Osborne hot tub and jacuzzi suites

Beautiful ! The bed was comfy , hot tub and outdoor seating perfect !! And the bath honestly i want to book just for the bath again it’s amazing

When cleaning bath out I pulled plug was coverd in hair

Apartments were lovely and clean and met the owner they were lovely would highly recommend. Brilliant location also .

The accommodation feels like a home away from home. The staff respond very quickly whenever we need anything, and the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The place is very comfortable, and we have really enjoyed our stay.

THERE WAS NOTHING NOT TO LIKE !! THE PLACE IS AMAZING ! 👏 THE ONLY THING WAS STORAGE AS ARE TRAIN HOME ON THE FRIDAY WE LEFT WAS AT 14.30 AND CHECK OUT WAS 10 BUT WE MADE IT WORK ALL IN ALL THE LADY WAS AMAZING THE STAY WAS AMAZING AND EVEN THE LADY CLEANING WAS AMAZING VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING !!

The location is soo close to the pleasure beach and Sandcastle waterpark....only a 3min walk... Fabulous location..

No aircon in the moddle of the 3rd heatwave this year... but we managed.

The property was very clean and tidy. It was very well laid out and had everything that you needed. The location is ideal too

Only downside to the property is the pillows in the main bedroom could do with refreshing as they are a tab hard and lumpy but other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

There was a few things that we were not happy about, little things, the door plates were not screwed down properly, so when you stood over them, the screws went into your feet outside in the private garden, they have a blink camera which just made you feel like you was being watched and you couldn’t have any conversations. I really don’t agree with that whatsoever. Also, the cigarette bin that was affixed to the wall in the private garden was really rusty and needs replacing in my overall opinion. I do think it is slightly overpriced, however the location was really good, so I am guessing that’s why I wouldn’t be returning in a hurry

Last minute stay booked an hour before we turnes up.Lovely and clean! Lots of thought has definitely been put into the decoration and the final touches. Hot tub is in its own little room at the bottom at the yard/garden which is a great size and clean. The sofa beds were great the children didnt wake up until 9.55 so they must of been comfy. 2 mins up the road from south pier where we spent the evening. Thank you for the little welcome gift :)

Would prefer a later check out as standard. There is no hob oven. We didnt notice as it was a quick check in and went out and bought breakfast items. There is an air fryer and a microwave though.

This was our first family trip to Blackpool , the suite was lovely and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco which was a nice gesture. My son and I loved the hot tub and it was great to have our own garden space with the two kids we would definitely come back as only 2 mins away from pleasure beach.

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was on the first night the people staying in the suite next door were partying from 10pm-5:35am which isn’t the owners fault. They are family apartments/suites and we were all given rules not to be loud after 10pm we found this very stressful for our first night and just inconsiderate when we had a baby and young child so we were running on empty. The owner Rachel however was very apologetic, was also kind enough to hand in some chocolates and assured me she had spoke with the group so we had a much better second night .

Very modern, beautiful touches, very cosy, would definitely stay again and thank you for a very kind gesture of some procecco 😀 and the spa bath was so relaxing

carpet runners have screws proud , high risk off cutting feet. , toilet seat loose, rusted screws on outside garden area any young children at risk, , no mains hot water from 2 pm onwards, great in the summer , if in the winter you cant wash up or take a shower. would rate 4./5 not going back, plus hot tub area has not been cleaned on the floor. can upload photos to prove

The fact that we expected to get a jacuzzi and we didn’t. We called the property manager and he was were and I quote “ You paid for the cheapest room and you expect a jacuzzi and he hung up on us. We didn’t even yell at him about the room we were just confused we didn’t see a jacuzzi when the name says jacuzzi and when we booked it says you have booked a room with hot tub and jacuzzi so if you want a jacuzzi please clearify before booking.

It was very hot and needs a cooker/oven. Better written instructions on using hot tub at the property.

Hot tub was lovely. Spa bath exceptional. Owners very attentive & always at hand. There was four of us and Our two young Granddaughters loved the place. Perfect for the pleasure beach/beach.

