Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Most striking was the friendly and helpful personnel. Very clean property and rooms. Large room size (recommended on 1st floor with direct access to the pool). Very nice, 2-level family rooms. Efficient and quiet AC. Road noise well shielded off as all rooms are inward directed to the pool and /or courtyard (that is at least for the lower floor rooms). Good selection of breakfast items, both local and western. Spacious parking garage with wide car parking spaces.
Food could be tastier. Everything I tasted was a bit bland. Bed mattress a bit sagging and I couldn't make sense of the very large pillows, which I found uncomfortable. A few very nearby mosques for sure make you wake up at around 4am. If that might disturb you, better to not stay at this property.

Wij werden ’s nachts wakker door geluid vanuit de nabijgelegen moskee/gebedsruimte. We hebben respect voor de religieuze gebruiken, maar hierdoor hebben wij minder goed geslapen. In combinatie met het vroege opstaan voor intensieve activiteiten was dit voor ons best pittig. Zelfs met oordopjes bleef het geluid goed hoorbaar.

Las habitaciones son comodas y funcionales, y aunque quizás el cuarto de baño necesita una reforma como digo esta muy buen cuidado. No pude desayunar en el hotel, pero te hacían un box de desayuno espectacular.
No bajaré la nota pero ponen dos almohadas y las dos enormes (super altas), yo sufro de cervicales y era cas imposible dormir, podrían poner una de las dos mas baja. El otro pero es que aunque el trato es excepcional es muy caro el snack bar, una cerveza vale el doble/triple que en cualquier otro sitio.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Fijne plek om te rusten en verblijven voordat de oost-Java tour begint. Goed ontbijtbuffet, veel opties.
Het hotel heeft een moskee in het gebouw. Onze kamer zat direct naast de moskee helaas. Nou begrijpen we dat in Java eenmaal de oproep tot het gebed te horen is, maar om 5.00 ‘s ochtends direct naast je kamer is echt geen pretje. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan daarna… misschien kunnen ze dit vooraf vermelden als ze die kamer aan gasten bieden, dan kunnen de gasten zelf eventueel vragen om een andere kamer.

Ho provato il ristorante dell’hotel e devo dire che è stata una cena davvero terribile. Altra caratteristica da tenere in considerazione: sentirete il canto del muezzin come se fosse in camera vostra. Non divertentissimo alle 4 del mattino.

Le seul point négatif pour est la salle de bain avec une baignoire, j' aurais préféré une douche plus moderne.

L’établissement est très beau et parfaitement propre. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

The room had a strange smell that reminded us of a hospital. It was also very poorly soundproofed. At around 2 a.m., we could still hear hotel staff in the corridors loudly talking and pushing luggage carts around, which was very disruptive. The food we ordered in the restaurant was disappointing. Some dishes were lukewarm to cold; only the soup was served hot. While we were still eating, the evening buffet was being dismantled and carried through the restaurant. This created an unnecessary sense of rush and disruption, especially since the buffet was located outside and we were dining inside the restaurant. On top of that, the tables were already being set up for the following morning while guests were still eating. The rooms were very sparsely furnished, and the bathroom is urgently in need of renovation. The coating on the bathtub was peeling off in several places. There was also a shower curtain that was far too long. Personally, I find shower curtains to be one of the most unhygienic features a hotel bathroom can have. This one was yellowed, and the shower head was covered in mold. Overall, the hotel feels very dated and worn. In my opinion, it is in urgent need of renovation and modernization.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Für uns war es eine perfekte Unterkunft in Malang. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und hatten somit eine Unterkunft auf zwei Etagen. Toller Blick vom Balkon in die Innenanlage mit Pool. Das Hotel ist wie eine Oase in der Stadt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten hier das beste Frühstücksbuffet unserer Indonesienreise, eine tolle und große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Großes Zimmer mit komfortabel Ausstattung. Vielfältiges Essen zu allen Tageszeiten. All you can eat dinner war großartig. Gratis Fahrradausleihe war super. Damit konnten wir das bunte Viertel besuchen. Sportlich kann man auch im Swimmingpool und im Fitnessstudio trainieren.

