Absolutely sparkling clean! Louise was so welcoming when we arrived and during our stay, and also quickly answered the queries I had beforehand. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the centre along the promenade. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. This included Louise’s new toy - a 3-speed fan/light above the bed which must have been invaluable over the recent hot summer. There was also a small fridge, which was restocked every day with a bottle of milk. The breakfast included everything- sausage, egg, bacon, toast etc. A good start to the day. We can totally recommend Gresham.

Good location staff was really friendly they gave you fresh milk and water every day we had a mini fridge they change the towels every 2 days and filled up the tea tray every day

The location was perfect, Beach across the road and easy walk to town and nearby attractions. Wonderful breakfast each morning, more than ample. Rooms are clean, fresh, and tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one would need for a weeks break. Host Louise and staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Greeted every morning by a happy, bright and cheerful host to start your day is a blessing!

Exceptional guest house to stay. The owner very friendly.

Louise is an amazing host, the rooms are fabulous, she goes above and beyond for all her guests. Breakfast is incredible, and it feels like 'going home' when we visit!

The location was great, just by the beach, close to shops/restaurants. The room was spacious and absolutely spotless. The balcony was an advantage. The whole property looked very nice, very taken care of and the hosts were very welcoming and attentive, explained the area and what events were happening that weekend.

Es ist zwar die oberste Wohnung (viele Treppen) mit wenig Gepäck kein Problem. Ohne Klima war es leider sehr heiß direkt unter dem Dach , Aber es gibt Ventilator

Sehr freundliche Chefin, die uns alle Wünsche erfüllte. Das Haus liegt zentral an der Hauptstraße und Strandpromenade, die Zimmer hatten Blick auf's Meer und man konnte aus dem Haus im Meer schwimmen gehen.

Die Zimmer waren leider extrem klein, die Federkernbetten waren schon in die Jahre gekommen und es war vor dem Haus bedingt durch viel Verkehr und Motorräder sehr sehr laut.

Louise is an amazing host, very hospitable and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The hotel is lovely and full of character, and in the best location. A small note to also say thank you for posting our watch back home after we left it in our room.

Gresham Guest House was a fantastic base for the weekend. Excellent location on the seafront and a short walk from cafes and restaurants. Louise was exceptionally friendly, helpful and flexible, from arrival times to nutrition requirements. Great recommendations for local places to eat and drink. The 200-year old building is full of character and spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The long stay car park is a few minutes walk from the guest house, which was not a big deal for our party.

The Gresham is a fabulous guest house, only 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes into town. Louise the landlady was very welcoming and helpful, recommending pubs & restaurants for live music and Sunday roasts. Our room was lovely, very clean & comfortable, well furnished with lots of extras, fresh milk in a fridge, free drinking water & an extra heater. The bathroom was great, again, very clean with nice toiletries, lovely soft towels and also slippers. It was a wet weekend when we visited but there were umbrellas by the front door to borrow, books and games were also on offer on the landings to borrow. Everything you could need. We definitely recommend this guest house. You won't regret booking here

The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made the stay really pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient and everything felt well organized.

Wonderful location and place to stay. Comfy room with lots of little touches like slippers and bottled water. Louise was a great host who was incredibly accommodating throughout the duration of my stay. The B&B is well located with parking options nearby.

Gresham Guest House was a lovely place to stay conveniently located near Weymouth station. Louise was a brilliant host, the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The room I booked had an incredible view of the waterfront which was great for watching the sunrise

This is a lovely B & B - comfortable, clean, fresh room with lots of quality little touches. I really appreciated the breakfast options which were perfect for me as I only needed something light. High quality local breakfast products were really appreciated. The owner is warm, friendly and super helpful, she really made it a pleasure to stay there.

The position on the beach was perfect. The hotel is excellent, I was welcomed immediately by the owner, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was provided and high quality. Beach towels were press was water for the beach. Breakfast items were all high wind delicious. I cannot think of anything that I would change, perfect. The owners and staff are delightful, it was like staying with friends 😊

Location, immaculate room with thoughtful extras. Excellent cooked breakfast.

Many thoughtful touches such as a basket of beach towels in the hallway, umbrellas provided, nice toiletries in the room, ear plugs and a sleep mask.

I totally agree rooms don't need servicing every day but I would have liked a clean mug for my tea. I am sure I could have asked for one.

The location is fantastic. The beach, shops, arcades all walking distance. The host Louise at the property was lovely and friendly and the communication if we needed to speak to her was excellent

The only fault which is a very small one was it would’ve been better for extra sockets in the room

Such a warm welcome from our host, Louise. Perfect location, right in the beach. Clean and bright room, with lots of lovely extra touches such as nice toiletries, a fridge in the room and beach towels and bottled water by the front door. Delicious breakfast pre-ordered the evening before. Beautiful weather was the icing on the cake.

We had a sea view room which, although beautiful, had original single glazed windows. The property is on a main road which remained busy through the night. It also had a very bright security light outside which lit the room. However, the guest house provided much welcomed blindfolds and earplugs!

The location of the b&b was perfect, short walk from the train station and the long stay car park, right on the beach front absolutely perfect! Louise greeted us straight away with helpful information and maps of the area, the b&b provided lots of extra, fridge in the room, fan, little toiletries even beach towels to use, nice little touch. Very happy with our stay, would highly recommend and would be happy to book there again.
