Chantillys Motor Lodge

The motel is very dated and tired however the location was good and the room was clean. Bed was most uncomfortable.

Clean and tidy, well maintained and friendly staff

Well done all round

He asked and gave me milk at check in for my coffee. The shower was wonderful , very strong water pressure and very hot. Also, the room was warm, unlike others where I have to wait for the heat to kick in.

Close to shops I needed and close to event I was there for

No extra blankets

Good value. Location. Safe parking. Was quiet.

No milk provided.

All in all a good place to stay, tidy and comfortable . Shower was devine, super hot and pressure....... awesome.

Didnt take out the dirty towels (two nights stay) though there was enough for another shower so not a huge deal. And shower unit had a few small cracks in the plastic , so starting to show its age.

Spa pool still not repaired.

Close to every thing

It was dirty and needs a good tidy up as it is a bit run down

Great size room and well thought out. Loved how there was a table to eat at, a desk plus couch and coffee table. The kitchenette was amazing so we could self-cater.

The lady who checked us in had bad eyesight and it took for ages for her to find our booking. In the process she also gave me the names of other guests which would be a breach of privacy. The shower door was ill-fitting so I flooded the bathroom twice. Our room only got serviced the second day because they were busy.

Location

Poor management, poor communication. We were not able to check in until 4pm. Their excuse was that they have been busy (clearly not enough staff) we had to ask for hand soap none was available. The whole stay felt like we were unwanted and unexpected guests at someone’s house. Worn out facilities

The location was good.

There was no parking outside of our room. It was either at the far end of the carpark, or on the other side of the carpark.

Location was great walking distance to town.

Shower leaked and fridge didnt keep things cold.

Good location and great service

Large rooms, clean & tidy

Very minor but bed by the ranchslider over winter makes it a tad cooler. No extra blankets They do have heatpump which we had on all night

Close to town

I was unable to close the blinds so any one was able to see in to my room at night 😔

Excellent

-

We enjoyed the ground floor room which had plenty of space, very happy.

Everything

No breakfast

The spa was amazing and we really enjoyed the little accessories given for the spa, helped to relax and moisturize the skin! The size of the room was good and the shower pressure was amazing, the awesome thing about the location was everything was only a short walk away. Eateries, the lake front, chemist warehouse all only a 5 minute walk away.

Aside from having to walk up a flight of stairs to get to our room (rooms with spa bath was upstairs) everything was really good, we enjoyed our stay.

The owners couldn't be more helpful. All one needs to do is ask and they will accommodate you The room has a heat pump which warmed up the room. There was minimal cutlery and dishes, cups etc but to get extras just ask. The bedding for winter had to be requested and there were no extras of those things in the room. The carpet was clean as were the other floors. Electric blankets were on the beds and the bed linen and towels were pristine.

Nothing really

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure!

The pool and spa were closed as they were 6 months ago. They definitely aren't gardeners as the lawns and gardens need attention! There was no room service in the two days we were there and we had to ask for dry towels etc and another blanket for the bed.

Good location & friendly staff

Property beginning to look a bit tired & old

Location

K

Great shower pressure. Good sized studio. Park right by the door.

Bathroom extractor fan broken

For the price it was excellent for a one night stay

Nothing

Very clean and tidy complex.

Not a lot

Everything

Large spacious, room and bathroom, very clean, parking space outside room. Great location, walking distance to lake, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Good location, nice big rooms, lovely staff

Everything was lovely

房间干净整洁，宽敞，有大露台， 离湖近，步行可到湖。小厨房设施齐全， 有我最需要的烤面包机，当然还有微波炉、冰箱、烧水壶，满足了我的需求，住的很舒适，非常满意。

clean on arrival

room not done on a 3 day stay needed to ask for towels etc

Clean room. A bit dated, on a busy road. Walkable to town restaurants.

Bathroom a bit rundown - shower leaking. Bed quite uncomfortable.

Loved the people super friendly and helpful,we were running late due to travelling and they went the extra mile for us we really appreciate it

Location. Layout in the room

Language barriers where English was not staff members first language. Support was given where my name was identified on the system by another staff member who could read English

great staff

nil

The staff were amazing

The shower leaked all over the floor in the bathroom and we did get enough toilet paper and towels for 5 people

Great location, nice layout and buildings

Property not very well maintained, gardens a mess, swimming pool not clean and spa pool not operational

Location

Bed was too hard,,,outside light made room too light

No soap in shower

Close to town

The gardens and outside were unkept. Also we had to return key to office in morning. The door was at times hard to unlock and the door know was a bit loose.

There was no breakfast offered

You need to remove that you have a hot plunge pool as this is clearly not working and hasn't been for awhile. A robo vac to keep the swimming pool clean would be a good idea

We were given the option of a better room (same cost) and were very pleased. Completely quiet also.

Actually nothing

Big room which was clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and good location.

Bit dark inside the room.

Close to town Room was large

Soap dispenser empty in shower. Hand was watered down. Light above hand basin not working Room service good but bed not made

Location

Bed uncomfortable

Room was clean, but a new matress is badly needed

The matress

Location , great rooms , very clean

Nothing

Everything was adequate, odd wine and spirit glasses was weird.

Swimming pool and spa

Plenty of room Good location Clean

Bed and pillows need updating

The location

The toilet didn't flush properly, and the shower leaked. There wasn't anywhere near enough crockery in the kitchen, for even basic meals. Only a microwave to manage any cooking, and the room smelled stale, old furniture.

Facilities were amazing especially the shower. The room had everything we needed and the outdoor area was an added bonus. Will stay here again

Nothing

Confortable
