Lost Guest House Aberdeen

Easy to locate private parking check in was easy check out even easier more than enough for breakfast although it was a serve and help yourself ..at the price value for money basic inexpensive no en suite but the shared bathroom was spotless

We were in a lower room next to car park so a bit noisy when the work men left early but that can't be helped

Shared bathroom between 4 of the rooms. Limited breakfast. Quite a big difference between the best and worst rooms we’d booked. Evident that 2 of our party got the short straw

A few more hooks in the bathroom would help.

One towel was given per person and we had no change of towels over the 3 nights of our stay. The toilet also ran out of toilet papers on the 3rd night.

The walls were very thin so I could hear people talking on their phones for hours, couldn't get to sleep

La nostra camera era ampia e spaziosa e avevamo il nostro bagno privato. La colazione era molto buona e in camera c'era l'occorrente per fare il tè.

L'asciugacapelli non era presente nelle camere, ma si poteva richiedere alla reception.

I really liked how easy and well-organised the check-in process was, with no unnecessary hassle. We arrived late in the evening, and our keys had been prepared and left for us in the lobby, which was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. After a rather disappointing experience in London, I was especially impressed with our stay here. Everything was simple, welcoming and stress-free. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Kleines aber gutes Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Excellent location in the centre of Aberdeen, close to bus and train stations and to a great variety of restaurants, pubs etc, but nevertheless quiet and peaceful.

A sitting room would be nice.

The large white sign outside confirming we were in the right place. The quick response when we rang the doorbell.

The bedding was rumpled like someone had been sitting on them after they’d been made. There was coffee to make but no glasses or mugs. The shower a was very small square in a large bathroom.

The property was close to the city center

There wasn’t a mini fridge and a fridge in the building. Spoilt my meal.

For the money i paid for 2 nights it was great especially when breakfast is included.

Tramps in the street

The staff was absolutely helpful and responsive both in person and on booking.com. The location was superb: many restaurants and pubs were in proximity (5-10 min walks).

The vibe was a bit off due to the narrow corridors (typical of British houses converted into hotels) and the cumbersome parking: there was a gate for the parking area that the receptionist operated manually (this was unclear at first).

Hotel nel centro di Aberdeen, in due passi si raggiungono tutti i locali della zona. Struttura pulita e accogliente con delle belle stanze spaziose. Possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura prenotando.

Ottimo avere la colazione a disposizione di tutti

Lost guest house è una piccola guestvhouse,molto semplice ma graziosa e molto pulita, con letti comodi. Posizione centrale e comodissima per muoversi in centro a piedi. Staff molto cordiale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Too small window, only the small window went can be opened and it is hard to ventilate the room, low watter pressure in the shower

A lovely little basic place to stay in Aberdeen. The staff were kind and helpful and allowed me to store my bicycle safely inside. Room was basic but comfortable and shared facilities were clean and well maintained.

A budget stay but rooms are comfortable and clean. We have stayed here lots of times before as a couple and this was our first time bringing the kids and staying in a family room. It was perfect for what we needed which was just somewhere clean and comfy to put our heads down for the night!

La struttura si trova molto vicina alla via principale di Aberdeen. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggio a un costi accessibile, lungo la via il parcheggio é a pagamento fino alle 8 pm e non avremmo trovato posto. Buona anche la possibilità di una colazione leggera.

La struttura dà l'impressione di essere datata e poco curata e la reception non é sempre presidiata. Va benissimo però per una notte di passaggio.

La habitación familiar muy cómoda y espaciosa. El desayuno un poco justo, pero por el precio me parece correcto.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast facilities were good.

Our room was right on the street, no blinds so it meant closing both curtains leaving the rooms dark and having to use the lights. The shower didnt drain very well and took ages to go down. The twin room without shower was larger than the family room with shower.

10-minute walk from the railway station and bus station, very near to shops and restaurants and the breakfast was simple options but you could have it nice and early (6:00 a.m). Friendly staff even looked after my suitcase on the last day so that I could come back and collect in the evening in time for my journey home.

Shame there wasn't a fruit option for breakfast, but otherwise everything was fine.

You can hear every noise in the guest house. It's hard to sleep at night even though you are tired

Comfortable, clean, very helpful friendly staff and quiet location which is nearly Union Street.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Dubious as i walked back at midnight with all the pubs and clubs, that it would be very noisy. Once in my room couldnt hear any outside noise apart from the alarm clock gulls. An ideal place to stay for the city centre. Very convenient but far enough away you don't get dusturbed by the pub goers.

Not a complaint, but it would be nice to have a mirror near a socket. Very hard to style hair when you can't see what your doing. I made do with my reflection in the tv screen!!!

The location wasn't bad. We had a car and weren't walking so it wasn't an issue. We had a nice large room on the top floor with windows that opened for great airflow. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was good.

Breakfast was sparse. Cold cereal, toast and yogurt. Instant coffee (yuck). Our hostels provided better options. There was no fruit at all and no option for anything hot other than toast. The bathroom was huge (plus), but the only towel rack was across the huge room from the shower. The room was so large it could have included a tub, but just a big empty space with a very tiny shower.

The B&B is in a good, convenient position for exploring Aberdeen. The place was fairly clean, and overall, the value for money is quite good if you are looking for a budget-friendly place to crash

The breakfast was a real letdown. The space was cramped and didn't look very clean, mostly because it seemed completely unsupervised. Since the food wasn’t individually packaged (no single portions), having everyone touch everything

Einfache, geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Ebenso das Bad. Hatten nur während des Eincheckens Kontakt mit einer Mitarbeiterin. Der war sachlich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war einfach und hat uns gut geschmeckt.

Bit noisy this time

Had an amazing stay here after solo travelling the past few weeks. Very affordable accommodation for a solo traveller with delicious free breakfast, extended an extra night because of how cozy it was!

De ligging van het guest house is erg fijn, dicht bij het station, dicht bij het stad maar wel net uit het hart van het centrum.

Mijn kamer bevatte veel roestplekken op verschillende voorwerpen. Dat moet allemaal nodig vervangen worden. Ondanks dat het netjes was en fris oogde viel het me tegen hoe de kamer er aan toe was. Daarnaast was er ook een doorkijk van buiten naar binnen, het zou fijn zijn als er folie geplakt zou worden op het onderste deel van het raam.

Our room was on the top floor and didn’t have a fan, only one window that could open but very little airflow. Breakfast was toast or cereal. A bit disappointing. The shower was tiny, in a huge bathroom with not even a hook to put towels on.
