Kevin was supper excellent and very helpful. The accommodation was very neat, cosy, and simple. I just loved it 😍

The only issue was the hot water in the bathroom. It wasn't hot... It's not too cold, though, just slightly warm. Guess a technical issue, but it would have been excellent to have the water hot.

It was very good location to Pleasure Beach Resort and the Sandcastle Waterpark which was a bonus as those were the activities my children came for. It was also very neat.

The Netflix that was advertised did not work.

The property is very clean and walkable distance to every of the activities in blackpool. Great value for money.

There were steps to the property and stairs to our apartment but wouldn’t put us off staying again

I had a few questions before we went and Kevin replied really quickly and helpfully. He accommodated an early check in and sorted parking for us. He even carried my case to the room. The apartment itself was really clean with everything that we needed for a long weekend. Tram stop at the bottom of the road was really convenient too.

We had an excellent stay with our 2 Grandsons. Greeted by the friendly owner. In a great location and very good facilities in the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Spacious apartment in a nice quiet area of blackpool. Room has a big TV with playstation 3 with a wide variety of games and other DVD's. Brilliant location located just behind the pleasure beach. 5 minute walk to tram stop which can take you into the center of town. Comfy super king size bed made for an amazing rest

The apartment is clean and modern. Had an amazing stay with our 2 kids. Highly recommended if you’re staying in Blackpool, and want pleasure beach / sandcastle to be a few mins walk away. 10/10

Near to where the water park.

Great location , right beside the pleasure beach. Water park. South pier . Nice and quiet . Clean. Facilities had everything we needed . Spacious for myself , partner and 7 yr old. PS3 and Netflix was great whilst we were getting ready.

Only slight criticism was the property was so hot could do with more than one fan. It certainly wouldn’t stop us from booking again

Location and security wise

Just having one bed in the room, I wish the sofa was a sleeper couch. Went with the kids and there was just one big bed

Second time stating here and have to say one of the best apartment choices in Blackpool. Met by friendly host on arrival to be shown around. Clean apartment great comfy bed with quality bedding. Spotless bathroom too plenty of hot water. Warm living room big tv comfy sofa. Kitchen seperate and all the utensils you need. Just an ideal place to stay as quiet area but only a few minutes walk to south pier and tram stop into central area..

It was clean and the beds where comfy it was only a 5 minute tram ride to the amusements and a 5 minute walk to pleasure beach and sandcastle

Very close to the attractions we wanted especially the Pleasure Beach . Clean and warm. Once inside the apartment it was very nice. The outside was quite off putting but the apartment itself was very nice. Small but well maintained. Plenty towels and the bed linen spotless

As said the walk to the street itself and the outside was very dingy. Couldn’t get TV to work in bedroom. Ans that’s it. A first world problem. No telly.

Loved the location, right next to the pleasure beach, Sandcastle and South pier. Took our 2yr old granddaughter for a 1 night break to see the illuminations. She loved it. Yes the apartment is up 2 flights of sheepish stairs but we knew this when we booked. Excellent facilities, everything we needed, including a TV in the bedroom, as well as one in the lounge. Owner, Kevin, was so helpful - allowed us to check in an hour early by pre-arrangement. Only slight negative was the price - however prices are always elevated during illuminations season - we came in November. We didnt want a hotel, as we wanted cooking facilities. Would return and have recommended to family.

Playstation in the room was a nice touch, although we couldn't get it to work/play games. Recently renovated kitchen & bathroom

Play station games did not work in the console (scratched?). Living room carpet reminded me of a pub. Chairs/ sofas not very comfortable

Clean and modern apartment in excellent location right by pleasure Beach. 1 bedroom with sofa bed which was ideal for kids. Ps3 was also a hit with the kids. Good value and would happily stay again

Host was excellent and very helpful. Apartment warm, clean and idealy locared. Extras like towels, coffee etc and a new bathroom made it even nicer.

Loved our stay here in the chillingham suite for a family of 4, very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Will highly recommend to family and friends and can't wait to come back again. Huge thankyou to Kevin for being a superb host. Very close to amenities but still very peaceful and quiet. The property was clean & modern. Hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed in Blackpool. We chose it specifically for the location as we were going to the pleasure beach. Easy to check in & lots of info provided re parking & restaurant recommendation etc. We had a great stay & would definitely come back.

The apartment is easy to get to, its only a 2 minute walk to the pleasure beach or trams upto the central pier, brilliant value for money, the apartment is lovely and is in a very quiet location, definately a 5* rating from us

Only problem is parking but because its on a street with resident parking only its only limited which wasnt a big issue as their is lots of parking close by, we manahed to get one which was a 5 minute walk away

Location was perfect for spending a few days at the Pleasure Beach.

My mum, dad and two children had stayed here at the start of September and were absolutely delighted with the cleanliness of the apartment, facilities and location. The apartment had everything they needed, stated it was exceptionally clean and it had some lovely home touches in terms of washing up liquid, hand wash etc. children slept in the living room and the pull out bed was massive and very comfortable and the bed in the main room was really comfortable as well. My daughter was happy that she could see the sandcastle waterpark from the window and was so close to the pleasure beach. Honestly, no faults with the apartment and it was a really easy entry system. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was within budget and very close to all facilities. 10/10 and would stay here again!!!

Really spacious and great for a family of 4. Location was brilliant, right near the beach and the theme park was 1-2 mins walk away. Our host Kevin was very attentive and responded to any queries I had during our stay. We would definitely book again!

Lovely place to stay for holiday and the bedroom is very nice and the kitchen and the lounge are very clean at good price and close to the pleasure beach 10 minute walk😊

Kevin is always helpful nothing is a problem his appartments are fully equipped like back home it is always spotless i always his ground flat room as it suits my needs due to my mobilty we have stayed twice this year highly recommend to anybody looking for a nice clean room we surely will be back next year without a doubt we had a lovely 3 days

Perfect location, amazing apartment exceptionally clean and well maintained, host was perfect and in hand to help or advise about everything, and even allowed us a late check out as well as storing our luggage. The apartment had everything you needed and PlayStation was a bonus. Although apartment photos were good don’t even think the photos do the place justice when you actually see it. I will defo be staying here again :)

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent and the parking space was added bonus.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and had a great time. The place was really clean and well looked after, and it’s in a great spot, just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach. There were some nice little extras too, like a PlayStation with loads of games which kept my boys occupied. The host was lovely and kind. He met us at the apartment right on time, was super helpful, and easy to get in touch with (not that we needed anything during the stay). Honestly, we couldn’t fault it and have booked again for next year. Thank you so much 🙂

Smooth check in with great communication from the owner. Parking permit is provided on arrival. Apartment is adequately equipped for 2 to 4 people. A huge wetherspoons is round the corner as is a chip shop. Bus routes are also near by to get you to St Annes and Lytham. We'd definitely stay again and recommend our top floor apartment.
