Bed wasn't very comfy

The stay was amazing and breakfast was really gd only downfall was the comfort of the bed if only I brought mattresses topper 10/10 of comfort and stay 10/10 for everything else deffos stay again.

Lovely warm welcome despite us arriving late Great communication throughout with different queries. Ideal location for us . Room was very clean beds comfy . Had 2 slight issues which were rectified straight away . Breakfast vast choice and was served hot . .love that this a family establishment and the whole family chips in . Only nit pick I like crumpets but there was plenty of alternatives and prefer Yorkshire tea which I had at breakfast but Pg tips in the room . Again just a nit pick to my personal choice .

The couple who run it are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was fab. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfy.

Our bathroom was so tiny you had to leave the door open but the real issue was the parking. Very narrow entry to a very tiny car park . To be fair, the owner guided you in and out but it was a worry once the car was in as to whether you could get it out without scraping it !

Everything .Breakfast great .we got upgraded to a bigger room which was clean and shower was lovely .we had walked out of another hotel and booked this one which was way better .

We had friends staying in a different hotel and came back with us for a last drink, we was very quiet as it was about 10.30 and I got a rude message for them saying that our friends had to leave immediately or book a room. Also I had to ask about breakfast as I wasn’t given any information about how that worked and needed to pre order. Check in was only at 4pm so we had to carry our bags around with us as we couldn’t even just drop them off, they said they didn’t offer that service.

Lovely and clean! Bed was very comfortable. The family who run The Villa Hotel were nice and friendly. Rooms have everything you need. Breakfast was lovely. 💕

Excellent location, very close to the main attractions and everything was within easy reach. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hosts. Place was easy to get to and in an excellent location. The hotel was clean and tidy. Room was a good size, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and we had lovely big windows at the front of the hotel and could see the promenade. We had free parking, and breakfast, the breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order. The dining area was clean and well stocked with a variety of choices. Rebecca and Mike and the kids were wonderful throughout our stay very polite and helpful. We were literally next to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle swimming pool and very close to the South pier. Tram stops only a few yards away and there was a good restaurant within yards of the hotel which was very convenient for food, but there were plenty of other options.

The only thing I would mention and this isn't the fault of the owners was the tight squeeze to get into the car park at the back. But both Rebecca and Mike were fantastic guiding us through the space.

Some residents who came in about 11 o’clock were very noisy and woke us up, they were extremely loud. This isn’t the fault of the hotel owners though! x

It wasn’t far from the beach and all the sightseeing places were a 15 minute walk or a tram ride. It was so close to the pleasure beach plus the local weatherspoons pub.

There was a heater in the room but it was a very hot day. We would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it was very hot.

Location was just what we were looking for close to all amenities.

I liked that we was greeted on arrivel and staff was ver attentive in helping getting parked and explaining everything with breakfast and getting in and out .i also like the room lay out perfect for our one night stay had everything needed .

This is a family run business and it’s so warm and welcoming. Young teddy is such a credit.

Everything was good

The communication before we arrived was fantastic. They checked in with us with regards to arrival times for parking .Mike and Rebecca are such a lovely couple and the kids are so nice , very polite and such a lovely family. The bedroom we had was spotlessly clean amd the bed was so comfortable. As for the breakfast we had the cereal , toast and full cooked breakfast which was fantastic . Massive thank you for having us . 100% recommend anyone coming to Blackpool to stay here.

Unfortunately the tv didn’t work, was just showing a white blank screen and the hot tap in the bathroom ran cold. But otherwise a pleasant stay and good value for money!

If we had to be picky, no wardrobes, just wall hangars. OK for one night stay, not two or more. Shower in second nights room was very small, but I am 6'5". Nothing that would put us off staying again

The owner… worst Landlady I’ve ever spoken to!

She said we couldn’t book in till 4pm onwards as her Husband was working & she has to pick up the kids from school after me receiving an email confirming we could book in @ 3.30…so she said well that was off booking.com…. Very unprofessional & she cancelled my booking & I’m still waiting for a refund And u have to leave @ 10am they r a lot dearer than a lot of places too Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!

