Friendly staff . Comfortable large bedrooms .
Breakfast not served until 10am on a Saturday.
Good staff, very helpful Comfy bed
Not enough plug sockets, husband has breathing machine, no plug near bed so lead had to be dragged across the floor, and only 1 of us could charge our phone as there were only 2 sockets in whole room. No hairdryer( which I didn't notice until I had washed my long hair) so had to go out with wet hair Lift only works if you are going up, you can't call it if you want to go back down
Clean and airy rooms
no breakfast, room and staff excellrnt
outside noise with people talking and walking in the gravel outside the room windows [ ground floor room]
Clean and quiet
Lack of additional resources ( milk etc ) Probably available but not in the reception of the hotel.
Good room size for the money.
Seems the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly couple of the towels smelled of sweat empty bottle of shower gel left in the bathroom
Very well situated but close to bar - very clean really comfortable couldn't fault any thing - staff were so friendly and helpful
Nothing at all
We have stayed there many times over the last few years.Good location and value for money and safe car parking. The service in the bar area is very welcoming and the food offering is of a good standard.
The rooms are getting somewhat tired. On one visit, there was no security chain on the door; most recently you couldn't plug in the kettle as the nearest plug had been sealed , there was no hand soap and the TV controls were barely functional.
Very clean

Smelly carpet things left over in the bathroom from other people . Downstairs rooms close to the car park very noisy in the morning when people are leaving specially when it’s hot, your windows open.
This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was a delight, no fuss or bother - just excellent value in tip top surroundings. It was so nice we even asked to stay a couple more nights but sadly it was full.
Nothing
Lovely room balcony great
Mattress not comfortable

Great location, facilities and golf course!
Nothing
The service was exceptional from Everyone one we encountered!
The rooms were clean and spacious. My only boggle was that there were only 2 actual plug sockets in the room. There were usb ports tho these are now pretty obsolete
Local to where I needed to be
Bed was hard & creaky. Duvet cover was ripped. Shower curtain looked dirty/ mouldy. After 1st night stay only 1 clean towel was left & had to go to reception to get another. Room hadn’t been cleaned
Friendly people onsite staff were great, please type to do for my 4 Yr old. Had a great stay and definitely come back
Nothing.
Always clean and tidy
Value for money!
Reception a drive away from rooms. No breakfast Monday to Friday.
We arrived at 9pm at the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely set out and spotless. On the way out the cleaning staff were lovely and checked with us to make sure eveeyrhing had been okay. Facilities look nice. Great holiday park or for a visit to Boston.
Nothing.
The family room was lovely and spacious and stunning interior, beds were comfortable and all round neat and cosy. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, as well as friendly and made our stay feel personal and pleasant
All was well, Good car parking, decent room. Pleasant staff, Hotel OK for one night.
Reception and catering not near the hotel, Both the reception and catering are designed to service the on site statics and holiday makers .
Big spacious room, comfy bed, quiet location
Price of food was a little on the high side
Clean and easy to access
Excellent shower. Size of room and beds. The sheets, pillows and towels were all plentiful and good quality. There was also more clothes storage than expected. I saw two members of staff at reception, both very helpful.
You can’t change the noisy aroad, but the windows should be triple-glazed. The king-size bed was comfortable, but the smallest bed was like a waterbed, moved every where, the other was was very creaky. You have to be very careful not to slip in the bath, but that’s the same as most hotel chains. The fan had 3 speeds, but they were all the same! And only 1 socket for the whole room, so the fan didn’t reach anyway. Three teabags, 2 coffee(which we don’t drink) and 2 sachets of milk for 2 people is not enough for the evening and following morning, especially as the restaurant didn’t open for breakfast until 11am. And checkout by 10.30. But the worst thing was late night guests slamming their car doors and the heavy internal doors, despite the polite notices asking everyone to be considerate. This went on to midnight. It seemed a good price, but we won’t be staying again.
