and Angel at the Members Pool. They truly went above and beyond! The beaches here are a bit rockier than other parts of Mexico, and there was a lot of seaweed during our visit, but the hotel worked hard to manage it. Honestly, the pools and the jungle setting more than made up for it. Riviera Maya is really about the jungle beauty, not just the beaches. We rented a car and loved exploring Tulum and Playa del Carmen — highly recommend doing the same. Overall, a fantastic trip and we’d love to come back!

What I dont like about this resort is that you must make reservations for a la carte restaurants; otherwise it's nearly impossible to get in. What is the point of having all inclusive then you cant even flexible with where you want to dine in?

The property was so gorgeous with all of the trees and pools. My room was top tier even with the garden view. Loved the adults pool area. And everyone was so nice and hospitable. Spa is a must! I could have stayed there all day long. It was so much to see . Next time I will stay longer .

The resort is huge and you can check out other properties too, which gives you plenty of food options. The infinity pool looks out over the ocean and never felt crowded. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which made the stay really enjoyable!