Comfortable bed- big pillows but for me not comfortable to sleep Very nice pool area Breakfast: quite a variety but mainly in the asian choices Restaurant: we had dinner there and we were positively surprised with overall quality and taste Polite staff
- We had a room (101-avoid it) which is in front of the pool and behind the restaurant so quite noisy. - Location not that central - Some more healthy options in breakfast would be suggested - Spa: i would not say it was a relaxing experience. Massage was average - the lady did not seem very skilled, massage bed very uncomfortable and light on the room was strong so when i turned on my back it was coming straight to my eyes. I would suggest a deemer or a side lamp with more gentle lighting that suites the purposes of a relaxation treatment.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Het heeft een groot zwembad en we hadden een leuke familiekamer met twee verdiepingen, perfect voor als je wat jongere kinderen hebt. Het is een prima hotel. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, maar je merkt ook wel dat het erg gericht is op toeristen en niet alles is even lekker. Wat wel leuk was is dat er een paar mountainbikes te leen zijn, dat is handig want dan kun je wat makkelijker de stad verkennen.
Wij kwamen laat aan en gingen daar avondeten, dat viel ons wel tegen, het was echt niet zo goed, ook de Indonesische gerechten vielen duidelijk tegen. Ook is het hotel gelegen aan een drukke straat waardoor je niet makkelijk even de staat op kan.

Het is meer een congreshotel en mist gezelligheid. Er is niets mee mis, maar het voelt eerder wat zakelijk dan warm. De ligging is ook prima maar niet direct gezellig.

Nous avons été positionné dans une chambre à côté du restaurant et donc assez bruyante alors que j'avais demandé une chambre calé. Fort heureusement, le personnel s'est montré réactif et nous avons ou être changé de chambre par la suite. Les oreillers sont vraiment très epais, ce qui peut faire mal au cou

Leider lag der Pool die meiste Zeit im Schatten. Essen das wir ins Zimmer bestellt hatten war nur durchschnittlich und leider auch kalt.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Room was big with comfortable bed, toiletries in a modern bathroom and a cute balcony. The lift was key controlled so safe and secure and the breakfast was a feast!! It had everything you wanted apart from any pork products as it is a Muslim area. We even got a breakfast box for an early start but should have requested brown instead of white bread. Staff were very friendly and polite. Great stay - thoroughly recommend it.
The 3 rooms that you see as you drive in should be lit or at least 1 room. I thought the hotel was shut as we drove in.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Das Frühstück ist wirklich topp! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Dindi, welche für mich und meinen Sohn für den WM-Final zwei „VIP-Plätze“ vor dem Bildschirm reserviert hat. Eine Top-Dienstleistung. Glücklich, wer auf solches tolles Personal zählen darf!
Die sanitären Anlagen im Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Het avondeten in het restaurant duurde heel erg lang en was kwalitatief niet goed. De moskee praktisch naast de deur is noet goed voor je nachtrust, oordoppen meenemen! De communicatie met de receptie over uitjes verloopt wat stroef. Goed opletten wat ze naar je bevstigen.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026De locatie is centraal. Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en ook echt top. Zeker de moeite waard om nog een keer terug te komen!
Het menu mag wat uitgebreider zijn. Als er ook dranken, zoals wijn die goed bij de gerechten past, worden aangeboden, zou dat helemaal fantastisch zijn.

El ruido por la noche con la llamada a la oración de una mezquita muy cercana: es absolutamente imposible dormir debido al volumen. Pero la cultura local es así y es respetable. Si volviese a Malang volvería sin duda a este hotel pero con tapones para los oídos.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The staff were incredibly kind and attentive from the moment we checked in. They assured as a print for the train tickets, they offered us to rent bikes, stored our luggage... The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was huge, generous and tasty.
Nothing to dislike, I wish we stayed more days to enjoy the breakfast, gym and pool.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Es un hotel muy completo, piscina con agua fresca, restaurantes dentro del hotel, zonas limpias. Hotel limpio y bonito. El servicio está muy pendiente de ti y te ayuda en todo con todas las facilidades. Casi como un hotel de 5*. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcón. Ascensor con tarjeta de acceso que te lleva directamente a tu planta.Hay cerca dos mini market y algunos restaurantes alrededor.
Lo único que no me gustó que tiene mezquitas muy cerca y escucharás el rezo 5 veces al día durante unos 20 min. Se escucha muy alto y hay uno sobre las 4:00 o 4:30 de la mañana. Recomiendo llevar tapones si no coges bien el sueño.

Fitness center removed dumbbells for only cardio equipment. The Italian dinner buffet is pretty bad. The AC in our room was slow to work.