It was so so very warm, maybe another fan in the living room/kitchen. no wardrobe space. But we only stayed for one night.

It was centrally located to places I wanted to go to and comfortable too

The sheet was stained with blood, might have been an oversight and had to wait till morning for fresh ones.

Parking was abit of a pain & extra costs that was abit unexpected but take it on the chin. Couple of issues but sort buy the host.

It's a good location, and has a nice jacuzzi bath . Has basics you need tea coffe pop ect.

Only issue was from an other room smoking cannabis downstairs and could smell it in our room upstairs 😒 I had my young children with me an 1 has serious bad asthma and it was making her choke from downstairs Otherwise nothing bad to say as that doesn't reflect the hotel it was other guests

The handmade elephants out of towels was so cutee, Netflix on the tv was perfect for my baby , the comfort was amazing and so homely

The Apartment (Suite 1) was beautiful. It was clean & luxurious & had everything we needed. The hot tub in the garden was fabulous & the jetted bathtub was also lovely & relaxing. The location was absolutely perfect. We could see the waterpark from the front door. 2 mins walk to both the waterpark & pleasure beach, arcades, wetherspoons etc There was a problem at check in but it was handled so quickly & professionally & they went out of their way to fix the problem & made sure we were more than compensated for the issue. The bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch too & much appreciated!! Next time we visit Blackpool we will DEFO be staying here again! Thanks!!

Sofa bed

The basement suite was such a lovely vibe, the lighting and the cosiness was unreal! The decor was stunning! I loved the bottle of Prosecco left as a gift!

The property wasn’t very clean unfortunately, there was quite a bad smell of dampness and for the price we paid I just felt it could have been a bit cleaner

Everything was amazing the room was spotless in a great location, hot tub was a brilliant touch we can’t fault it, the staff were so friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend😁

I don’t have anything bad to say! Just a couple of small things like the hot tub burning our eyes but that’s just probably because of it being in an enclosed space, and also there was no storage for our clothes however there’s not a lot that can be done about this due to the layout and size of the bedroom. Didn’t affect our stay and will definitely be back again☺️

Jets in the bath could of done with a clean. Black bits started to come out when bath had reached over the jets and back door didn’t lock.

Very welcoming, bottle of Prosecco on arrival and hot tub all set up. Had all the essentials needed. Very nice and modern property. Felt very homely. Very close to the sea/promenade.

Everything was lovely. Only slight issue was the double bed in the master bedroom felt like the slats/base felt like they went in at the middle of the bed so you felt a little bit on an angle but was still more than comfortable enough for a good nights sleep.

The hot tub was switched off when we first entered the apartment and was on temperature 21, we left it 4 hrs heating up and it had only reached to 26! With a time frame of not being allowed in the hot tub after 11 we then had to wait till the morning till we could use it

Host Rachel sent us all the relevant information with instructions for everything before hand. The apartment was beautiful with lots of special touches, it was a two minute walk into town. The hot tub was private, we will definitely be back!

We hired the whole property, perfect location for bars, food, pier on the South Shore. Cleanliness was exceptional & the rooms contemporary and comfortable. Host was helpful & friendly on the phone and by text. A bottle of fizz was gifted for each room, which was a lovely touch.

The nearest car park is very convenient but is cash only and £14 for an overnight stay - meaning having £14 pound coins available - good to know

Beautiful building and suit. Very clean and well presented. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The bath with jets was luxury and the water pressure and temp were perfect. Great location right next to the pleasure beach, sandcastles and the south pier, and only a walk way from the rest of the attractions.

Only couple of things. There were two remotes for the tvs and one for the lights and only enough batteries for 2 of them at one time. This didn't turn out to be a problem because the remote for the TV in the bedroom did not work and would only turn the TV on/off. I think another suit had the remote because the TV kept switching on and moving around the options and we just had to unplug it. The only other little thing was that there was one bed and two sofa beds but only enough bedding for two beds so my son had to use throws. These two little observations were in no way deal breakers and we would definitely stay again!