Nice hotel, good room size and comfy beds. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was lovely and the on-site park was great for kids. Things like shower products, tea/coffee etc all provided for and room has a kettle. Train station is just down the road and a few bus stops nearby. Nice area and reasonably quiet, simple but cosy, made for a new few days away and would visit again.
Couple of bits of rubbish from previous visitors left behind and nothing really in the actual hotel apart from a vending machine so you have to walk over to the guest area/restaurant. Only one plug in the room which made charging phones difficult. Transport links don't run frequently so need to plan ahead.
Amazing for little ones rooms were lovely and had plenty of room, 100% stay again.
Everything was great something for all ages of small children to teens nothing not to like.
Splash pad water play was good.
We have stayed at Boston West Hotel several times over the years and have always been happy, so we were really disappointed with this stay. We stayed in ground floor Room 2 and, unfortunately, the standard of the room was very poor. There were stains on the walls and carpet, plaster coming away from the wall beside the bed, mould and grime in the bathroom, a bath panel coming away, a horrible brown stain down the side of the mattress and a strong damp/mouldy smell from the carpet. There were also holes in the curtains, very limited sockets and furniture that was extremely tired and, in places, falling apart. The general condition of the hotel was also disappointing, with dirty linen trolleys left outside and the front security door regularly left unlocked. There was also considerable banging from upstairs throughout the evening, although we appreciate this may not have been the hotel's fault. We did speak to Customer Services, and the lady we dealt with was very polite, apologetic and understanding. However, after returning from the family party we were attending, we looked at the room again and simply decided that we didn't want to spend another night there. We packed up and drove home through the night, leaving one night of our two-night stay unused. We paid £155 for the two nights, and this is particularly disappointing because we are genuinely not fussy guests. We have stayed here several times before and have always been satisfied, which is why we chose to return. It is a real shame to see how much the standard appears to have declined. We have contacted the hotel/Guest Solutions directly regarding our experience but are yet to receive a reply. I really hope senior management take a serious look at the condition of this hotel. It never used to be like this, and it's disappointing to say that after this experience we would be very reluctant to return. Restaurant is also overpriced.
Location brilliant rooms very clean... Staff very polite and helpful...Reception lady Tracey was excellent...Extremely helpful and attended to my request...She is a credit to the Company...Hotel grounds well kept...Very nice...I keep going back... Thanks all.... Stephen.
Everything good...
The breakfast was excellent and varied menu appreciated.Staff were extremely polite and helpful .

What a lovely place found just by the off chance staff nice good bar and restaurant area.lovely room would. Recommend.
Nothing
Not a lot!
It wasn’t cleaned. There were old tights left in the shower. We paid extra for a cot which wasnt even put up in the room. In every other hotel we’ve stayed in if we paid for a cot it was set up and had a sheet and pillow. Room felt unclean. We were given one towel and the bed was very uncomfortable. Book anywhere else! Staff in check in were rude
Friendly staff . Great restaurant.bar area
The lift didn't work but only one floor so not to much bother. Staff member said not to use it. In case it stops working. No light in the corridor on the first night had to use phone torch.
Ot was what I needed
friendly and welcoming
not much
Everything fine.
Clearer instructions as to where you actually check in. Where you park the car it says Main Building which most people would assume it's where the check in desk is. Needs clearer signage indicating where do actually check in.
Nothing
The room was so dirty, blood stains ( what it looked like ) all over the floor the bath was mouldy
The hotel room was clean modern good tea making facilities
Toilets next to the restaurant smelt bad. Breakfast not great - eggs overcooked and no butter for toast
Staff extremely friendly, good location, would recommend This hotel/site.The food in restaurant excellent and reasonably priced.Thank you.👍🙂
Cleanliness and comfort
One of the rooms we had didn’t have a mirror in the main bedroom just one in the bathroom
Good value for money.
I arrived at night, and couldn't clearly see where to go upon arrival. The signs need to be bigger, and more brightly lit.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable and staff were friendly.
For some reason, certainly on Sundays, breakfast service begins at 10am (to 11:30am)…no use to us as we needed to be on the road by 9:30am. Even the staff on reception could not understand the policy. We effectively paid for a breakfast that we couldn’t consume. There was no mention of this when booking.