I was very impressed with the way Rebecca and her husband communicated. They were so helpful and it was lovely to see how they ran their impeccably clean and comfortable hotel with their lovely family. The hotel is situated near the South Pier, very close to the Golden Mile Blackpool is buzzing with life and things to do. Sad we only had one night.

Breakfast was fab. Bed was super comfy. Hosts are lovely.

This is our third visit to this hotel, we love everything about it. We came this year with our 10 month old and they were so accommodating! The room was really nice, clean and a good size! The travel cot was brand new and they even provided us with a mini fridge for the baby’s food! Breakfast as usual was 10/10! Rebecca and Mike are lovely hosts and will more than likely be back for a fourth visit soon :)

I stayed in the single room, and it came with a big, comfortable bed, everything was very clean. The breakfast is really good, and would definitely recommend.

The ensuite for this room is quite snug, but functional.

The location is excellent and close to seafront but quiet location. Owners are so friendly, professional and can’t do enough for you. The facilities are clean and all you need for your stay. The breakfast is plentiful and freshly cooked to perfection. Private free parking from 10.30am is available and makes the most of your first day of your stay.

Friendly staff, great location for pleasure beach. Hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Seemed quiet enough despite closeness to promenade and wetherspoons.

Unable to adjust shower head to point down so my son could have a shower. An adjustable shower head holder would be better. Breakfast was ok but seemed cheap version of full English. Had parking and were there for 1 night and had a bit of a 'once you're parked you're parked for the duration' kind of principle with cars getting parked to box you in. Very narrow entrance to car park with need to fold in wing mirrors to access between buildings.

It was near to front and easy access to trams to get to centre it also had a Wetherspoon on doorstep.

It was friendly and welcoming and had everything we needed for a short break.

We stayed at the villa hotel celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary, we arrived to a lovely card and prosecco from the hotel in our room which was really lovely of them, the hotel is south side so its much quieter come night time which is needed after a busy day and our stay was great, the hotel room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable, room was spotless, breakfast was great and had a great selection of coffees and cereal, we had a full English which was great, we will definitely be back in the future, great value for money!! and free parking also! Thank you

I could tell as soon as I set foot in the room the standards are high The room was absolutely immaculate, with pure white bedding that smelt fantastic and bed very comfortable. The facilities in the room included tv, tea, coffee, and all bathroom products included The breakfast was absolutely amazing & delicious In the morning came hot on the plate ,you can tell the hosts care about the quality of the food and presentation because it looked & tasted amazing There is a self service area with plenty to choose from in the dining room again a brilliant touch 10/10 for the Location Its right round the corner from the water park, pleasure beech & the casino right across the road With the biggest weatherspoons I've ever been in 60 steps from the hotels & the beech everything is in reach without having to stay in accommodation in the town area as it's quite noisy and disruptive The streets around the hotel at night are quiet and peaceful we had the best I sleep in our very comfortable bed They offer up to 24 hours free secure parking at the rear of the property included in the price which is a great bonus as anywhere else charges for parking I had a great stay and will 100% return Were looking forward to visiting Blackpool again To see the new attractions planned for south shore as there’s plans to build a street food complex across from the weatherspoons which sounds exciting and a nearly £800,000 investment just at the end of the street along with an upside down house attraction & a brand new refurbishment to the old Yates building on the promenade which is to become a world food venue and a new hotel which planned for south shore The owners kindly pointed us in the direction of a great little restaurant called the eating inn steakhouse on the promenade about a 10 min walk from the hotels front doors The food was absolutely amazing & delicious And not really expensive considering the quality It's one of the best restaurants we...

Mike and Rebecca are really lovely people, very accommodating when needing a parking space, they was very welcoming on our arrival all the way up until when we left the next day, they have a good system for breakfast where filling out a breakfast card the day before and room number to go with you table number so your not waiting to be seated in the morning u can just so straight to your table , plenty of choices for breakfast all tasted delicious, room was spotlessly clean has everything u need for a short stay ,Mike and Rebecca your hotel is a credit to u we throughly enjoyed our stay n hope to see u again soon , brilliant Alistair

The location was perfect for the Sandcastle waterpark, Pleasure Beach and South Prom. Ample free car parking. Lovely, friendly family owned hotel. The owners allowed us to park our car early.
