Front desk staff need some training in customer services. I made reservation for 2 nights with breakfast included, however, I had to pay for the breakfast because the restaurant staff said it was not included. I went to the front desk and showed my booking information to the receptionist, but she said that it was not usually a hotel policy to include breakfast within the reservation. After emailing the manager, I got a refund for the breakfast I paid in the first day. He also provided me a breakfast voucher for the second day, however, I had already made arrangements to have my breakfast in the room. No one in the reception informed about this voucher when I checked in. This misinformation disrupted my stay.

The coffee maker in the room was broken. The checkout staff was not helpful with a request for transportation and it took 40 minutes to get a taxi.

We stayed the night for my sister's wedding and was woken up early the next morning due to loud banging and rolling noises from the room right above which I believe was the Dolce rooftop. Don't stay in room 502. Especially during a busy wedding weekend.

The location's a little out of the way If you don't drive a car is needed. Need better window coverings in rooms.They don't cover the whole window.And when the Sun comes up, it comes through the cracks.\nShade , because the curtains aren't fitted , right Only other thing I would suggest would be to maybe add a gazebo outside near your smoking area. So people have somewhere to stay dry, just because they smoke.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Requested firm pillows and got them. Very pleased and provided by cleaning staff quickly. Loved the cellphone charger - found it by accident and it made my day to easily charge my phone. Checked in early as a bonus - very happy with that. Complementary coffee/expresso on the 2nd floor - self service - bonus and quaility of the coffee was good.
Not much to say. Stay was comfortable and I would stay there again. Travelled with my son and he loved the stay as well.

Staff was very unfriendly ( only saw one person who attended the desk at 3 to 4 pm ) I checked in on Tuesday Feb. 17th to find out restaurant was closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Not good, but the Gentleman at the desk did not show any concern, with no recommendations. I had to ask where i could eat and he said down the street.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Clean room, however bathtub plug was broken so didn’t get to use the jacuzzi also some peeling paint in the shower- otherwise all staff interacted with was excellent, including housekeeping was very great in the morning queued an elevator for me without thinking twice- very great service. wish security deposit situation was more clear as I had to pay twice even though when I called ahead was told it would only be once (mostly my own fault had to book the nights individually as I wasn’t sure if I would be able to stay both nights when initially booking for the one night) however facilities are amazing, pool was nice , the latte and coffee machine was the bomb very nice variety. Overall would stay again!!

Check-in is at 3, most weddings start shortly after… leaving you barely enough time to do anything in your room. So, you’re basically paying for a bed. And, the Monday was a holiday - so breakfast was limited and first come first serve. All in all, we should never have paid $250 for a parking lot view and apples for breakfast.