2nd stay this year.. good base for visiting the area. Good food and drinks.. bit pricey but bar and facilities are worth it...
Could of done with rubber shower mat. Elderly parents bit shaky on feet in shower
Facilities
Needs a good lick of paint and fixing up. So much could be done with the room. Broken shower
The room was clean and comfortable. The wet room (it was an accessible room) was large. Loved that the bed was a super king size. The check in was the general holiday park reception. We've booked another overnight stay.
The bed was not that comfortable, too hard for me. No air conditioning in the rooms.
Wasn’t really convenient as separate buildings for eating and sleeping was a big issue as we are both disabled. Shower in bath not good. Entertainment weekends only was a big issue as we stayed Sunday to Thursday. No shop on site to buy basics as breakfast didn’t start until 10am. I’m an early morning person. Breakfast was expensive and not good quality.
Bed uncomfortable. Described as large king but was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Ridge in the middle made it uncomfortable
Nice location loved the balcony nice size room
Cleaning was hit and miss towels and loo roll had to ask and milk had to ask
We return approximately 2 times a year.We believe it’s comfortable & great value.
Some areas looking a bit worn and dated.ie bathroom & carpets in corridors.
Very unique, room very quiet, felt like we are only ones there.
Loved it as it was perfect for our occasion
The rooms were lovely and the facilities were good too.
The vegan pizza at the restaurant was dry
Left to early for breakfast and everything was satisfactory
Nothing
Clean, spacious, quiet, good area. Parking is no issue.
Replenishing tea and coffee station was not straightforward, I rang the help line provided and they told me to come to the. reception to collect them. The front desk person was hesitant to provide the refreshments and asked if it had not been replenished. It was just a bit of an odd experience TV aerial not connected to anything so useless.
Disappointed that no breakfast available until after 10am
The hotel room was nice and spacious and clean.
Couldn't call the lift from the 1st floor had to use the stairs to go down. Lift dld not work from ground floor. Did report this twice without reconcile. Golf was too expensive and advertised the wrong price on the information tv's by a large amount.
The price was competitive.
Everything very dated, very basic,no breakfast.Inadequate tea and coffee ( not enough for more than one small cup per guest) rude receptionist would not give out more tea, coffee, milk sugar sachets.Although it's owned by same company as Tattershall Lakes. It couldn't be any further at the other end of the scale. It was a disappointing crap experience as a family who stay in hotels 6 to 10 times a year this was a very bad experience the hotel and rooms are like a travel lodge from the 1970's.We were told by reception if we wanted more tea and coffee for our two night stay we would have to drive 2 miles to the nearest Tesco. Not very good if you can't drive or you need a drink to take your tablets.Very, very poor hospitality.
Staff were excellent
Golfing bellends on driving range playin with there balls till 11
We had a one night stay on the way to our holiday, nice little resort, perfect for a mini break, wish we had longer to explore more! Hotel room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Daughter loved the outdoor play area.
Nothing
the room was very comfortable, quiet at night, clean and the balconey was a plus.
nothing.
Close to our wedding reception.
The rooms were far to hot
We didn’t actually get to stay in the hotel due to a problem, we were switched to one of the mobile homes, which was very comfortable , clean and very well equipped.
The TV signal late evening was very intermittent but not a great issue . The main driveway in could really do with being resurfaced there are some dreadful potholes .
Location and spacious rooms.
Rooms far too hot. Pillows were extremely hard. Towels are tiny.
Great location for our needs. Bed was king size and for us, very comfortable, had 2 good nights sleep. Very good room.
Being picky, the stairwells and entrance area was very warm ! But fine once away from there.
Room
Nothing
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Nothing
Lovely surroundings, quite location and nice comfy bed.
Having plug socket next to the bed would be an extra star.
I really liked the room. Decor was nice, plush carpet and comfortable firm bed. I particularly liked the balcony with the table and chairs and sat on there to take in the evening sun.
Breakfast not until 10am? Too late for us so had to go elsewhere, . Not a fan of shower curtains as they stick to you! Perhaps some areas where could do with a lick of paint - scuffs and marks on the walls but didn’t detract our overall experience
Both rooms we stayed in were very clean. The room with the balcony was more elaborately decorated. The room we were in for the second night was well equipped as a room for a disabled visitor. I liked the seat in the shower which was ideal as I have balance problems. The mattress in the second room was softer and more comfortable.
The only problem we experienced was that the elevator could not be called up to the first floor and we had to cart out baggage down the stairs. We were told that the engineer had been called to fix it.
Comfortable large room
Left something behind last time I stayed and rang up and they found it. When I asked about it this time nobody could seem to find it
Cheap & cheerful clean very good value for the money easy access to Boston & surrounding area's would stay here again.
Room was lovely and clean, spacious and decor in good order. Nice bathroom and well provisioned.
No breakfast provided. I understood it was not included in the cost of the room, but I hadn't been aware that the facility did not offer breakfast at all. Kitchen opened at 12 apparently. I was saved by a good choice of coffee shops within 10 minute drive.
Perfect for our trip away nothing to dislike
Comfortable and large room for price in a nice setting. Bar and restaurant fairly basic but good value and family friendly.
Nothing really, having the accommodation block separate from everything else seems strange at first but works really well and made it quite.
Could not fault
For us the location
There was a lack of plug sockets for items
Quite plenty of space in room
The bed was too hard couldn’t sleep well so went out and brought a mattress topper to sleep on
Very clean convenient location and very helpful staff
Lack of breakfast availability on site
The evening meal was great.
The toilet paper was very poor, very thin that you had to use more which is why we ran out and had to use our own.
Perfect location for what we needed. Friendly check in, excellent communication. Very large family room,
Nothing to dislike.
Nice big and clean
The beds mattress was so uncomfortable, and shower was poor
It was our second time of staying here and being out all day then having the the benefit of a balcony to relax 9n was just perfect. Very comfortable stay yet again.
Not enough plug sockets, just the one so needs updating there.
Very clean rooms friendly Staff nice country location... Stayed loads of times and I keep going back...
I booked a family room for myself and my two Sons and was expecting a room with a double and single bed with not much floor space. However the room was massive with a super king size bed (two singles together) and an additional two single beds. All were comfy. The room was clean with tea and coffee facilities, a hairdryer, fan and a good sized en suite bathroom. Lovely staff, lovely and quiet location and we had dinner in the restaraunt which was very nice and reasonably priced. We spent the few days previous in hotels in France and definitely didn’t have anywhere near the same standard there so it felt like luxury staying here. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you ☺️
USB points beside the bed didn’t work but wasn’t an issue as we could use the plugs beside the dressing table.
Large tidy
No air con. Only a fan
Convenient for the wedding we attended.
That the check in is now over in the main building so you have to go over to the main building to check in to then go back to the hotel
Location
Broken bath panel smashed and not repaired
No have fridge and drink inside the room
Hotel is situated 5-10 minutes outside of Boston and around 40 minutes from both Peterborough and Lincoln
The staff and the bar/restaurant were fantastic.
The accommodation was not connected to where check in is
Large spacious room, nice big comfortable bed. Plenty of car parking spaces. Club house on site, short walk to local pub and train station.
Was hard to cool the room down as window only opened a little. Was provided with a fan which helped. It was a rarely hot day though (30+)
Lovely comfy bed, nice and quiet, good added addition having the balcony.
Room was very warm however fan was provided. Difficulty with the exit door getting out of the building on departure, some maintenance required.
Room comfortable
Lock broken on door
Clean room, lovely staff, nice shower
Need more milk and sugar
The price
No aircon/ parking was tight
Location was perfect for me
I had a room with a king size bed. The bed was two beds pushed together with a very uncomfortable ridge where they joined.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean
We opted for the big bed which was so comfortable we had a great night's sleep. And the balcony was a nice spot to sit and watch the golfers. The room rate was excellent.
Some more coffee sachets would have been nice
